Grateful Flow – Exercise

Happy New Day.

I was looking at what is on point for a life of flow. What supports Love, health, wealth, and happiness? – Expansion in Spirit leading?

My awareness is that I choose to participate in sharing the Light work with others and having another Hold for me in groups or individually. I exercise my body, I do things that make me happy, walking, sharing with friends, I do service, I eat healthy, I spend time writing, and exploring my limitations to expand, I meditate. In this loving light work. setting myself free, over and over again. I assist others in this Loving light work, so they can expand.

Question: why take a yoga class every week, you know the positions. What purpose is it to have a yoga instructor reflect on how you are moving? Is that co- dependent, or is it a practice that helps you keep seeing what you are doing in new ways?

The work I share is about continued refinement, exploring opening more and more to the Divine you. Checking in once a month or more, as needed, can be a valuable practice. It is all about how you approach it. You clear and carry more awareness in your day-to-day life, and clear for yourself in between sessions. You carry this work inside. It is like building a muscle; you have to keep exercising. It is a choice.

I have, for years, been honoring this process for myself and continue to benefit from the Beautiful practitioners who hold for me. Yes, I do work on myself every day. Like an exercise class, I go for more refinement. It is not about fixing anything. It is about expanding in God’s Love Flow. That is a constant loving letting go of separations inside into freedom. Not a goal line, it is a flow. Like your physical exercise. You keep on. .It’s a pleasure. , joyful expansion. There is alway new.

Enjoy your inner exercise, give yourself the support that you give your body.
