To know love is present in you in God Flow. These are nice words but, to know this is a constant letting go of costumes, of the things that keep us in concern, judgement and more. This is a journey of continued opportunity. Continued Love polishing. It is not for the faint of heart. It is for the one who is willing to be honest and know love will meet you. We tend to want to be something, to be the knower, to be the one who fits in, to be…
We already are but, to let go of all of that says we are not, allowing the innocence to be present, allows Love to flow, and lifts those places that hold tight to beliefs and pattens of ego control and more. These are not bad, these are just places that are not awake yet, they are places that do not know Love is present.
We all have more love polishing opportunities, to come present with Spirit, in Love, come present in Love with Spirit. We move in out of this in a blink of an eye. We are the key to all of this. Are you willing to be vulnerable, let go of the “I know”? Allow the giving up and receiving flow, of experience that continues to expand in Love Flow. Be Love.

When we gather with others we are stepping up, in agreement to be present in vulnerability, in Love for ourselves. Sharing this way is a beautiful sacred experience. The Spirit holds us all and the Grace is averrable if you are.
This is always a sweet sharing, we will meditate, process and unpack the places that are still holding tight to separation. We will Renew in Love Light, taking this in and walking in this flow of love in your inner life spilling out in all areas.
When you set the intention to take part in this retreat, taking a clear step allows the energy to flow in you and in the co-creating the gathering. We are all in this together. You choose your focus and you will be met.

I am once again excited to hold and house our retreat at The Cottages in Carpinteria California, where we can all be together holding the light.
Staying at the cottages for the weekend is encouraged but not a must. Residing at the cottages, allows you to step away from your day-to-day patterns, giving yourself completely over to the loving support offered in the retreat atmosphere. If you are unable to retreat at the cottages, you are still welcome to take part in this light filled weekend.
This is a beautiful, playful cluster of bungalows located in the small town of Carpinteria, California, just a few miles south of Santa Barbara and few blocks from the beach.
