We hold the answers of Love with-in. Do you know the upset you experience is only information? This is the very information you are looking for – these are the things that are keeping you from knowing the Beloved with-in, and nothing is missing.

Letting go of looking towards others for your answers, knowing you hold the infinite love with-in can sound lonely and confusing. When you know what you are and are of, you know all the answers are held with-in the Beloved. You know yourself as whole when you become attuned to the Beloved you in God. Becoming attuned to God is the answer. Open your heart and listen.

Having no fear of the shadows with-in begins to open you to the light. Inviting the Light in and being present with these gifts of discomfort will bring you the freedom you are seeking. The comfort sits on the other side of the discomfort. Your creative self sits in the center of the unconditional love. When you are willing to love the negativity to freedom, embracing change, you will experience the doors of Heaven with-in opening in the infinite that is in the moment. All is possible, all is here now. You must open your channels to the song of God that is singing with-in you.

You are the Beloved of the Beloved. Be in Love, Be the Love. You already are and do not know it.

Come join in exploring this Beloved Light you are made of. Letting go of the things that are deafening your hearing, your knowing the Beloved that is in all.

There will be meditation, processing and attuning with the light. Unfolding the delights you are holding hidden in the shadows. This is where the answers are waiting to be freed.

Be open to you in the Beloved. This is an infinite journey of love.

There will be beach walks and journal writing.
Please bring your journal and any drawing / writing accessories you like.
Bring comfortable clothes and layers as the temperature can vary.

I am once again excited to hold and house our retreat at The Cottages in Carpinteria California, where we can all be together holding the light.

Staying at the cottages for the weekend is encouraged but not a must. Residing at the cottages, allows you to step away from your day to day patterns, giving yourself completely over to the loving support offered in the retreat atmosphere. If you are unable to retreat at the cottages, you are still welcome to take part in this light filled weekend.

This is a beautiful, playful cluster of bungalows located in the small town of Carpinteria, California, just a few miles south of Santa Barbara and few blocks from the beach.
