How do you experince your inner self, which is where all frequency is coming from?

Are you relaxed in loving, sharing, and caring, or are you trying to be something? Do you know that each person has their own Karma flow? Karma is movement, not good or bad. The physical world is designed as a magnetic field, like a battery. Posotive and negative frequency.Psychic energy flow.

We all have stories that run us. Many times, we struggle to be special, to know we are loved. When we look to the outside world as our cue to know we are good and to validate ourselves, we create a house of cards. They don’t hold. We may blame others, create psychic energies of control, power, illusions of glamour, good, bad. Victim. etc.

These are all orphans that don’t know love. Co-creation starts within; even cleaning out a closet will bring up what is not free, what is holding onto separation. Bypassing the opportunity to clear is a choice; there will always be another opportunity. It doesn’t go away when you just do the physical.

God is infinite love; no matter how confused you are, you are loved and are love. Do you want to keep creating from the outside in, or are you willing to Love yourself and know the Divine is Present?

I am honored to hold the light with people. I am blessed with sight that allows me ot see what comes present for them to heal. The Light does the work; I serve the Light. Someone said to me, “You don’t know me.” I ask, ” Do you know yourself? My service is here in the moment, not to track and know all of others’ life processes. When you say you don’t know me, you’re saying to yourself that you don’t know yourself. That is something that goes beyond and continues to reveal itself in the Divine flow of God’s love. To know yourself in God’s essence is a letting go.

Trying to be satisfied with the outer is like being on a gerbil wheel. That is part of choice, and we fear jumping off the wheel. Maybe we will lose. everything. the wheel is who I am! The wheel is the illusion. We think if we move physically, it will all change. Actually, it is inside. Where you go there, you are. Jump off the stories inside. Vulnerability is not being right or wrong; it is being willing to let go and see yourselves, all of it, the way you hold off love in control and having ideas of how that looks, etc. Vulnerability is letting go to receive the Divine. Letting go of I know that. All is God’s creation. God loves all of creation. Let go of againstness.

In these times of planetary expansion in the light, which will always be in that flow, it is all God, expansion; there is more opportunity to clear; that is all it’s about. It is an amazing Divine Dance.

So be honest with yourself, take time to really go inner, be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and allow in vulnerability, the revealing, receiving. This is an experince. No one else is your problem; it is all inside you. What you think is true is not true. Expansion in Love brings freedom, and we are in the Divine essence, knowing all is on purpose, and we can choose to let go in Grace. To see through God’s eyes is clear. LOVE IS PRESENT

I am grateful to be on the road of truth through honesty in Love. I make mistakes, and I use them to heal. Others make mistakes, and if I experince a connection in that, I use that to heal. This is a service in God’s Glory.

Thank you, God, for letting me know love and be the Love, and when I forget, I thank you for the remembrance healing.

The very thing that will bring you freedom, inner freedom, is the key calling. It can be as simple as letting go in Loving trust to receive in breath. This giving and receiving in the intention of Light expansion, it is a celebration of God’s Holy Thoughts!

We will open to the Light, and this can reveal the places that are not quite in the Flow yet. This is a beautiful dance of Love. Those parts of you are being called home. ONENESS.

Breathe in Love in Light and reveal what resists, then allow the Light Expansion. We will do processing, meditation, and journaling. This is a sacred experince within you and the Divine Flow of God that is breathing you.

Hikes will be intertwined in a few of the days, grounding in this flow.

These are times of great change and opportunity. The world has infinite experiences going on.

We all have subtle and not-so-subtle reactions, emotions, and thoughts; even our physical body will have ” symptoms”. The ups and downs are not good or bad; it is all an experience. We label things as good or bad, better than, etc. Take time to notice your experince when you label good or bad inside. How do you feel, think, and hold yourself? What happens next?

What if you give yourself a soft opportunity to pause before you label, retract, worship, or label this as good or bad? I challenge you to take a pause, move to love that does not demand, and see it all as a divine experience. Listen quietly before you choose a label. See if you can move to neutral love and observe, and from there you may experince an alchemy or peace or just more kindness to all parts. Bring in gratitude. Whatever is going on, be grateful.

Yes, joy is wonderful, and it will come and go. When you try to hold onto it or avoid all other experiences going on, what are you telling yourself about yourself? All the dimensions and experiences that you are, as a human, are here to be loved. This is the dance of the Divine being and remembering. God loves all of its creation.

Give yourself a break; be love. Enjoy the ups and enjoy the downs; what if they all become a beautiful dance of LOVE?

Be your best friend; gaze upon you in the inner experience in Loving flow. Open your God eyes and see the Divine dance that is leading you home. Let go and follow the Light. Reveal what is being lifted. All is well no matter what. I know we all do not know this all the time, love; that too, be present and bring the worry, fear, and more … love. Be open to receive.

Yes, be Joy, be Love, you are that, and Love what comes in that flow too. It is an inner movement. Change is a polishing. Do yourself a favor and do not judge how that happens. You will find more freedom. Let go of blame and shame. This is a Divine design.

Light Sessions – Workshops – Retreats

Loving upliftment…listen to your own voice inside when you read that. What does that mean to you? Does it exist in you, or does it come from outside? Do you embrace the parts of you that are not free and uplifted, or do you ignore those parts to try to be free and uplifted?

How can you be free and uplifted if you carry these parts in you as burdens? What if all of these parts are Angels calling you to Love? To the Light? The outer world is a reflection. How you respond inside keeps you in a certain view that will show up again and again. This is good news. This means you hold the keys .

To receive is to let go in a vulnerable and authentic flow. Bringing Love to that which does not know Love. Imagine walking down a road and finding this orphan that lives in you, who is hungry, alone, and powerless in fear, hurt, anger, unworthiness, and more. Would you walk by and avoid that one when you have what it takes to bring ease to the pain and upliftment? What is needed to expand back to what is present for all those parts? Love. Light. Stop and be present; do not run away. Turn away, as every time you turn away, you are turning away from what you seek.

This is a dance of the Divine Love that is breathing you. To access this key, you go inward and come present with the Loving light. When the Light shines, it reveals what does not know the Light.

There may be people you know who have a gift to hold the Light and assist you to look inward and receiving. Do you value that? Or do you value the outer world in a way that keeps you chasing? Staying in distraction keeps you busy. What is it like when you are alone in stillness?

Come close, Beloved ONE; you are the Divine design of the Holy of Holies; you are ONE LOVE. There is no other. Do not be afraid. All you will lose is the veil that keeps you in illusion. Be brave in Love. Jump; it is flight.

I had a great experience today sharing an idea of how to serve in another way. This is not a new offering. It is one of the ways I used to work with people in the early years.

The work I share is about the inner, as that is what is creating and how any of us reference creativity, expansion as a Spiritual Being. The human is being done and forgets that this is not our home. We are not this

The physical world is reflection, and has frequencies we have co-created. Have you noticed when you enter a room in your house over and over, you sit in the same place, you think, feel, etc., certain ways? Maybe you think it is comfortable, and maybe you experince being repetitive in other ways inside, maybe not expanding. Or other things. If you had anger, sadness in that home or room, it keeps repeating; it is you, anchoring this.

Clothing is interesting as we wear it. If you put on something, do you notice how the frequency is after wearing it a few times? Sometimes people believe an outfit makes them feel better. You are what is creating that experince. When you look in the mirror, what do you feel or experince? When you close your eyes and relax inward, how is that?

When we keep things around us, we will have conscious or unconscious inner experiences. There is no wrong or right. There is no out there.

What if you could be present and honest with how you experince yourself, let that information come forward and use it to clear, or alchemy or heal. Come free? Someone might tell you to bypass that; I say let’s look directly at what seems like a block and find the key that you carry that is calling you home. Let that part that is not experiencing freedom give you information about where you are withholding Flow Love inside. From that view, when you approach your life, your home, your clothing, etc, you know expansion is calling you; there may seem like overwhelm, and it may be time to clear inner. Take time with yourself, then the outer is easier. They are not separate.

I am grateful to the person who was willing to share.

We all have our tactics to look outside for instructions. What if you love yourself, choose to listen, and use what may feel hard as a gift to process, heal, and clear, before you touch anything else? We can throw away clothing or things, but what is in you is still there. Do not bypass with a suggestion to override or ignore. you are worth being with and coming into the Spiritual freedom that is doing you. Everything can be used. The thing you bypass will show up again in another way.

I am offering or suggesting that you can clean deeper, be freer, and be less bogged down in the outer by clearing the inner first, and they can flow in tandem. Once you clear the inner, the rest can be easier, and you can do this at the same time, being present with what is going on, calling in the light, and start to process. The things in your closet or home hold something inside you that can be cleared. Notice how you experince yourself when you stand at your closet. Be honest. If it is overwhelming, maybe you are holding onto old things and are afraid to let go all at once! What will happen? Well, what is it in you that you are afraid to let go of? Seems like too MUCH!! What will happen? What do you tell yourself? What is the change you are aware of inside that is reflecting, but you may be afraid of?

Are you present ? How are you present ?

Are you relaxed, trusting, open heart, peaceful mental, emotional and physically? How present are you? Do you sit with yourself, scan in observation, allow, experince and open to Breath of Light ?

Are you tight in your breathing? What subtle places or not so subtle are in reisitance to let go and receive ?

Come into your Kind vulnerable heart, no judgment, no right or wrong with what shows up, even anger, etc. Love – Be present in breath…give and receivei in Love. Ask fo spiritual assistance.

Asking for assistance is trusting loving. Vulnerable, not hiding, but open to receive. if you want to do it yourself, you are shutting off the Spiritual flow. There is no seperation yet, when you hold onto myself, you are not vulnerable and open to receive the Divine Flow that is doing you. It is a dance of remeberance. Subtle, Loud, let go…

When you come into yourself this way you open to be seen and known as it is all know already. You place yourself in a position of vulnerable Love to receive. This takes courage to be present with what is.

You are the Beloved, you forget this and then turn back inward over and over as you are called home. Purity of the Spirit will reveal you within.

ONE LOVE – not control. This is an infinite flow. Letitng go of the bumps over and over in the Light.

You choose. No one can stand between you and God, you place things, events, people places in there. Worshipping these things as truth. It is an inside job as you allow in vulnerable love to see and let go, experience into a freedom of Love. There are no words for this.

I was called inwardly to God a long time ago in this lifetime. It was a movement within. My view suddenly became a yearning for the unknown, an excitement for knowing. I had clear messages that were guiding me in freedom and love. Everything kept calling me to be present and receive. This naturally shifted my focus in me and life. There was nothing else more important to me than to come closer; there is nothing closer; it is doing us. Ironically it breathes us.

I was given loud and clear experiences with spirit and still do receive. Though it is subtle, it is clear. It has no ego; it just is. The doubter has no room; I let go in flow. The controller also let go. Presence is present. There is no other; only expansion ONE.

I continue to expand, and in this I am revealing and bringing the parts of me into healing, trust, and love. I actually receive as I let go in breath, inward, relaxation in prayer, meditation, and processing through seeing, hearing, and experiencing what may surface in my personality that is being called into Grace. It may be in discomfort; that discomfort is a gift. Ignoring this can create more challenges. It does not go away. It is called to be loved in the Light. No fear of what may seem too much.

Back to focus, open quiet, breath, sound current, forgiveness, and dancing in Spirit. All is revealed in perfect ways. None of the discomfort makes it into Spirit, it is Disolved.

This process is as constant as breath. I do not hold onto it or control it; I give and receive. I am breathed. I relax my mind, calm my emotions, and allow the discomfort to happen at the same time: my emotions, mind, and body are a temple of God. In this world, they erupt and let go in Loving light flow as I attune. It is not still; it is active, and it is expanding Peace, Sacred silence.

I share this so you may open yourself to new things, let go of shutting off to be at peace. It can be going on all at once.

I write of this sacred dance constantly. We live our lives in ordinary ways, while all this goes on. It is amazing Grace. We are here to be in this dance. Some people will be called more than others in this time. This time will be their time, when it is time.

No one is ever lost.

Invitation to Know You Are the Beloved.

This is an invitation to alchemy in Loving Light. There is no wrong or right, receive the experince of Loving Light you are. This comes into the areas that do not know this in Loving.

Consider if you are cocreating your experience, it is all inside you. What you do with it is the key. What if you knew your reaction inside had the power? Meaning, if you want love, be the love. sounds good, right? This is actually a statement that suggests you are not the love. You are already the Beloved, but the places inside that only know this outer world as truth, and control are seeking Love outside. This is where we all get to go back inside and claim our self-talk and judgment, bringing love to the places that do not remember they are Light.

Attuning spiritually is key. That is what you are, a Divine Being having a human experince. This is a school of remembering. Being remembered, in flow. This is a beautiful and seemingly challenging choice. It will also be a kowing that pulls you to it. It is you in the Loving Light Flow of God.

Polishing is a natural flow in the process. Be open to assistance as you traverse this open field of God’s Love. All that shows up is here to help you. Check inside. What shows up, does it tell you to be you in love flow, not ego, it is something in freedom. Everything may start to unravel. Be open to what that is revealing in Loving expansion.

What is gratitude?

Do you put a right and wrong on how things unfold? When someone or something doesn’t do or go the way you want, do you judge? Do you think or feel a push of right and wrong?

What if you consider everything is an opportunity? Are you in your ego, control, or are you in Flow? Spiritual heart is free and in loving gratitude. Through the Spiritual eyes, you see all is. If something comes to you, this is your co-creation to reflect or move what is standing between you and Divine Love, Being aware.

I recently had an experince with a beautiful person who I had a lack Karma with in me. I abandoned myself to prove I am worthy, not showing up as valuable inside to me. I put this person between God and me. I allowed myself not to be paid and supported from a place of lack in me. forgetting I am the Beloved. Serving in God’s Flow. There is flow in the way the service comes in and expressing gratitude in supporitng and being supported. When I saw the film of life times, I stood up inside in Loving and took agency over myself in Spirit. I am grateful to have this healing, this Grace. The karma is in me. Withholding love, health, wealth, and happiness. Withholding the Divine flow. I am the key to this shift.

I value the Divine loving Light sharing I am Blessed to share, I also value the Beloved in me that is showing up in service. I do not have to prove I am Divine; it is. I value all who show up to share in this experince. It is All One.

I share this only for you to consider the places you have denied the Divine in yourself and others to prove, to control, to only see through your physical eyes, which may tell you that you are not worthy. or they are not worthy, and many other ways to live in separation from the Divine flow and gratitude.

Taking Agency is not control; it focuses on the Spirit in you, opening to more Divine Expansion. If you do not value spiritual awakening and yourself, it will show up.in experiences of separation, victim, wanting more control, lack, or blame, the list goes on. It is not about control or right or wrong. It is about Grace. This is an opportunity for Alchemy, the morsels that wiggle, speaking to your inner. This is your basic self repeating a pattern. How about opening to the Divine Light support to help that part be remembered and be led from that Spiritual Heart. Your basic self will be supported in amazing ways.

Let go of stories, blaming. Move to gratitude and open to the true healing that is present now. It is your choice to focus, value, and move vulnerably to expand in Grace. Nothing is against you.

This can feel challenging; we all hurt, and when we choose back to Spirit, we open to a greater Love that is Grace and in an infinite flow. All misunderstandings are dissolved. Each day we find all the places that call us to be in separation inside. Separation is an inside experince. No one outside of you will ever fill this. It is you, the Beloved, who is calling you home.

This is a life of being remembered while being in a human experince. There is infinite creation and love.

You are all. Be present, be in compassion for forgetting, forgive yourself for forgetting you are Divine, and give it up to God.
