Every Year at this time, I find myself looking deeper at what it is to give and receive.

My Very Breath is just that receiving and giving in gratitude .

Our inner world is stirred in many ways. as we are engaged in our life. The Loving Light Support is called for each day. HOLIDAY PRESENT

There is a cadence of Light that happens this time of year giving more opportunity to go deeper and higher in the Light that you are – you are of.

You may notice things become busy and that things inside become more intense. This is the light moving what is no longer needed. The things that come present are the present. When we try to ignore , push away what is pushing or pulling, it can manifest in different ways. Physically, emotionally, mentally, our relationship with ourselves is what is going on.

Take time to come present In the loving opportunity that is available now and always. This time of year tends to bring more opportunity. You are the key to your freedom, awaken to the Loving Light, turn inward to be available to Spirit. This process of letting go in the loving Light – is one of truth- kindness – forgiveness. what you will let go of will only lift you to a higher brighter experience.

These are times of celebration. Gathering with loved ones in the abundance of sharing and caring.

Through the many years of meandering the loving life that is present, I know there are always downs that bring us to upliftment. Take time to go inside and give gratitude to yourself for your loving achievement of getting up, over and over again. Give thanks to the people or things that reflect inside as a challenge, they are your Angels calling you back to you, the Beloved. If you have not notice, or maybe have forgotten when you forgive in loving – gratitude surfaces, finally you see yourself free of your own separation that had brought you to the challenge. These are not failures, they are part of the Journey you have designed to bring you awake to the Beloved in you and knowing others as the same.

Give loving thanks to each step you chose to walk and each step that is present. It is all God’s co-creation in and with you. Be present in Loving Gratitude and relax.

I thank each one of you, even if I have never met you. We all share in this experience in our unique way of being. Our Song that sings us of Love and sound that comes through each of us has a unique frequency that comes from and to the ONE.

Create your day within. Breathe in and relax. You may be aware of resistance, arguments, hurt, judgments , shame and more. The mind and emotions are holding onto a sense of lack, or need. What if you allow the unknown to be a safe and free place of Love support – oneness? Breathe in and open to the safety in letting go. Let go to something that is greater in Love , no need to control, defend, or judge. Just Love. Receive inside. Allow.

Step into your inner kingdom and be present in the presence. Be the love, it is all in you. The ups and downs come in when we expect the outer world to be our validation. what if you can accept there is variation in the creation here on earth? The place for peace resides within each of us. Nurture and heal the places within our story that tell us, or push us against others or ourselves. No one can take this loving from us. The fight is within. Heal this place or places in Loving- forgiveness. We are learning, remembering, restoring true self, in the present by, letting go to the Beloved.

Step into your day with and in the Breath of love. Refocus yourself into the Divine Flow of love and allow this to lead. Let love lead you inside. This is a walk that is daily, moment by moment. You choose,. what would love do? Start inside you and overflow in the freedom of love leading you. No need to control or fear. Receiving is letting go.

Enjoy this love Divine Dance – Let the Beloved lead, be present in the presence .

My sharing is always about Inner Love that we all are, that is doing us, that becomes more and more awake. This is a process. We have to relearn to remember ourselves.

When 2 or more gather it is an opportunity to go within in Loving . The great practice and awareness is to understand what you are experiencing is in you, another person may be radiating Love from within, that reminds you of you and it awakens in you. Remember it is all you. You are key. You’re letting go of position and in willingness to see and experience yourself, and all the places that are bumpy as you reenter may surface. Knowing the discomfort will resolve in Loving Light as you let go – let God.

Come Present in Loving Light Sessions. This is a place of you, being held in the loving Light and you coming home to you. A Loving place that allows and guides you back inward. Allowing you to know you are safe and what is in disturbance is being held in Loving safe and sacred space. The elixir of Love – grace – understanding in freedom flow is done..

As you practice this over and over it becomes natural to you. This is a constant micro polishing and new habit that leads to a macro shift. It is all you Beloved.

This is a life process and opportunity for you to keep going within, remembering every day, every moment, what you see, feel and hear is being experienced in you from how you react or are inside. Imagine the day things dissolve and there is freedom in Love, knowing all is well.

I am grateful for the Loving Light work I have been called into this lifetime. The gift of innocence – serving God is always humbling in way of ordinariness. It is new every day,

We all are infinite creation – waking all levels of God within Home.

I want to share an observation of something that has continued to come up for me. When things come to our lives, how we are inside with it is the only thing that we have any control over. I know we all have our human ups and downs. We all want love. Change is Constant. Many people believe others should look, speak, respond in ways that make them comfortable. That means love to them. It is hard to control this. We might find that we are always being disappointed when we have expectations on others. This is not uncommon. It is a place inside that is living in the outer world, believing it can control things.make them look a certain way, behave a certain way so, then everything will be okay. Have you noticed you still have you inside pulling you into things that are not so shiny? Trying to deny never works. It grows bigger in some area of your inner and outer life.

We may try on all sort of costumes, use words that we hear used that mean love, or give us an identity we perceive will be a good thing for us. We all are just trying hats on.

We all have “flaws” , these are our gifts, when we are willing to be honest, be present in ourselves, bringing light and love to these places we deny, we begin a true path of Love – freedom. NO matter how much we want love, we are the key inside to what we are seeking. We can join groups of people with the same intention, always a good idea, but, if you expect perfection from the group, you are once again missing the point. We are here to learn from our humans. Master school. When we are with others we will always find all sorts of opportunity to see our own limitations. Our own reactions to what comes forward. When you have perfection expectation on others, you have those on yourself. You probably find you are judging yourself a lot, and probably others. As I said disappointment show up often.

My many years of living my life in this Master school of love focus, has continued to reveal the nuance of how people bring separation awareness in me, when I witness certain things that are out of balance I can get frustrated at the missed opportunity , I yearn for honesty. why do I need others to be honest? How can I expect that? That is a demand. Knowing this about myself, brings me back inside,, to loving me.. The place that doesn’t know I am safe and loved no matter how others behave. Others denials, only show up as a problem, If I deny love in me. It is never on anyone else. We all prefer things to be loving and safe. Ultimately we are our loving safe place. God is Present in this Beloved Vessel and when I am attuned in this frequency, I know peace and understaniding is present, all is well. I never get there if I try to shut off my human healing process.

So be Honest, Look at yourself as you are. all things you love and all things that you have created that you do not love or like. They all are yours to choose a path home in loving you awake.. I suggest you let go of the idea any one person will always be perfectly the way you want them to be, you would be better off to look in the mirror for what you are seeking and go to work in you, in loving light. It is all you…Can you love the dark can you love the Light, The light is love it becomes a flow. It IS.

Observe, come present, do not turn away. This is a Divine life breathing you. to know this takes courage. You are worth it.

Be Well .. Beloved… This is a continued opportunity.

I know I am always sharing move to the love. This is the answer to freedom. When you understand that expectations and control create separation, you begin to observe the places inside that you have put hurt and control on others. Those reflections are all you.

Truth- Hiding behind a role can become a prison. what if you could just love that you have flaws, that are calling for love. These flaws, do not separate you from the Beloved they, are your gift to bring forward, into the Light. Belonging is an inner experience. When we are afraid of your own confusions, mistakes, vulnerabilities, and life that you have co-created, you are in your own prison. When you accuse another of being the cause of this, you give your power over. What if you could learn to go inside and find the one in you that is actually holding separation as a tool to control, stay safe, or a form of revenge, in righteousness. which keeps you in prison. You are looking for Love. Love is Freedom.

To Be love is to know we all experiencing Humanness – To love beyond control, is a dance that brings up choices to listen to inner guidance. To allow others to learn from their own choices, to move in the world choosing to engage in ways that are their personal dance. This does not mean you must Jon them. When you see through the loving Altitude , you know they are in perfect flow for them. To move into allowing their agenda to be your controller, you are now once again, in a costume. Loving is choosing in honest flow. All things will be revealed the more you step into the Spiritual Light. Loving is an altitude. A Higher view. . NO one can save another or validate another. That is the journey. To know yourself as the Beloved goes beyond any form of separation. Then you are in gratitude for everything that has come your way. This dance is one that is calling you to a greater awareness of what – who you are. Nothing is against you. Are you willing to Love and look for the gift in it all? This takes honesty and strength..

Step into the loving Light – be willing to open to the unknown Loving in Greater ways. Letting go of controls, expectations, judgements, separations, hurts ,costumes, and more. Bring lovng to all these spaces and places. This is a Divine dance of Love beyond the mind and emotions. Things will be bumpy – and you can choose to see the gift in the bumps? Use these bumps for Loving healing. Awakening to the Beloved You Are.

Starting with loving yourself through compassion – healing in Grace opens channels of flow in co-creation. This is…

It is clear and easy. Simple.

Yet, we all get into separation through fear, control, right, wrong, emotional, mental and ego sensations that we believe.

When we allow in the flow of being present in letting go into love, we receive. There is no limitation.

The stories that are running you will come forward as you let go. Where there is illusion will surface, move to the love when this happens. Open yourself to receiving love frequency releasing in the Light. In this we are led in love and abundance – walking in the God love flow as we co-create. It is a dance that is soft, full, strong love. A knowing in trust even if it seems different than what you think…there is a wholeness.

There is no with – holding only flow.

Check inside- Am I in loving? 

You will know.. if not move into the loving process of healing in Grace – Let what is holding you in restriction, fear, ego, hurt, control and more to surface, ask for Loving Assistance in Spirit. Be present, let the illusion reveal itself, and love what is. If you turn from it, in judgment it does not go away. We are generating more negativity. So we will experience more shame, blame, judgement in our world. Denial, will be shaken at some point. Just love what comes forward.

Allow forgiveness in loving to embrace you inside and out. Be present. Let go as you receive.

In this loving being present in the presence once you make the space – build the field that is revealed in Love. Take those steps or the step.

In this field of Love we move in our life sharing, co-creating in this subtle but dynamic dance with God in us, as one. We step, we are inspired. Love is leading.

God Love is the source of everything- all that we are – all that we share – all that we do.

Let go…Give up to this and let it lead. This takes a willingness to let go to a new focus. New story inside of relaxed love -abundant flow in all ways, receiving. This is a daily purpose if you choose.
