Be willing to come present in acceptance as you look at the few phrases I am going to share here.

Do a prayer of call ing the light; make this all in love, no matter what comes. dont hurt yourself or hurt others. Be Present with God now.

This is an exercise for you to allow what comes up in full acceptance. No matter how you are thinking, feeling, or what story you are running. Fully accept that this is what you are experiencing, with no judgment, as it is present. Do not fight it. Accept it like a baby who pooped its diaper. Be open, no fixing, just be. 10 percent: let it come fully to 100percent. God, let go. Nothing to change or fix.

Withholding is withholding love from you. The one enraged, be present 100 percent.

Againstness creates more againstness. Be present 100 percent.

Revenge is in you against you. Hunkering in, cutting off for revenge. Be Present 100 percent

Let the hurt one be, and listen; be open to expansion in Love. Shift revenge to Love expansion within. You may try to hold on to a position; let it come up in fullness and observe; do not control, but observe. Let it blow up into Love.

This is an experience of going fully into the 100 percent God love. god loves all of its creations. What happens to you when you actually go for that? Not try or pretend to be something else, but fully accept?

Just be with you; do not make it against you. It is you being whatever you are, not about another person. Revenge goes nowhere.

The alchemy of this comes into full trust of God’s love in your expression and giving it to that. Not hiding. No expectations on the outcome. Be willing to be loved no matter what; just be. This is God’s love expressing in this human experince.

Suggestion: when this lets go, do not go back into it again. Be filled in Grace.
