What is gratitude?

Do you put a right and wrong on how things unfold? When someone or something doesn’t do or go the way you want, do you judge? Do you think or feel a push of right and wrong?

What if you consider everything is an opportunity? Are you in your ego, control, or are you in Flow? Spiritual heart is free and in loving gratitude. Through the Spiritual eyes, you see all is. If something comes to you, this is your co-creation to reflect or move what is standing between you and Divine Love, Being aware.

I recently had an experince with a beautiful person who I had a lack Karma with in me. I abandoned myself to prove I am worthy, not showing up as valuable inside to me. I put this person between God and me. I allowed myself not to be paid and supported from a place of lack in me. forgetting I am the Beloved. Serving in God’s Flow. There is flow in the way the service comes in and expressing gratitude in supporitng and being supported. When I saw the film of life times, I stood up inside in Loving and took agency over myself in Spirit. I am grateful to have this healing, this Grace. The karma is in me. Withholding love, health, wealth, and happiness. Withholding the Divine flow. I am the key to this shift.

I value the Divine loving Light sharing I am Blessed to share, I also value the Beloved in me that is showing up in service. I do not have to prove I am Divine; it is. I value all who show up to share in this experince. It is All One.

I share this only for you to consider the places you have denied the Divine in yourself and others to prove, to control, to only see through your physical eyes, which may tell you that you are not worthy. or they are not worthy, and many other ways to live in separation from the Divine flow and gratitude.

Taking Agency is not control; it focuses on the Spirit in you, opening to more Divine Expansion. If you do not value spiritual awakening and yourself, it will show up.in experiences of separation, victim, wanting more control, lack, or blame, the list goes on. It is not about control or right or wrong. It is about Grace. This is an opportunity for Alchemy, the morsels that wiggle, speaking to your inner. This is your basic self repeating a pattern. How about opening to the Divine Light support to help that part be remembered and be led from that Spiritual Heart. Your basic self will be supported in amazing ways.

Let go of stories, blaming. Move to gratitude and open to the true healing that is present now. It is your choice to focus, value, and move vulnerably to expand in Grace. Nothing is against you.

This can feel challenging; we all hurt, and when we choose back to Spirit, we open to a greater Love that is Grace and in an infinite flow. All misunderstandings are dissolved. Each day we find all the places that call us to be in separation inside. Separation is an inside experince. No one outside of you will ever fill this. It is you, the Beloved, who is calling you home.

This is a life of being remembered while being in a human experince. There is infinite creation and love.

You are all. Be present, be in compassion for forgetting, forgive yourself for forgetting you are Divine, and give it up to God.

Harmony.

I am taking care of farm animals at Windermere Ranch this week. It has been a learning curve, and full of observation around control, demand, over responding, belonging, giving, and receiving in harmony.

Animals are sensitive Basic selves. Recently, a long-time resident passed; his presence was one of consistency and light, touching all, animals, land, and people. The change for the animals was not overlooked. Also, the family that cares for the Ranch and animals went away for the week. When I arrived, they had already left. The animals were in a frenzy. When I arrived at the barn, the ducks, chickens, and goats ( including baby goats that cry like babies) were all at top communication. It was a LOT!

My basic self reaction was tension and what bad has happened, I see energy, etc., I saw so much flying around. I moved quickly ot feed them, and I had confusion as this was my first time doing this. Instructions are great, but when you are doing it, there is another reality. coming centered in Presence was my intention. To be in love frequency, while serving the animals. They react to our frequency, too. We all have vulnerable places. I was on a bit of overload, aware of the animals and concerns of the caretakers’ details that were in a working-out process. They were stressed.

What I came to realize as I have spent 2 and a half days in this process is how much I was pulled out of center in worry. Worry I would fail at this, and that would mean I am not loving enough. This really pushed me in places I had not seen in a long time. I felt exposed, truth, the animals don’t play in costumes, so any routines that may have been a plan were thrown out the window. Authentic, relaxed love was the only way to do this. Each time I let go of how it should be done and do it in relaxed trust flow, as truthfully, everything was good. Just emotional animal people stuff. Getting upset, the animals were hyper-reactive. Just getting used to me.

Yesterday morning, I had to make a special baby duck food because there was a problem getting the one they usually use. This was taking me extra time. Animals in the stalls were all yelling at me , it seemed. ” Get on with it, we want to eat and go out!” Im laughing as I write this. One of the duties in this process is to keep the chicken separate from the goats, moving the goats ot one pen, then letting the chickens out. Suddenly, a Rooster flew in and landed above me in the food stall. I was so surprised, as in my mind, the plan was to control, and those who shared the plan knew what they were doing. Of course, so I thought. There was no control; the rooster can go where he wants. I loved this as it made me let go and relax. I was being controlled by the plan on paper instead of being present with what was NOW, still doing what was on the plan, but not in ego, meaning get it right their way. I let go of the task I was in and went where the flow was. Everyone was fed and let out to their areas for the day. Mission accomplished.

The animals were communicating with me. The Rooster definitely took me out of my STUPID to giggles and Love.

This is a give-and-take harmony flow, not rigid. We all need each other in this dance. When we shut down, as if we are separate, and try to create control, it never works. I love the chickens; they’re so mellow and seem to be in that flow. Once they had my attention, they became peaceful and waited for me patiently. I see so much human behavior in all of this. After all my inner talk, trying to get it right, then deciding this isn’t for me, I let go. I said a prayer of harmony and love for the animals and me to be in flow and love.

Today was bliss; they were all calm, I took my time and did things the best I could, the way that worked for me. The goats, chickens, and ducks seemed happy to see me, not pushing, I was more present in myself in trust, so I was. available to flow to give and receive in harmony. They were in peace and were waiting, in what seemed like trust, all is here now. We all give and receive. Peace and flow were present in me and them. Everyone was fed and given some Love. I am grateful expanded. I received this.

The last gift this morning was the baby goats and their mother joining the big goats for the day in one pen. I was passing by the fenced area as I was heading back to my house, and did not see the baby goats. I said inwardly, I wonder where the babies are. Suddenly, one of the babies popped its head out of the plastic igloo in the area, looked at me and called out in a goat’s voice, “Here we are” I felt and heard this intention, then it popped back inside. If you doubt that you affect what is happening with your inner voice, , thoughts, and frequencies, think twice. We are all connected.

This is good news, we choose. It also means we will still have ups and downs, but maybe a Rooster will fly in and give you pause, ” Hey – calm down, we are here, it will happen.” god gets our attention in many ways.

God’s got Your Back. Be open to receive. Then giving is a cinch; it is joy. We learn from each other. Don’t forget. No one is an island.

There is much more i would like to share about the animals but, for now this is my intention and what came forward.

I have been looking at how I choose. Why did I choose? Is it a default to others or patterns of lack or control? Am I actually looking inside and being present, seeing what is going on inside?

Letting go of control, mind, and checking in, am I motivated by fear, lack, Fear of missing out, specialness, or?

I am slowing down even more to allow flow to come awake, healing the retractions and stories, allowing my choices to be aligned in me to take part in something to come from clarity in me. I have watched when a choice has been made out of a lack of control. Disharmony inside will always seem to whisper.

I also know when choice is made from the YES.. experince or NO experince from peaceful clarity. There is an authentic loving flow. No one has to validate or can take anything away. It is clearly a choice that is coming from and in me. There is a strength in this that allows a flow, a knowing I am walking in grace, A choice made by me in a greater mastery of my path, that I claim. Following God is my partner. The awesomeness of this is that it has a Divine sweetness. It is true.

Take time to pause, go indie, give space to clear what stories stand between you and the choice that is in flow, clarity. Breathe, listen, check, and see if you are moving in choice from default or clarity in peace. Not reaction, chasing. Come present. allow yourself to let go, receive. There will be no restrictions. No Lack. It is a clear choice. path.

Be True to Thy Own Self. Means many things, not from ego but from divine flow. What is your intention? If we depend always on others’ validation, we will never know what our true choice flow is. We are influenced by so many things in this outer world; take time each day to go within and be present with the presence. From that place, God is your partner. Listen and allow the flow and clarity to answer. Do not let someone else cripple you by pushing you through in a special, urgent way. Let yourself take the steps and the process. We will be met in clarity. Inside, and all the rest falls into place. Sometimes this is quick and sometimes we will experince confusion. This just means we are not present in ourselves and the flow. Take a step inward. Let go of the outer and allow the clarity to come.

This is a daily practice of living life present in the presence.

In these times of collective focus, sharing experiences, are you listening inside? Are you focused on what others do? Are you observing and staying aligned with the inner flow? Not control, inner flow is expansion, clearing, expansion, clearing- and choosing in clarity what is supporting you.

Like many, I can still get caught in stories that pull me in control, separation, or lack, shut off the inner flow, which is Spiritual. Each of us has this breathing us. Do we check and see where we have restrictions and are holding on in lack, could be health, wealth, happiness, the flow of Infinite Divine support. To know this, we all have a beautiful dance of in and out of this flow. The outcome brings us all sorts of experiences in the outer world on purpose. When it gets odd enough, we have a choice to turn back inward and open to Grace expansion, clearing what patterns we have that keep us in forgetting or living in the loving flow. When I say odd, check how you are inside.

Sometimes people hold their breath when things are stressful. They try not to feel, expand, or try to disappear in a way. Maybe things will just get better. We are holding the frequency of what is creating the very thing we are trying to hide from. We are key inside to all of this. Each experince gives us a chance to explore and alchemy in the Loving light what we continue to do or create. in separation. There may be different facets of this, so when it surfaces, it is never exactly the same, and you have the gift of expansion in a new way in an area in your inner life that overflows. The outer may appear good, but what is going on inside?

Take time each day, each week, each month to be present and work with yourself in the presence. This means to be present with the presence. Allow what is in restriction to surface, bring it into the Light. It is all known anyhow.

I know we sometimes just want to play, of course! What if play can include this beautiful Divine, you being the lead? This goes beyond the physical world, and is doing all of it.

It is said 10% is this world and 90 % is Spirit. My experience is to move into God is my partner, and it is 100%. When I am willing to refocus, relax, and move back to this, each trauma and drama starts to reveal the gift of Grace. Some days they are small, and some days are huge; they seem like mountains moving to Miracles. We are Miracles, so all is a Miracle.

Have a day, week, month of miracles – come present in the presence with meditation and Light Love Work and dance in the Grace.

Grateful Love.

Bringing Home the Love Retreat- Gathering was such a beautiful expansion. I want to express my gratitude to those who came and shared in the process with such authenticity. Letting go is not always easy, as a matter of fact, the resistance that surfaces is just the fear and protective go-to that keeps us in separation from what we seek. What is revealed in illumination is a conduit of Living Love manifesting in places that have forgotten.

I am grateful to all who take a chance on themselves and Love. Love that goes beyond mind and emotions to freedom. Thank you for sharing with me and trusting the process. You are the key to this design.

Keep going… You are worth it. I am honored and grateful to serve in Love with whoever is called.

WHAT CHANNEL OF LOVE ARE YOU TUNING TO?

God is infinite support and supply. God is Love. Neutral.

Take time to explore what you are tuning into inside. You may say you want something, better relationships, creating a life that is kind full of creativity, abundance in many ways. There may be a part of you who is focused on side talk, or frequency on the opposite channel. That side talk focus is more persistent in your cell-level experience than the love that is known to be free, infintie no matter what. The love that is experiencing a need to control or feeling controlled is limitation. Limitation inside.

How are you loving in you for yourself and relaxing in overflow?

Being the channel of Love you seek is in you. The places that do not know this frequency are contracted in many ways. You come in with some of this, and you experience events in family and this world that ignite these seeds of forgetfulness or separation from infinite love feeding you as you. This is a life of tuning yourself in remembrance through Grace- Healing – Love.

Take time with yourself, open the door inside, and invite the discomfort into a loving space. Ask for Spiritual assistance. Open to the Light even if you don’t know what that really is. Be innocent and open to receive.

The discomfort is a part of you at some age and time that has held on to a moment and event, or many that you experienced and told yourself something in the sense of separation. This was to be safe. It was probably uncomfortable and not the Love you are or seek to know you are safe, worthy, etc. As this little one or big one comes forward, listen, bring compassion. Allow the loving to embrace this one in you who has been hiding in contradiction, anger, hurt, etc. Listen to comfort as you hear the hurt, you probably will feel it, let it cry or be angry, and still know you are Love and you are held in Love. When you are ready, see how you told yourself something negative about yourself in this experience. ” Im not loved, Im not wanted, Nobody sees me, nobody cares about me, Im bad, im too much, Im not enough. I’m unworthy, Im not safe, etc.” This is a sacred, intimate conversation to heal. You are loved in this. When you experience some calm or clarity, just forgive yourself for judging yourself and believing …..whatever you believed. When you are free in that heart center, you can forgive yourself for holding on to what happened, judging that, and those who did what they did. They also did not know better. You forgot, and they forgot. First love you. Then the rest is easy.

This is the life of healing, tuning to the infinite Channel of God Love, and is a polishing of remembrance.

Inner Love is in the breath. Your very cells are beating a love beat that is generated in the Divine flow of God.

When we relax and go inside with an intention to let go, let God, we reveal a place inside that illuminates Light. This is a process. We could call it a practice. The more we do this, the more expanded we become AS / IN the HeartBeat Of Light. Our Inner life is motivating all.

The flow of expansion allows Spirit to flow through you. You are of this Divine essence. There is a heartbeat calling you. You experience the Divine and you experience yourself – you are ONE.

You are HOME. I talk a lot about clearing; this goes hand in hand with meditation. We let go of the worldly goods and open to a more experiential life of Living Love radiating from within. Attuning to Spirit = God is the key in all of this. Leap. You are Divine. When asked to know yourself, you are more than this world. Going inside, opening the doors to the Divine flow. Listening. This takes patience, trust, and willingness to let go. Sit through discomfort and to expand. into Love. Then comfort. is present beyond what happens in this world. You walk free inside. You have a natural tool to be present in you in clear flow. You are not alone.

All experiences that seem to be challenging are just here to polish you. Meaning to be healed, and then the belief, energy that has been running you is freed in this remembrance. We learn all of this through choosing to take part in the experience from a new perspective of letting go to Divine Love. We do not control Spirit. We let go to Love. Wherever we do not know love will surface, try control, keep us small, etc.

This is the life experience I have chosen to live and to share. I am blessed every day with a new letting go and freedom. It is not always easy, but it is…There is really no way to explain any of this. It is an experience. Sometimes we read something or hear something, and we know an expansion. That was always there, recognized it, and became present in your experience. Let go of I already know that to receive.

You are Beloved. Be willing to open the doors to what that is.. If you already are in that flow, keep on. It is always moving.
