This series is designed to bring greater alignment in you with the Presence by being Present. This world pulls and pushes us in the doing. What if you could be relaxed and walk with your beloved leading? The simple alignment of being present with yourself and the flow of God’s love brings a grace to life within, and the outer comes into harmony.

This Harmony may be a simple step of acceptance, freedom within, and from there you are in Flow. This process invites clearing the things that are in separation from Love, support, creative flow, even in our simple daily life. When we are in our Heart Flow, things go easily. Those things in resistance are calling for freedom. The freedom within comes with the alchemy in Spirit. Breathe and receive and let go in Love relaxation.

Vulnerability- Inner World Freedom is Freedom

Dear Ones,

Each one has a gift of alchemy through vulnerability to Love Light.

This is a trust walk in Love. It is in every breath. The frequency of the holidays- end of year brings more Light on the Planet and in you. This surfaces what does not know the Light. even more This can be uncomfortable, and is a gift as there is a gift of Grace – healing. This is an inside job. Being present brings the gift of Freedom through the Light expansion. This process has an experience of discomfort into Loving Light freedom.

We are not perfect in our humanness. This is to be loved. It is your choice – an opportunity to use the thing that doesn’t know the Light as a healing, Light Expansion. You are not powerless in this. You are held in the light even if you do not know it. You have to choose. This requires vulnerability in Loving. Can you let go in Love to the places that you hold onto in victim, high archies, any type of separation from Love. A Love that is free, not controlling or controlled. We are all of it. Now Open to God Light – Grace- through Loving Process, you will find the release. There is no right or wrong, just being available to Light to Love. The place that doesn’t know the Light is now illuminated in Flow. God’s Flow.

Remember you are Divine, be open to receive. The innocence allows the unknowing into the knowing that goes beyond this world. The knowing moves to the unknowing again and again.

You are Loved and You are Love.

Gratitude Heart

This time of year we all are thinking of Gratitude.

While our lives may present challenges right now, we are loved and are Love. Look inside and start with Gratitude to yourself. Then, through those eyes and heart, open to seeing what gifts are present even in your challenge or challenges. We are all being called back in Love to what IS.

Be present with your Breath and Breathe in the Living Love that Breathes you. Relax and allow more of this, surrender the rigid restrictions of againstness to being present to the renewal of Love that is Breathing you. There is no other.

Be the gratitude, in Love In you. Open this door to extend to all that you see or experience. The discomfort that makes you come present with yourself is calling you back inside. Be Love to all of it, receiving Love in Your Breath and relax.

This is a celebration of Light that is All.

Thank you ALL for all that you bring, your presence in happiness, confusion, hurt, anger, all lead back to Love. You can celebrate you and ALL.

Knowing – Be Present

Pause – Even in the chatter, the push-pull inside you. Breathe – Relax. Be Present. Love now. Love is Present. You are Love. even in discomfort, you are Love. Notice how you follow the anger, hurt, and control as the truth. What happens if you turn back into the Love that is also present? What do you tell yourself if you let go of the upset in Love? Just give be love to these places. Be Present in all of it and let Love lead.

You are opening a door to Grace and a renewed focus. Allow the Love you are to be your leader even while you are upset. You may experience your body relaxing, your mind calming, with your emotions.. Your eyesight may clear. Now you are open to receive. This is a constant choice. To gain the power of love is a choice. A Love that is Breath is God’s Love that you are. Open to your Divine nature. Open to the experience of Being, not becoming. You already are what you seek.

This is not about being against anything; it is about being what you are and choosing, Hold, to be held and heal in the Loving Grace of God. The LIGHT. It is Present. Be Present.

Today, in this moment, Be Present in Love in you as You in breath, in flow. Receive and let go, receive and let go. Continue as needed.

Peace is Present.

Heart or Head?

Are you speaking from your head or your HEART? Are You Breathing from Your Head or Your Heart? Are You Relaxed and receiving? Are you in Flow or Resistance, or trying to control?

Take time to tune in, touch your heart center, relax into Love, breathe, and chant HU…Let go of doing, resistance, ego, and control. Do you feel safe in vulnerability? Do you share from a place of control, resistance, defense, or any form of separation of Love Flow? There is Freedom in being present. Is your mind in chatter, overriding what is present in the frequency of sharing in God’s Love Flow? This can be an ordinary moment with someone. Stop, come present.

Are you aware of yourself in softness, relaxation, vulnerability, and sharing in caring?

Take time throughout your day and see where you are. Come present, let go. Let Love Lead. Be Open, let go of judgments. Let go of projecting onto others. It is all you.

Can you love what is pushing on you? Let go of resistance, withholding love to be in control. You are Beloved and not in control. Let go in Love flow and Gratitude.

Answer these questions inside and make the loving adjustments. in simple, vulnerable ways. Breathe, relax, listen, receive. Repeat until you become free of the doing and be the Love Flow. sharing in Flow becomes a frequency of God’s Love. All uplift.

 Let Go in Expansion – Be in God’s Love Flow

I am grateful to share the Upcoming Fall Retreat.

November 3rd thru the 6th, 2025. In Person and Online.

 Let Go in Gods Love Flow. Trusting what we cannot see or know yet, Relaxed, Clarity, Taking Direction in Flexibility.  Receiving. The Stream is carrying us as we are of the Stream. Open to the Love and allow the flow to reveal the loving ride as we traverse the creations that are letting go to God. The Remembrance. We are ONE.

Create an Inner Life that Flows throughout Work, Play, Health, Wealth, and Happiness. Our life is in the ONENESS of God’s Love Flow. Let go and receive. Keep Open.

We go within and attune in meditation to the ONENESS.  This is an experience that becomes the foundation of life. It Breathes you, in this we let Love – God lead. 

Clearing what stands between you and the freedom of this expansion is part of the gift.
