You are Divine. You hear this all the time, yet speaking this and thinking this is not experience. To know, is an experience that will be an awakening beyond what you could think. That experience will open you in ways that call you to know you more in this infinite Love, there is always more and you  will have a sense of this. This is an exciting constant opportunity awaiting us in every breath. We resonate the Divine, which is beyond thought. It is hard to actually describe this but, once you have a glimmer you will want to know yourself in this essence of Light of Spirit as one. Through these eyes we can live, share, Love, – co-create in ease, even when all seems uneasy. There is a sense of something full, abundant, Loving whispering in us, saying all is well, all is here. Being patient can be challenging  but once you begin to attune to this inner Divine, you find your peace more readily each moment.

Once again come join me and a small group this fall to open to this Divine love you are and are of. We will meditate, process in loving light and share in the up-liftment of ourselves and understand how this spills out in creation. Bring an open heart and you will be met in love. This is a great time of opportunity and taking time to attune,  expand is a great service to yourself and all.

Heart Open. How do we open to the flow. Love is the key. Gratitude is a natural partner and if you are feeling lost, disconnected, victimized, hopeless, negative or any other inner experience of separation , the simple focus to Gratitude can begin to move you to open receiving – Being Love.

When we are hunkered inside in restriction, only feeling lack, no matter what good may come to us, we will miss it, as we are more focused on being in the wrongness, the lack.

Gratitude is not a new redirect, it is always the way to a simple answer in the moment to letting go of the walls the fears. When we move into gratitude we can see doors opening and know all is actually well and we can take new steps that are uplifting and supportive.

Take a Grateful Deep Loving Breath in and thank your lungs for that Breath, now repeat this and take your time as you go through your entire body thanking it in each Loving Breath. Once you have done this close your eyes, gently Breathe  – in Love – Breath out in Gratitude. Now you are dancing in the Light, keep moving inward in Loving Breath and let go – lifting – lightening in Spirit. You are loved , you are Love, ONE Love.

I want to share a little something about my work and life.

I have been sharing Spirit with others for 20 years. It started with friend’s and co-workers on the photo shoots I was working on. I also would have encounters with people who were in need, but, truthfully it was always set up in and by Spirit. My training was always led by Spirit in the most ordinary, extraordinary ways. The direction was inner and very clear.

I was thinking tonight about this journey and how I communicate and share with others. I became aware that the real connection has always been the vulnerability. Not to say sharing the Blissful up times are not part of that, they are the outcome of sharing this way, the weaving of the rug we are co-creating. Where the Healing, the awakening lie, is in these vulnerable places we all carry. When we are willing to share, celebrate, love these places, being aware they are present and are part of being human, we relate to one another in Love. We do not need to be fixed.  We need to be Loved. Loving those places is key. Not making them your mantle but simply comforting them, being open to Loving transformation.

My “work” Light sharing is a way of life that allows me to explore and open to me, my own vulnerabilities, illuminating them with Spirit. Through these illuminations, transformation occurs in Love – awakening the awareness of Soul. I am able to share my own experiences if called for to reflect what someone is sharing in vulnerabilty and they occur consistently, while holding in compasion as the Light  – Spirit brings forward what is for the highest good for those who are present and willing to receive Spiritual assistance.. Trust in letting go and being vulnerable allows your life to lift. So we share. Spirit knows how, I hold in Love.

We all have amazing things to share, positive is in all of it. Being vulnerable, knowing as we awaken wild and woolly things may occur just before the calm, the grace becomes the norm. Be willing to share in truth, in vulnerability, do not try and fix anyone they do not need fixing. when something comes forward in a sharing it could be a chance to look inside at your own vulnerability and see the Divine in yourself and others through that human place. That is awakening. There is a peace – a love that begins to sing in those places as no fear is necessary. It is okay to know those places even in the midst of up-liftment there will be another sweet vulnerable place present.

I am interested in vulnerability, light it up in Love and watch the Spirit sing in and around you as you know you are One Divine,  foibles and all.

I am grateful and always in a place of expansion, which keeps me centered in vulnerability, even when I am off center, Spirit is present. This is an experience awaiting all. Trust in the love and free yourself, share in vulnerability.

I know this is not news to many but, consider making it available in new ways to yourself and others.

ILLUSION – This is what we are living in our separations. Specialness – is illusion, we all are special, and when we know this we are in flow of Unity. No one can validate you, you already are the Beloved, you are the one who will know this inside.

When we set ourselves up to know our worthiness via others, we will always be chasing rainbows. The rainbow is you, it is inside. When we have a moment of joy, it is within us that is is happening. No one can make you feel this or know this, you must be willing. What we do or perceive in this world is temporary, so do not hold onto to any one thing as your proof you are Divine. The one thing is in you, and you are of it. The Oneness is in Spirit and there is no hierarchy.

Be willing to receive and to relax in flow, letting go of control and the simplicity of our heart will awaken to the Divine. God is breathing us. We are Breathed. It is simple.

Attachment to a glamour or things outside of us will always fall short, once we awaken to our inner world of Heaven. Look in the mirror and see the Beloved eyes looking back at you. Open your heart and see the Beloved in you, this is what you are seeking.

It already is. Be Breathed in the infinite Love – Let go, the mind does not know, the emotions do not know, it is in the quiet of the lift of the Breath – you will experience the Light opening It is simple and it is infinite.

You are Beloved.

Working in Spirit in the love is a journey that brings opportunity to go beyond what is obvious. Expecting the unexpected and receiving support when it shows up.

I have had many opportunities to by pass the loving, the support or being met, when I have had a “plan”. I usually see my opportunity later and wonder how I could be so focused on one thing and bypass the gift.

When we ask in need and we are met, it does not always come the way we think it should or could. This is the beauty of keeping our heart, eyes and life open to what is presented and being flexible.

I am following the love, and when I move to do something it is done from Spirit. This does not mean everyone will receive it, it means I do my part and what happens is up to the person that is being gifted. It is up to them. if they do not really want what they are asking for there will be a disturbance in the process and a missed opportunity.

That is okay as there will always be more opportunities.

So there is a saying be carful for what you ask for. I would like to say be aware of how you ask and what you put into motion. you may get what you asked for, be ready. If you do not have clarity on your intention, motivation, – pause and take a moment before you ask.

We are all in this stream of Love Light together, being in the flow can bring ebb and flow, as we let go we let God and uplift in flow. We give – we receive and we stumble , this is the human experience.

Love it all and be aware of what you put into motion.
