Receiving – Giving – Trust Love.

Relax, let go let love. Let your mind, your feelings, your breath, your body breathe in loving relaxation. Allow what may surface in discomfort come forward and bring your loving breath into this place, this story, this feeling. Let this discomfort share. Do not shut it off, see what may be calling, asking for Love.

Retraction, control, lead to more and more contraction, retraction. Be the Love to you.

Sharing in a loving place what is challenged is a sacred loving trust of love. There is nothing hidden in God., coming to a place of vulnerably, putting down the defense costumes is a process of love. Love the one who wants to hide, let yourself know you are welcomed. All of you is Beloved. Can you love and trust love? This starts with you.

Can you love yourself and trust your loving, bring loving feeling, thoughts in the breath and let go to Spirit in expanded Love. Let go Let Love.

Take a pause and move into your heart, allow the softening in breath, in loving breath to let go of any retractions, fear againstness, Be Love and allow this to strengthen in calm.

Let this lead you in holding in love, for whatever or whoever may be in need, in yourself and others.. You may not need to do anything, if you do, be loving inspired as you step into this sharing.

Can you love yourself? Can you stop placing blame on others? Can you see your own self and patterns that are not in Loving ? Can you take time to explore the ones inside who go to control, anger, judgment, violence, oppression, hurt and more, allow the revealing of what lies and lies behind the lie’s that ell you there is something wrong, unloved within.

I know this can be a very scary thing to do. To look at oneself and see that all the separation we experience is ours. It is inside. We have experiences that have promoted this but, we are also a gift of love with a super power of Love Healing. To be unshackled from blame, shame, and unworthiness, and more. The key to the chains we wear are in the loving heart, Spiritual Heart is infinite unconditional love. We are responsible for what we hold inside, body, mind emotions and all levels.

Take time to go inside and see how you are holding anger and blame and give it a loving place to reveal what keeps promoting this. you will find your Super Power of Love can reveal Love is present and open to Spiritual assistance . You have to be willing to let go and receive. This can be big order. The unknown.. Trust Love. If we keep our eyes on the inner love we might find more and more freedom and see through our loving eyes all is good in God. We are met where we put our attention.

Be open to love, it is your true nature. Start with you, love the places that want to hold onto hurt, anger etc.. ask if you are willing to be happy, let go in love, To reveal yourself and allow these stories, positions to fall away in Love. All of this has understanding that will come forward as you let go in vulnerability. You will be surprised at you. The Divine Love You Are.

You are Loved right here now. Just go inside and let go, let love, Let God Allow the rising Love to surround what is in fear – hurt – any kind of separation. Breathe in the music of gentle love and allow comfort to soothe what is in need of softening in love, in safety, in hope and upliftment. It is in your very breathe, pause and be present. Let Go Let Love. It is your answer. Calm you mind and listen to your breath in silence, open to receive. It will quicken in love, softening and relaxing in each step of letting go , over and over. you are Beloved, You are Love, You are love Now…

I know most people are aware the world at this time is being called to choose a Peaceful Unity and we are seeing this war move us in many ways, wanting the solution of peace to prevail. Inside we most likely have many ups and downs happening, how do we be the peace – hold the loving peace frequency as we may find our own upset pushing us from within?

I am personally aware of a deeper loving and peace at the same time there is some old situations, I “thought, felt, beleived” I was at peace with. One of them involved what was an unkind unraveling. I have been working with my own sense of powerlessness to the ” bully” that keeps kicking me inside. I clear it in Love and it comes back up when things in the world reflect it. I am being honest as I write this, I do not have a defined completed altitude – healing on this. I do know at moments I see and know the love is present in me and the others. I also have a challenge completely letting this go without, being understood. The thing is even if others understand, it will not be clear until I see from an understanding Soul perspective, and forgive completely. I am Willig to be this, I want this, and I am still travailing the steep slopes of my humanness. So I am Breathing in the love and allowing the upset one inside me to be loved. Not making it about the other person , people.

When I can truly love myself as I am – allowing vulnerability – I open the door for Spiritual assistance to wrap this little one in love and show the way bathed in Love. This may take time as this one seems to be taking me time, I am in acceptance. I am the key to healing me , I give this over to all the assistance I can receive. Starting with the understanding I may never understand why this is permitted to be supported, what the purpose is but, I am willing to go for my own inner knowing of the purpose for me. Then I am free in Love. To live free inside will allow me to be at peace and go on serving in Love in my life.

I want to add to this writing. , In me…there is a knowing that all has purpose for my life expansion awakening to God that I am, I am of. It is a perfectly designed challenge for me. I also want to say, I have many experiences similar that have given me a deeper knowing of Divine love – understanding and all is free, all is on purpose. When I am not in this knowing, I treat myself with loving and understanding. I do not pretend Im understand. I allow the process to uplift the places that have not yet known the light again. So it is an experience of knowing and not knowing in innocent willingness.

The frequency of the planet is pretty busy with polarity opportunities. Take care of yourself and give those places that may be surfacing attention to come into healing GRACE. This is a wonderful thing when we can come into our own inner peace and walk in the world spreading this intention by being this peace., placing this intention towards the disturbances, placing a loving peaceful blessing towards an upset inside and something going on with the outer world is powerful. It counts.

I find that some days I am just Blessing all day, as I have many experiences of push pulls, though the peace comes forward more quickly. This war has brought deep compassion and I see people responding in this loving peace intention. It is who all are.

Allow your own inner upsets to be taken care of, as this allows relaxation and there is more room for love. You will find it is natural and you are important. your Loving frequency flows out. It is another loving frequency touching another loving one and so on and so on. This can move the planet as we allow this in our own selves to flow.

Today … I am called to share as I watched my day unfold in a series of challenges or opportunities.

Control verses a Loving Inner awareness and staying in freedom as you accept what is present. When you accept, go inside, allow the choice of clarity in alignment to surface. This will have a calm and loving clarity. There may be a journey of unwinding and revealing many things you carry inside that keep things muddled.This may include you are not doing what others want you to or if you are doing what has come forward in clarity, you are in freedom to go step by step.

I found myself in a few situations that brought up a sense of lack in me. I had a sense I need to please to be supported. This is not a stable foundation inside and easily kicked out from under me. Remembering I am not responsible for others while, loving me and them in freedom which brings a beautiful dance. Not allowing my focus and clarity to be thrown off because of others confusion pulling at me to step into that energy. No victim here, just observing the dance inside, which is where all this happens. Weighing inside in Love what is true and clear as opposed to a should or coming from what I perceive allowing others needs to control , or more accurate giving others power inside. ” If I do not do it this way they will leave and I am abandoned or if they leave I am lost?” That is an example

If I believe I am found because of another person, I am lost.

The first line of support is an inner Loving flow, inner guidance. Connection inside to Spirit. Our Inner world is key to all else. Taking time to regroup,, choose to connect inside to the loving clarity. Stepping away from the busy chatter of the world and situation, finding center in Spirit will begin to reveal what is present to take part in for the Highest Good. Next step is trust, trust yourself and that a pause is just what the Doctor ordered in order for you to know in clarity, what is in alignment. Trusting that what comes forward has loving purpose, .Trust that something is being worked out for a more expanded authentic experience. No rushing into things. Be aware of oneself in the whole flow of Spirit and you will know all is well. Then you may find things do move quickly in ease grace and clarity, no pause. There is no cookie cutter, you will learn to trust in discernment.

Things are in constant change, so nothing is in stone. As we step into our lives, becoming aware that our choice of today may shift as you finish with that experience. It just changes shape inside and out. Be open to expanded life experience. Life…is a moving. What does the experience bring in upliftment and healing, co -creating a more authentic flow?

Love is the generator , it opens doors, flow begins to be present. Inspiration is coming forth in new ways. Step by Step, we are present in love flow inside and out.

To share with a bit more, just writing this unwinds the blocks I may have. Maybe it will give you a glimmer into you.

My loving work is about holding a loving mirror with Spirit for you. You have this in you, we all help one another, yet it always inside where we know the shift, the healing the truth as we awaken to God.

How do you love yourself? All of You.. Can you stand in your vulnerable ” mistakes” and allow yourself to be seen? Can you see that no one else has the key to your freedom? Freedom is Love, Love is an inner reality. Divine You.

Looking for approval.

I know about this, and I know that the more I was needing approval the more I lost myself. I chose a path that would take me inside , focusing on Love. This path is not an easy one, as we all tend to want to ignore, push aside, the parts of us that seem off, not so “perfect.”. I have found that the more I have embraced the awkward one, the one who makes mistakes, the one who does not know, I strengthen my Loving. I am grateful to the little ones in me who still are waking to love. I am grateful to the human in me that is willing to be seen and be loved even when I want to hide the vulnerability. I am perfectly imperfect. That is the perfect design.

Taking a chance for growth in the unknown is great step of Love. Through the years, I have chosen to continue to take part in classes and receive service from others assisting me in this inner growth, healing awakening to God. I am still in process and will be until I leave the planet. My inner classroom is in session all the time.The most powerful thing I can do for myself is be honest about my humanness while I attune inside in Loving to me as One in Sprit and receive and give within. I know that being able to share this process with others, as I am a student always, brings great vulnerability and more knowing Love is present in me for all my foibles small and big. Letting go of shame. Sharing with others takes courage and Love for myself. It is worth it.standing up and sharing in vulnerability, letting go of a costume to cover the places that are feeling out of sorts brings sweet loving healing and balance. I am still a student of me, of God Love Flow, awakening to the Oneness.

I share this to inspire you to be grateful for your joinery. Take a chance and be a student of Love in you. Not falling in love outside, though will begin to see the world through more loving eyes as you awaken in the loving inside.. You are the key, allow the door inside to open, do not be afraid of what comes forward. It is all a Perfectly Divine Design, enter in gratitude and love. Allow the Loving healing to break through in new loving ways.

Be brave, join in the classroom of Love. Let the Love awakening begin in new ways. You are worth it. Stand in vulnerability, this is an amazing loving strength .

Simple shifts can be made in the heart when we move to gratitude. This is not new information, but, it is nice to refresh with reminders. Be grateful to yourself for what ever comes forward, this includes your willingness to keep going, bring optimism to the gratitude .

Notice how things begin to loosen inside when you move your focus to what is abundant in you and around you. Simple abundance is in every nook and cranny. You do not have to look far, to quote J..R. ‘ BE grateful for your breath.”

Calm, relax, go inside and say thank you to every cell, every heartbeat, every thought every part of you, thank you God we are One Love…

You will find your energy to be present, you becomes more available, as you are not in a pulling to fix or do but allowing. Acceptance begins to surface and things begin to open inside in a flow. Through this window you perceive or see more possibilities for all.

Give and Receive in this flow of gratitude, it is even and flowing. It does not need as all is abundant in the moment. You are Beloved. Be Love in gratitude.

I was taking walk last night, I was in a sweet place – Light – I walked into an area where the activity was a different level of focus, and it was gravity. I was observing my reaction.

We all tend to focus on what is wrong, I can fall into that too, I have noticed in these past few years it seems to be pretty easy to be in retraction for most people . There is more of a sense of powerlessness, with the challenges that we have all been part of but, we have the power inside to lift, and open to comfort and love.

I started to have a dance of refocusing and attuning in the Lovinglight, it was a process but, I started to laugh when I had the image of Will E Coyote in one of his falls, in the game he and the roadrunner played. ( It is a cartoon called Roadrunner, it is old, if you do not know what it is, you can YouTube it probably. )

I am sharing this to offer upliftnent from focusing in the heavy belly – mind body, to Heart- Light belly, mind body. Take time, even for a moment all day to see where your focus is and if you drop, just be willing to remember it is temporary and you have the power to bring yourself into your Spiritual Heart, Breathing and being breathed by God’s love. Focusing in God in breath and Love out breath, letting go of the downness. Do this , take your super power of love as your lead. God love is infinite, it is key, you can call it what you want and it is infinite love. you are of this flow. You are one Love. Allow this flow of love light to lead…

You are the Beloved, go for the Lovelight. Be the love Superpower you are, little by little and sometimes it just is in a beautiful flow of ease and grace. Be love already as it already IS.

Allow the loving wave in a gentle moment to seep in. Little by little. You are loved, you are worthy, you are love.

Breathe in the sweetness of the perfume of Spirit -Love, let it begin to refresh, permeate the negative, the fear, the judgments, see through Loving Light eyes as you let go, Love is present in all.

Breathe in Breathe out let go of control through fear, anger, hurt, and confusion. allow the sweetness of trusting love to come present, nurture those places that keep telling you that you are separate from love. You Belong, We all belong, we are all God’s children. Let go – Let God.

Breathe in and Breathe out…relax…listen to love…open you heart, open your whole body to relax, let go of defense, allow the sweetness of love to awaken in every cell. You are love – you are Loved.

Be present in love in every breath, it is up to you. No one else can do this for you. You are a Loving Power, You choose and you allow…Be the love presence you are inside and overflow in relaxation.
