Even when there is negativity Pause in a gratitude opportunity and Love you in the disturbance now and thank yourself for being honest, open to loving light to this place or places inside that are holding onto the very against – ness that is being reflected. The ups and downs of this world are going on inside us. We came to Bring Love. Let this be our choice, we are worthy, and this will overflow in the world we walk in. All sense of need lesson or falls away and the path is clear. You are met with each step in clarity and flow. Be LOVE as that is our natural state. Resting in Love. The Heart Beat of GOD.

Free The Victim to Love

God Morning,

I have been observing the sense of being a victim. How inside the struggle to be free seems to be determined by what others do, or say and even how money runs us. There is also being a victim to a victim. Seeing another person in need as a reason not to be happy or express love and joy, stay small so they feel okay. Maybe the need to save them so you can be free…Love.

This is all going on inside. We bounce and struggle with stories of right and wrong all depending on the others to be or do what we seek. No one is more important than another. We just give that to them inside us. What if you knew you are Divine ? You are God’s Love. How would it be to walk free inside being held in that. We have to give up our need to be separate, special over another or less than another. These are controllers. Letting go into the flow of Love. Imagine being and sharing in this world from that inside you.. This is polishing process, to love it al is to love all of you. Not in ego but, in sweet surrender to God’s infinite love.

What if we choose to take responsibility in a loving focus for our own inner fight? How would it be if we could take time to nurture and rewire ourselves within by giving up the fight and look and be the Love to the one inside who feels power is what is keeping it imprisoned. What if we can open to the Loving Light inside, breathing in and receiving?

Relax – Let go – Focus on your Heart Center, and let this breath of God breathe you as you are safely relaxing in the warmth and love of the Beloved. We can walk all day long in this contact. Remember – open to love, and relax ask and receive,, focus of what you want which is Love Freedom. This is inside. No one else gives it to you. If you depend on that you will always be in struggle wanting them to be what you want them to be so you know you are Loved and Safe.

Be that Love and Safety. Meet the polarity within you and in the world as an opportunity to heal in Love and be free. To Live a life of Love greater and greater inner attunement in Divine Flow. Love Light and Sound singing you. you will be in overflow, sharing in freedom.

We All are God’s Love – Open to this as your leader. Receive and allow. It is a choice and you have that power.

You are Beloved.

These are times of challenges inside and in the outer world. What comes up in you can be very dismaying.

How do we come into compassion, understanding leading to freedom in acceptance in Love?

We all are experiencing the world inside us. Our reactions and stories create a greater friction to deal with. Start there. Be present with you in the discomfort. It is present as a message, this message is calling you to Love. If you are afraid of the discomfort, keep it simple , be the love you are seeking, It is present in you. There is no shame in the experience of upset. There is no shame in asking for another Beloved to hold in Loving to assist you. We are here to bring Love.

Start with yourself . Be available to you, do not run from what is in disturbance. Sit with you and ask for the Loving Light of God to assist you. Let what is in hurt and in separation surface in the safety of kindness, the loving Light flow illuminating the misunderstanding.

We all abandon or forget ourself to our experience of this world. Be the Peace and love you seek. Come into a greater peace through the healing Grace of God that is present in all. Do – Be the Loving to the inner wars and allow the release through compassion expansion, trusting Love. God is Your partner. God is the source of All and that is Love. A love that goes beyond the Mind, Body, and Emotions. Allow this Love to awaken and soothe these frictions to remembering you are the Beloved. You are Divine even when you forget.

Do not shame the humanity in you or others, you came to bring Love. Let the ones who are in disturbance hurt and more in you have a voice, to be seen in the loving embrace of yourself and another can be a powerful choice. Be love to all that is hard to Love. This means Love the one in you that is in challenge to Love. Let it speak and hold over and over again in forgiveness and loving . Forgive yourself for judging you. Love yourself as you forgive whatever it is in yourself that doesn’t know Love. That part of you is in the illusion and you have the power to bring peace and love to it. See the greater understanding. It will be loved into Grace. Do not dismiss these parts,. They are here for lLoving.

Forgive yourself for giving up your love because of what someone else said or did. You are Love. NO matter what consciousness shows up in me or in front of me, I am Divine and so are they. Even while there is disturbance, Love and Peace are present. There is no they, we are ONE LOVE.

This is a big and worthy practice. give it a try. It is a polishing, so do not try to be perfect. Allow the Humanity to dissolve into love, meet it over and over again in this Divine Space of Mercy – Love.

This is a tme of opportunity, take this time to generate the Love focus through your own inner healing in the Grace Field of the Christ. Be brave and share when you need support. allow the love to surface in the face of all the disturbances. You are Divine..

Trust your vision of Love and be that frequency, lean into letting go of control and allowing the focus to be in flow, in acceptance and receiving and giving. This is an intimate dance of trust in Love.

We are ONE LOVE, let’s build the field inside to overflow, like a gentle strong wind that touches soothes all.

What Frequency are you?

Where are you focused?

Are you in Lack -Hurt – Anger or are you aware of a Love Stream that is beyond your mind and emotions? Are you aware of BEING PRESENT, Relaxed in Love frequency? No push or pull, just BE Present. Neutral Love. Open to a greater you in the Beloved Love flow in the ONE – as ONE.

Do not think, relax and open to receiving and giving up to this. It is done… There is no other, be present in the frequency of Love.

Lower levels “think” this is good, this is God, It is all God in surrender to Love. Let go Let God, is never a doing, it is a lesson of letting go of the lower level needs to a higher frequency of Love. Co-Creating and communicating in a sharing of creativity. You do not control others. How they perceive is focusing through the illusions of the Reality of Karma. Karma is movement. Not good or bad. What you focus inside you, is the radiation of Love you are co-creating. Not good or bad.

Now we all ask ourselves, what do I choose? Can I let go in Grace, in Loving, Healing through Spiritual guidance, experience and open to the Greater You? The ONE? There is no you. NO other.

Grace is in OUR Heart. This is our journey of LOVE. All the trials and tribulations are designed perfectly to awaken love. Not hurt. The hurt is what we are learning to Love though, letting go in sweet forgiveness to remembering We are Divine. This is a remembering of experience. A frequency . A Being in This Flow.

Each day we have a beauty and challenge dance with this higher element coming forward more and more. We choose to let go to Love. A Love that knows all.

Relax, let go of thought and open to receive. Place in the Loving light what is in disturbance and open to receive. Let the hurts, fear and more be shined, polished in Love. Be present, be patient, Love all your emotions and thoughts, and hold , be held in Love. Allow them be dissolved in Gods Greater Love Light and be in the flow. Knowing all is right and well. Step by, step, this is a dance of Love.

Expansion – Change

Nothing is stagnant. Change is constant, inside and out.

I have been working with people over 23 years, when I say this it means I have been working with myself this entire lifetime and lifetimes. The view is always changing. I never presume I know the answer. My life has beauty in all experiences that may assist others, yet, each person has their unique view from within. This leads to a place of ONE.. Letting go of the knower and allowing the flow, the renewer in each breath, each moment is a path of Love. It is simple, Love. Love that goes beyond possesive – control – good – bad. It is Love present flow., receiving – giving Acceptance and observation – expansion of Being in the flow. No mental or emotional pull. We relax into all is present and none of this is truth. Come present and allow the light loving to lead the very presence in you to lead you. This love goes beyond.. there is always etc.

Come Present right now and you will be aware of a new view. Open your heart eyes. Each moment, each day, each experience is an inner expression. Come present inside and listen, feel, and observe what you are experiencing. That is your personal relationship to what is present.

You can choose in the moment to relax, breathe and allow love to be your frequency inside, if there is bumpy expression, just accept and be present in acceptance and love. You can keep open to expansion in the places that express in retraction, fear, hurt , anger and more. Let this be an expression but, not truth. It is an experience of your humanity. Loving humanity past right or wrong, allows a new view of compassion and opportunity to alchamy in Love. Freedom within. Your view expands and you open to a creative flow inspired in Love.

Love is free, as you let go to the Beloved in you, you let go… From this place you have a higher view, seeing through new eyes to receive and share in the frequency of love. Open your Spiritual eyes. This is a choice. Let go of the mind and emotions, you become available to inspiration beyond what you know. Come present – allow the loving expression of love Light and Sound.

Honesty- Be Present

Anticipating you are going to be seen a certain way. Doing things so you know you are loved. Have you ever noticed when you do these things you have a continued challenge to stay loving in you to you. You find that things are hard to keep up with. This is most likely because you have been living from the outside in. The illusion is a chase. A chase for validation, belonging, being special.

I want to offer an another loving challenge – tool. It involves being honest with yourself and others. Not in any way the harms or hurts. Honesty can be a challenge when you live in fear. the fears and hurts may be running you,, will take courage to be with see, hear, feel and open to loving truth. You are a Soul, there is no wrong, can you witness in loving?

My Loving Challenge is to allow yourself to take time and stop running from yourself, looking to belong…instead come present. There will be discomfort, but this discomfort is calling you to freedom. Come present and allow the thing or things you are avoiding to come into the light, Be present in Loving surrender to how you feel, think, behave and let go in the truth. The truth of what you keep telling yourself about yourself that keeps you in the chase, the outer world validation chase for love. It is an inside job. It does not matter how many people shower you with attention, you are still talking inside to yourself. Be present listen, and come to a place that brings a loving forgiveness for the judgments you carry on yourself and others. Those judgments keep you in separation and fear. More hiding and more sense of being out of control .you are not in control. The Loving Source is, and as you allow yourself to awaken to this through honest surrender in Love to the Light you find yourself with more generosity inside to you and others.

This world will keep you busy. We are here to learn. you are worth it. So take the loving challenge to be honest, be present, and bring the loving grace field awake in surrender to Love, even as you are taken through the discomfort. The other side is amazing. It is the Loving Freedom, that is present in being present within. Be still , walk in the world knowing you are more than this. It is a grand scheme of Divine Love awakening this form home. This Home is in everything, tune – wake to the Love and it will flow in you as you , being supported. There is no limit to this expansion. So there is no limit to what can be brought to the Loving Light. Come Present in you and open to the Divine Song singing you, and bring all that is there, place it at the feet of God. Love is present.

Love Flow – Gratitude – Loving

The essence of love grows through letting go of routines of right and wrong.

The idea of seperation is like the waves that come to surface during a storm or change in tides. All of the comings and goings never really separate from the ONE. Inside most humans experience from a perspective that life is happening outside of ones self, in a sense of separation. We experience within , we withhold Love by our own inner shut down. When disturbance or tides move, if we ride the shift in that moment and use it as a negative truth, we are taking a position that starts the withholding inside to ourselves. Going against the flow of the tide, that is offering an experience of expansion. We may move into resistance to be safe, through old lenses that perceive there has been betrayal or abandonment This probably will be emotional and mental. It will feel visceral and powerful. So we believe it to be true. This comes as a lifelong pattern. A signal…

What if you paused and opened yourself to love. Inner love, not righteous? What if you had an expanded knowing inside that whatever has taken place or is happening is revealing a place in you that withholds love to you. Expectations of others and Betrayal can seem devastating when you see the world around you as your guide. It is a reflection that reveals you. The world inside is the place all of your information is stored and reveals how you are in flow or not in flow of love. You will be shaken not to harm but, to give an opportunity to move to honesty in love. Where are you hiding, where are you withholding love in you to you. In a blink of an eye another may not respond how you want and you crumble. You take a mantle of good and bad, unforgivable. The tide ebbs and flows. Everyone has a process of taking care of themselves. Some lash out in blame and with -hold love to others and to themselves in that choice.

If you take time to pause and listen to the pain story you are telling yourself, and give voice to the part of you that has with-held love over and over to yourself and others, blaming them, ie parents, coworkers and anyone else, you will see how you with held love to you. You decided this keeps you safe. Could you know, no one is perfect. do you ever make mistakes? What do you do with that? Do you judge yourself, do you pretend you do not have that in you? What if you take time to be honest, not afraid to see and bring love to the places that are pretending to be “perfect”” in the way you perceive love should look. Love is an experience inside that keeps growing in flow, it does not need to inflict or control others to know love. It is present in the breath it has no limit, except in our humanness. Which is the design here. Letting go to a place within that goes beyond and receives in love and gives up in love and trust is available if we choose.

We all are of the infinite Divine Ocean of Love and Mercy. To experience this, we all have an opportunity to pause and accept what has come present is a gift, even if it is bumpy, the tide is moving. We have choice to let go in forgiveness, learning, let go to and ride the loving tide as your guide, revealing and healing the places that keep recreating the hurt and more. You hold this key. It is not about another person. Others can assist you to find your keys and doors to open to the flow. Things happen in this world, from the human view, it may seem confusing and hurtful. This is your opportunity to know Spirt, this is your journey to awaken Love. if you are willing, you will receive a gift of expanded love in the places that have been reflected in you as separate.. From there Grace happens and you know all is well, you are Beloved.

Open yourself to the Infinite tides of Love. Each bump has a Love message. A message in a bottle if you will. Open the bottles. Let all be revealed back to the Ocean Of Love and Mercy.
