When we explore our inner selves with spirit, we loosen the veils of illusion or story we have created in our memory cells. Sometimes when the light touches these places we will believe something negative has come in, instead the negative is moving out as the light pushes it to the surface.
Be careful not to mistaken fear as truth. The new or unknown is often considered wrong and the negative energy will be the focus and create gossip or misunderstanding , leading to separation and judgement. We can damage a loving opportunity with our fears and gossip.
Look for the loving and you will find the truth, do not be quick to repeat someones fears or stories.
