This series is designed to bring greater alignment in you with the Presence by being Present. This world pulls and pushes us in the doing. What if you could be relaxed and walk with your beloved leading? The simple alignment of being present with yourself and the flow of God’s love brings a grace to life within, and the outer comes into harmony.

This Harmony may be a simple step of acceptance, freedom within, and from there, you are in Flow. This process invites clearing the things that are in separation from Love, which supports creative flow, even in our simple daily life. When we are in our Heart Flow, things go easily. Those things in resistance are calling for freedom. The freedom within comes with the alchemy in Spirit. Breathe and receive and let go in Love relaxation.

Letting go and expanding. In the midst of doing. Our life here brings a special gift – an opportunity. How do you come present – stay present in Flow? Let go and be met instead of chasing anything? Love is Present. Our inner world is what is driving our experiences and creation. Coming present in you with the presence is the key. Not a new concept. How are you doing with this?

Responsible Love – You are the key. You choose. We all create the experience that comes. That is an opportunity.

Join me for this series of 4 gatherings. We will attune, clear, and create a simple practice for each day to come, present in flow. It is constant. When you relax and attune to this Divine heartbeat in you. You are in partnership with God. It is never over there; it is present. Present in you as you. I offer private single sessions $350, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

A Package is a series of 3 sessions. – $900 to be completed over a 3-month period. This is a very subtle and powerful experience. This is a commitment to yourself. The package has a timing on purpose, and you are in flow for that time frame. There is a polishing that is building in this commitment. When you make space in your life to be present, opening to greater alignment, you are met by Spirit where you are. Once a month is a beautiful way to keep in Flow. The sessions can be spaced closer, if that serves where you are.

Acceptance -this does not mean powerless or give up or anything negative. Acceptance is a place of observation in relaxed flow. In this state, you may see what is going on just is. It does not take away anything from you. In fact, when we are in this state, we are open to receiving.

This is an open view to see through freedom within. You are Divine, and being in the state of Divine flow, we experience that everything has a purpose of upliftment. This does not mean you do what others are doing, but it is a time of choice in Love. A choice inside to receive what is for your highest good in Health, wealth, and Happiness inside and overflow in your outer world.

All expansion happens within. In this open, accepting space, we let go of a limited view of what we see or think we know and open ourselves to what we do not know, receiving in a new experience of renewed knowing. Taking us on a journey of Living Love and Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Accept what is and move to what you would like to experience. We do not make other people do anything. We co-create our life. Choosing what is uplifting and taking steps. We do this in freedom. Freedom from what others are doing. Be what you are looking for.

When we let go in alchemy of what we hold onto that keeps us in the separation of love, creative inner and outer life, we become aware of the Beloved, of God’s Love. Walking a life of Love Flow has challenges that surface for us to grow from. We created them, now we realize ourselves in the Grace field of Acceptance- Love – Forgiveness receiving.

Take steps inside each day or end of the day to pause. Look at what you struggle with. Don’t judge that you struggle and open to soft heart, soft eyes. Breathe receive. Allow your view inside to hear what you are telling yourself about yourself in the disturbance. Love yourself, ask for the Light. Be present in acceptance; nothing is here to hurt you. Consider that there can be a gift in this and be open to receiving. Open to letting go of control and open to receiving the gift. Acceptance is a form of nutrality. Open heart and hands to give up the fear and control and receive a gift of Loving freedom. I will not say what that will be for you. You are Divine, open to the experience even though you do not know this. be an explorer of God’s Love Gifts in all.

Take this in without resistance. Open your heart and hands. Let go and let God.

Freedom Within

This is a time of expansion. We are tested every day with a sense of chaos-controlled negativity.Inside we probably find ourselves in restriction, oppression, fear, anger, frustration and more.

How do we regain our center? Our Loving creative flow?

I was with some children yesterday. One tripped and fell down, and I was pulled to go to him. His face showed embarrassment and vulnerability, shame. The frequency he sent me when he looked at me was to stay away. I did, he cried, and went to his Dad. I sent love from within to him. Then his brother was walking in front of me, and slipped, then fell, and he just lay there deciding, not quite reacting yet. There was space for me to gently help him stand up. His father asked if he was okay, and he decided he was.

My observation is that they were showing me how we all allow and promote receiving or blocking love flow in our reactions. When we let go and relax and trust, we open to being lifted and balanced in Love. It takes courage to not be in defense or shame. It’s okay to have feelings, as we grow up, we can recognize our feelings as just that. What we are telling ourselves about ourselves is inside us. We learn to comfort and calm and see the benefit of vulnerability and trust and receiving. This is how the Light gets in.

The Loving Light is always present in creative flow inside us. Keeping our hearts open and sharing in vulnerability allows clearing, and doors swing open to creative abundance. We share in this world this way. We are not isolated except inside. That is where the jail exists. We create the jail. Our life experiences hold the messages we have kept alive in us to ” survive.” Instead of Love and abundant flow. The messages were an experience of separation. We believe and believed it.

Take your power back through Love. We give it away to ego walls, shame, blame, and control through negativity, ours or others. We get our feelings hurt and shut down, try to be perfect, which is non-existent, love the one inside and the one who stumbles, falls down. Let the Loving Light lift you up and stand in your Loving creative Power. You are divine. When we want to fight, hit, or control, we block what we are seeking. This is a process.

Knowledge of this helps us use our Divine awareness to choose, take an inner Love bath, and receive. Remember, we all make mistakes and learn from them. Don’t condemn yourself or others. Consider you have a choice. This choice is that you can heal what is disturbed and open to freedom within that shows the way to create a better place inside and out to live. Live in Loving freedom. see through the heart of God.

There are layers of creation that have a frequency that we respond to. Be willing to keep getting back up in Loving support. Inside and out. Sharing with others who are also on this path can be revealing and healing.

Be open to being supported and supporting. No one does it alone. It is an inside job; your inner experience is what is running you. Those upsets are a call for help. Start by pausing in honesty, and love the one inside that is in upset or confusion. Relax, breathe, allow the love to reveal the one inside that does not know Love-Light. There is nothing to do but love and forgive yourself for forgetting you are beloved, you are Divine, and you are Love and Loved. Start with this simple process and see how it reveals and heals you into a greater awareness of flow, of safety, and creative inspiration. Your inner world will reflect to the outer.

Today you have a choice to let go into Love. You hold the power of creativity through the frequency of Love..

Each day and moment we all have an opportunity to Love all the parts in us the are in separation. I know, I keep writing this and sharing this over and over. This is a constant opportunity inside each of us to remember, Breathe In Love and Let Go of the restrictions. Let Go in Love to comfort, give the one inside you that is speaking in negativity or feeling negative the space of Love Light. Relax and allow the frequency of Light to flow in you to all the orphans that do not know Love,. bring them into Love. No one needs to be fixed. Just remembered back into Love. This is an experience. Allow it…

Now that you relax and trust love, see the Love leading you in your day to day life. Allow the scenes inside you to hold in Love frequency. Even when others show up in negativity, you do not need to join them.Just witness them. Send them Light Love. Do not give up to the scenario of victim. Do not judge it. Just witness, in neutral Love. This Neutrality is not stuffing yourself. It is relaxed, clear and inside. If you are pulled to meet the person or situation in the negativity. you can focus inside to the one in you that is forgetting that Love is power. Bring to that part of you. Speak kind word, I Love me, I’m Loved and Relax, Breathe, you can ask of Loving light assistance silently, and be open to receiving. Allow this Love Flow to be your focus. when we shut our hearts off inside for protection, we move into separation, restriction becomes more and more present in the situation. Inside and Out.

This is a constant opportunity, to choose love, to trust love. You are a Divine co-creator. It is all inside us. We radiate what we focus on. We choose and open to give up to love.

This can be a challenge. It is a Blessing once you allow Love to lead your life inside and out. This is also a constant polishing for all of us , to remember . We are not perfect, that being said loving all of our humanity and leading those parts that do not know love back to Love is a choice. Soon it becomes natural, like brushing your teethe. We still will have our ups and owns. We always have the choice to heal in Love. you are worth it.

Be – See a Light Love Filled Life

We all have read, heard or maybe know that we are co-creating our life experience.

That being said, this life experience is our curriculum. We are Divine. When we come into this world, we forget and we begin a journey of being remembered. Remembered is a knowing that comes alive. dropping the illusions of separation. We tell ourselves negative stories from within. We keep focused on that negative story as our truth, as opposed to the Love the Light we are. The Loving Light filled life we are.

We frequency the focus, the emotions, the thoughts, the reality we are believing to be running us radiates more of the same. All humans do this. Imagine healing these place into Loving Light flow. How would it be to walk in a Loving Light reality within ?

This is possible, step by step. Illuminating your inner world. The stories, the parts of you that have been in the confusion of separation, from the experiences that told you, to fear, or to judge, or hate or lack. Carrying a sense of powerlessness to what everyone else is doing or saying. We have the power to change the frequency- language to Love. We hold this key, We can choose. This means giving up the things that support the negativity, this is journey of remembering.

The world looks and feels full of against-ness. How do we relax in Loving flow? Bring the one inside into the light and allow the Alchemy of LightLove to reveal the Divine, letting go of the story that has been holding you hostage. The language goes from negativity to Love, Kindness, Sharing , Caring, and Abundance. This is an inside job, you are important. Love does support you. God is LoveLight and you are ONE LOVE. This is a surrender. Surrender to the unknown – knowing.

The process of Loving alchemy allows what is holding you in negativity to have a voice in the Light. To reveal what is unseen to you. let it be seen in Love. Give yourself kindness and see how holding on to defense, anger and hurt has kept you there. It is a false protection, but understandable. Now is the time to see how you actually are not the things you told yourself. Let the Loving Light flow and assist you in clearing your emotions, mind and body of the repetitive habits and come alive in expansion of Spiritual Loving Light. this is what you are. ONE LOVE.

This is an experience. It goes beyond mind. I am sharing this in words. Maybe there is something in you that knows this is true and you are pulled in Love.

That is all this is about.

Be the Love you SEEK. The world will reveal that as we are ONE. The more we choose and actually move within to this, we radiate out in overflow. Touching all around us, even if we do not know what is going on.

Be the Love Light and See the Love Light Life you seek. This will keep you in a direction of Loving Flow. Co-creating from within a Life of Loving Light Abundance.

The ups and downs of this world are going on inside us. We came to Bring Love. Let this be our choice, we are worthy, and this will overflow in the world we walk in. All sense of need lesson or falls away and the path is clear. You are met with each step in clarity and flow. Be LOVE as that is our natural state. Resting in Love. The Heart Beat of GOD.

Free The Victim to Love

God Morning,

I have been observing the sense of being a victim. How inside the struggle to be free seems to be determined by what others do, or say and even how money runs us. There is also being a victim to a victim. Seeing another person in need as a reason not to be happy or express love and joy, stay small so they feel okay. Maybe the need to save them so you can be free…Love.

This is all going on inside. We bounce and struggle with stories of right and wrong all depending on the others to be or do what we seek. No one is more important than another. We just give that to them inside us. What if you knew you are Divine ? You are God’s Love. How would it be to walk free inside being held in that. We have to give up our need to be separate, special over another or less than another. These are controllers. Letting go into the flow of Love. Imagine being and sharing in this world from that inside you.. This is polishing process, to love it al is to love all of you. Not in ego but, in sweet surrender to God’s infinite love.

What if we choose to take responsibility in a loving focus for our own inner fight? How would it be if we could take time to nurture and rewire ourselves within by giving up the fight and look and be the Love to the one inside who feels power is what is keeping it imprisoned. What if we can open to the Loving Light inside, breathing in and receiving?

Relax – Let go – Focus on your Heart Center, and let this breath of God breathe you as you are safely relaxing in the warmth and love of the Beloved. We can walk all day long in this contact. Remember – open to love, and relax ask and receive,, focus of what you want which is Love Freedom. This is inside. No one else gives it to you. If you depend on that you will always be in struggle wanting them to be what you want them to be so you know you are Loved and Safe.

Be that Love and Safety. Meet the polarity within you and in the world as an opportunity to heal in Love and be free. To Live a life of Love greater and greater inner attunement in Divine Flow. Love Light and Sound singing you. you will be in overflow, sharing in freedom.

We All are God’s Love – Open to this as your leader. Receive and allow. It is a choice and you have that power.

It’s Not The Words

What Frequency are you?

Where are you focused?

Are you in Lack -Hurt – Anger or are you aware of a Love Stream that is beyond your mind and emotions? Are you aware of BEING PRESENT, Relaxed in Love frequency? No push or pull, just BE Present. Neutral Love. Open to a greater you in the Beloved Love flow in the ONE – as ONE.

Do not think, relax and open to receiving and giving up to this. It is done… There is no other, be present in the frequency of Love.

Lower levels “think” this is good, this is God, It is all God in surrender to Love. Let go Let God, is never a doing, it is a lesson of letting go of the lower level needs to a higher frequency of Love. Co-Creating and communicating in a sharing of creativity. You do not control others. How they perceive is focusing through the illusions of the Reality of Karma. Karma is movement. Not good or bad. What you focus inside you, is the radiation of Love you are co-creating. Not good or bad.

Now we all ask ourselves, what do I choose? Can I let go in Grace, in Loving, Healing through Spiritual guidance, experience and open to the Greater You? The ONE? There is no you. NO other.

Grace is in OUR Heart. This is our journey of LOVE. All the trials and tribulations are designed perfectly to awaken love. Not hurt. The hurt is what we are learning to Love though, letting go in sweet forgiveness to remembering We are Divine. This is a remembering of experience. A frequency . A Being in This Flow.

Each day we have a beauty and challenge dance with this higher element coming forward more and more. We choose to let go to Love. A Love that knows all.

Relax, let go of thought and open to receive. Place in the Loving light what is in disturbance and open to receive. Let the hurts, fear and more be shined, polished in Love. Be present, be patient, Love all your emotions and thoughts, and hold , be held in Love. Allow them be dissolved in Gods Greater Love Light and be in the flow. Knowing all is right and well. Step by, step, this is a dance of Love.

Expansion – Change

Nothing is stagnant. Change is constant, inside and out.

I have been working with people over 23 years, when I say this it means I have been working with myself this entire lifetime and lifetimes. The view is always changing. I never presume I know the answer. My life has beauty in all experiences that may assist others, yet, each person has their unique view from within. This leads to a place of ONE.. Letting go of the knower and allowing the flow, the renewer in each breath, each moment is a path of Love. It is simple, Love. Love that goes beyond possesive – control – good – bad. It is Love present flow., receiving – giving Acceptance and observation – expansion of Being in the flow. No mental or emotional pull. We relax into all is present and none of this is truth. Come present and allow the light loving to lead the very presence in you to lead you. This love goes beyond.. there is always etc.

Come Present right now and you will be aware of a new view. Open your heart eyes. Each moment, each day, each experience is an inner expression. Come present inside and listen, feel, and observe what you are experiencing. That is your personal relationship to what is present.

You can choose in the moment to relax, breathe and allow love to be your frequency inside, if there is bumpy expression, just accept and be present in acceptance and love. You can keep open to expansion in the places that express in retraction, fear, hurt , anger and more. Let this be an expression but, not truth. It is an experience of your humanity. Loving humanity past right or wrong, allows a new view of compassion and opportunity to alchamy in Love. Freedom within. Your view expands and you open to a creative flow inspired in Love.

Love is free, as you let go to the Beloved in you, you let go… From this place you have a higher view, seeing through new eyes to receive and share in the frequency of love. Open your Spiritual eyes. This is a choice. Let go of the mind and emotions, you become available to inspiration beyond what you know. Come present – allow the loving expression of love Light and Sound.
