This series is designed to bring greater alignment in you with the Presence by being Present. This world pulls and pushes us in the doing. What if you could be relaxed and walk with your beloved leading? The simple alignment of being present with yourself and the flow of God’s love brings a grace to life within, and the outer comes into harmony.

This Harmony may be a simple step of acceptance, freedom within, and from there, you are in Flow. This process invites clearing the things that are in separation from Love, which supports creative flow, even in our simple daily life. When we are in our Heart Flow, things go easily. Those things in resistance are calling for freedom. The freedom within comes with the alchemy in Spirit. Breathe and receive and let go in Love relaxation.

Letting go and expanding. In the midst of doing. Our life here brings a special gift – an opportunity. How do you come present – stay present in Flow? Let go and be met instead of chasing anything? Love is Present. Our inner world is what is driving our experiences and creation. Coming present in you with the presence is the key. Not a new concept. How are you doing with this?

Responsible Love – You are the key. You choose. We all create the experience that comes. That is an opportunity.

Join me for this series of 4 gatherings. We will attune, clear, and create a simple practice for each day to come, present in flow. It is constant. When you relax and attune to this Divine heartbeat in you. You are in partnership with God. It is never over there; it is present. Present in you as you. I offer private single sessions $350, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

A Package is a series of 3 sessions. – $900 to be completed over a 3-month period. This is a very subtle and powerful experience. This is a commitment to yourself. The package has a timing on purpose, and you are in flow for that time frame. There is a polishing that is building in this commitment. When you make space in your life to be present, opening to greater alignment, you are met by Spirit where you are. Once a month is a beautiful way to keep in Flow. The sessions can be spaced closer, if that serves where you are.

I want to share a process that I have been in for years. Still having opportunities.

I live in a diverse neighborhood. When COVID came, more people moved into the homes around me. It became very crowded in their homes and on the street. More emotions and frequency of people trying to get along in tight spaces.

The polishing of keeping a loving boundary and the influence of the psychic frequency that changed here has been a strengthener, not always easy to lift and hold in peace and love. I found the places in me that were experiencing powerlessness to negativity.

If you have seen West Side Story, I’m doing a spoiler in sharing if you haven’t. Sorry. After there was the shootings of Maria’s loved ones, she encounters the young man who became wrapped up in the fight. and shot her love. He was not really in the middle of it, but was pulled into the sides in anger, then shot the person he had been told was the enemy. Families and ethnic separation, countries, streets, towns, etc., all have a sense of identity separate from others. We really feel and believe this is true. That is the design/illusion of the planet. This story was about a neighborhood. It reflects all of us inside and out.What I want to share is Maria, who saw only love, fell apart in grief and anger, took the gun from the young man, and said, ” I never knew how to hate until you taught me.” She turned the gun on him, did not shoot, then herself, did not shoot, then dropped the gun and wept. I wept when I saw this for the millionth time. Something in me remembered that moment of giving up love because all around me it seemed hopeless, hurt, abandoned, or more.. Turning the gun on someone is turning the gun on yourself. shutting off your love flow to survive. It is a beautiful offering to look inside and see how you have chosen this. No judgment, only compassion and forgiveness. We forget what we are and begin to move into separation inside as we experience this world, micro and macro. We can reclaim ourselves through awareness and compassion for ourselves, healing in Grace those places that give up or forget Love inside. Then, through those eyes, we have that for others. There is no other.

Another element of what I have been experiencing and watching is addiction. drugs, alcohol, and smoking. I am from a big family, and lots of drugs and drinking were part of my experience.. When I was 18, I was still living at home and pretty lost inside. I was partying a lot. Not present in me, nor really connecting with loved ones. I came home late one night, and ironically, I had been unwittingly drugged. I knew inside this was a turning point. When I entered my parents’ house, my Mother called out and told me to get out of her house now. This was not negotiable. My sister had attempted suicide that night and was brought home. My Mother was full to say the least.

I called a friend, and she allowed me to live with her and her family for a bit. I continued to drink too much. This was a kind person, and it was temporary. I was really hurt and upset with my Mom, and so was she with me. I have worked on my process of believing I had been abandoned and more. Just recently, Grace entered me. Addiction is something a person has to choose out of. My Mother Loved herself and me enough to do this. I look at that inside me now and I see how strong she was, but also how I had to walk this life I chose and choose to learn and strengthen my Love for me and let that lead my life. The sweetness that is coming alive in me, as I have allowed Love to lead this experience back into the Beloved I am and she is, goes beyond words. I am grateful.

Sometimes we think love is staying in the negative, or supporting the negative. What if you consider that we all have a Light that can ignite within? What if we have to turn back to ourselves in Love first? We can’t carry anyone that way. We can reflect and be a frequency of Love. They or we have to turn to the Love and field of healing to receive and expand. We are strong Love. We forget. That is okay. We are also pulled into remembrance. Love expands in us in Spirit, through Spirit, and we let go. Relax, forgive yourself. Love and allow it to reveal. It is a flow of God’s Infinite Love we are all made of.

Be grateful for those who held in Love even when it appeared to be a no, not anymore. Take a look inside and see what you reclaimed in Love, not righteousness. Give yourself the gift of a stepping stone instead of victim. Thank whoever played their part. Put the gun down and lift in Loving Light. e Gratefu lin Love to you and all involved.

I want to share an opportunity.

This world is beautiful and full of illusions. We have experiences that are expanded and fun on this planet. It actually is happening inside. Have you noticed the need to keep looking outside yourself to know you belong? Maybe you finally joined a group of people and think now I am” in”. collecting people to know you belong? Does this resonate?

Have you noticed that when you’re alone, you don’t know what and who you are without all that stimulation? None of this is wrong; it’s just an illusion that keeps you in a sense of separation. We are here to share, yet it is all present in you in the Divine flow. To generate this connection requires going inside. Meditation and clearing what you hold onto that stands between your Divine flow.

This is the dance of this world. You choose what you are focused on, when that is in this world and is complete, do you know you are Divine and belong when all the people and events go away?

Remember, sharing and caring are beautiful; we are here to do that. It lives in you.

It is there even when you are not with others. You are never more valuable because of who you are with or what you are doing. It is just another experience. Use it and don’t hold onto it.

You are Beloved, when you are sleeping, doing dishes, holding in Love for yourself and others. Nothing you do makes you more Divine than another. We are all ONE LOVE in God. There are people who have more awareness than others, but that is temporary, too; everyone is going home to God. It Breathes you.

Take the opportunity to love and appreciate yourself in the most simple ways, and let the flow of the Spirit lead you in this moment. This is not about what others see or say about you. You are the key to all.

Be the Love you are, in each Breath. No Drama, just the Being.

Let Go

Today you have a choice to let go into Love. You hold the power of creativity through the frequency of Love..

Each day and moment we all have an opportunity to Love all the parts in us the are in separation. I know, I keep writing this and sharing this over and over. This is a constant opportunity inside each of us to remember, Breathe In Love and Let Go of the restrictions. Let Go in Love to comfort, give the one inside you that is speaking in negativity or feeling negative the space of Love Light. Relax and allow the frequency of Light to flow in you to all the orphans that do not know Love,. bring them into Love. No one needs to be fixed. Just remembered back into Love. This is an experience. Allow it…

Now that you relax and trust love, see the Love leading you in your day to day life. Allow the scenes inside you to hold in Love frequency. Even when others show up in negativity, you do not need to join them.Just witness them. Send them Light Love. Do not give up to the scenario of victim. Do not judge it. Just witness, in neutral Love. This Neutrality is not stuffing yourself. It is relaxed, clear and inside. If you are pulled to meet the person or situation in the negativity. you can focus inside to the one in you that is forgetting that Love is power. Bring to that part of you. Speak kind word, I Love me, I’m Loved and Relax, Breathe, you can ask of Loving light assistance silently, and be open to receiving. Allow this Love Flow to be your focus. when we shut our hearts off inside for protection, we move into separation, restriction becomes more and more present in the situation. Inside and Out.

This is a constant opportunity, to choose love, to trust love. You are a Divine co-creator. It is all inside us. We radiate what we focus on. We choose and open to give up to love.

This can be a challenge. It is a Blessing once you allow Love to lead your life inside and out. This is also a constant polishing for all of us , to remember . We are not perfect, that being said loving all of our humanity and leading those parts that do not know love back to Love is a choice. Soon it becomes natural, like brushing your teethe. We still will have our ups and owns. We always have the choice to heal in Love. you are worth it.

The ups and downs of this world are going on inside us. We came to Bring Love. Let this be our choice, we are worthy, and this will overflow in the world we walk in. All sense of need lesson or falls away and the path is clear. You are met with each step in clarity and flow. Be LOVE as that is our natural state. Resting in Love. The Heart Beat of GOD.

Free The Victim to Love

God Morning,

I have been observing the sense of being a victim. How inside the struggle to be free seems to be determined by what others do, or say and even how money runs us. There is also being a victim to a victim. Seeing another person in need as a reason not to be happy or express love and joy, stay small so they feel okay. Maybe the need to save them so you can be free…Love.

This is all going on inside. We bounce and struggle with stories of right and wrong all depending on the others to be or do what we seek. No one is more important than another. We just give that to them inside us. What if you knew you are Divine ? You are God’s Love. How would it be to walk free inside being held in that. We have to give up our need to be separate, special over another or less than another. These are controllers. Letting go into the flow of Love. Imagine being and sharing in this world from that inside you.. This is polishing process, to love it al is to love all of you. Not in ego but, in sweet surrender to God’s infinite love.

What if we choose to take responsibility in a loving focus for our own inner fight? How would it be if we could take time to nurture and rewire ourselves within by giving up the fight and look and be the Love to the one inside who feels power is what is keeping it imprisoned. What if we can open to the Loving Light inside, breathing in and receiving?

Relax – Let go – Focus on your Heart Center, and let this breath of God breathe you as you are safely relaxing in the warmth and love of the Beloved. We can walk all day long in this contact. Remember – open to love, and relax ask and receive,, focus of what you want which is Love Freedom. This is inside. No one else gives it to you. If you depend on that you will always be in struggle wanting them to be what you want them to be so you know you are Loved and Safe.

Be that Love and Safety. Meet the polarity within you and in the world as an opportunity to heal in Love and be free. To Live a life of Love greater and greater inner attunement in Divine Flow. Love Light and Sound singing you. you will be in overflow, sharing in freedom.

We All are God’s Love – Open to this as your leader. Receive and allow. It is a choice and you have that power.

Expansion – Change

Nothing is stagnant. Change is constant, inside and out.

I have been working with people over 23 years, when I say this it means I have been working with myself this entire lifetime and lifetimes. The view is always changing. I never presume I know the answer. My life has beauty in all experiences that may assist others, yet, each person has their unique view from within. This leads to a place of ONE.. Letting go of the knower and allowing the flow, the renewer in each breath, each moment is a path of Love. It is simple, Love. Love that goes beyond possesive – control – good – bad. It is Love present flow., receiving – giving Acceptance and observation – expansion of Being in the flow. No mental or emotional pull. We relax into all is present and none of this is truth. Come present and allow the light loving to lead the very presence in you to lead you. This love goes beyond.. there is always etc.

Come Present right now and you will be aware of a new view. Open your heart eyes. Each moment, each day, each experience is an inner expression. Come present inside and listen, feel, and observe what you are experiencing. That is your personal relationship to what is present.

You can choose in the moment to relax, breathe and allow love to be your frequency inside, if there is bumpy expression, just accept and be present in acceptance and love. You can keep open to expansion in the places that express in retraction, fear, hurt , anger and more. Let this be an expression but, not truth. It is an experience of your humanity. Loving humanity past right or wrong, allows a new view of compassion and opportunity to alchamy in Love. Freedom within. Your view expands and you open to a creative flow inspired in Love.

Love is free, as you let go to the Beloved in you, you let go… From this place you have a higher view, seeing through new eyes to receive and share in the frequency of love. Open your Spiritual eyes. This is a choice. Let go of the mind and emotions, you become available to inspiration beyond what you know. Come present – allow the loving expression of love Light and Sound.

Honesty- Be Present

Anticipating you are going to be seen a certain way. Doing things so you know you are loved. Have you ever noticed when you do these things you have a continued challenge to stay loving in you to you. You find that things are hard to keep up with. This is most likely because you have been living from the outside in. The illusion is a chase. A chase for validation, belonging, being special.

I want to offer an another loving challenge – tool. It involves being honest with yourself and others. Not in any way the harms or hurts. Honesty can be a challenge when you live in fear. the fears and hurts may be running you,, will take courage to be with see, hear, feel and open to loving truth. You are a Soul, there is no wrong, can you witness in loving?

My Loving Challenge is to allow yourself to take time and stop running from yourself, looking to belong…instead come present. There will be discomfort, but this discomfort is calling you to freedom. Come present and allow the thing or things you are avoiding to come into the light, Be present in Loving surrender to how you feel, think, behave and let go in the truth. The truth of what you keep telling yourself about yourself that keeps you in the chase, the outer world validation chase for love. It is an inside job. It does not matter how many people shower you with attention, you are still talking inside to yourself. Be present listen, and come to a place that brings a loving forgiveness for the judgments you carry on yourself and others. Those judgments keep you in separation and fear. More hiding and more sense of being out of control .you are not in control. The Loving Source is, and as you allow yourself to awaken to this through honest surrender in Love to the Light you find yourself with more generosity inside to you and others.

This world will keep you busy. We are here to learn. you are worth it. So take the loving challenge to be honest, be present, and bring the loving grace field awake in surrender to Love, even as you are taken through the discomfort. The other side is amazing. It is the Loving Freedom, that is present in being present within. Be still , walk in the world knowing you are more than this. It is a grand scheme of Divine Love awakening this form home. This Home is in everything, tune – wake to the Love and it will flow in you as you , being supported. There is no limit to this expansion. So there is no limit to what can be brought to the Loving Light. Come Present in you and open to the Divine Song singing you, and bring all that is there, place it at the feet of God. Love is present.
