In this time of change we are faced with an ongoing challenge of being present in Love, in relaxation, in peace in comfort.

Today I was given a gift of relaxation in Love. The chatter of the world fear and goings on were in my body in a way that had me holding in defense. I was not aware of how this was keeping me out of my loving Creative Flow. My God Love Flow.

The joy in my sweet heart came present as I allowed the loving to pour through me, every cell was vibrating and slowly I released, and was in the comfort of my love in the Flow of the Beloved love of God doing me, singing me, comforting all the misunderstandings – the Ideal I need to defend my loving self. My health, wealth and happiness. The key is to be that. Even when there may be something like Covid or people challenging me , I can take care of myself. Witness what is happening inside in love and bring comfort, Breathing in Love and quieting in Love.

Healing comes through love. Physical healing is included in this. In this time of challenge try pausing -breathe and love the part that may be moving into retraction, fear and or defense. When you think of Covid or other challenges going on, check inside, see if you are in defense, tight muscles, mind block, heart block, Breathe and tell yourself Love is Present here. Add more to this inner connection in loving. When you look at the world around you keep that connection, witness in love and know Love is present. You do not have to defend or fix, just be Love. Bless what is in disturbance give it to God.

Move to being and doing something Loving inside and out. Keep it simple , go wash your hands in Love. Be in Gratitude for your hands or whatever is in your awareness. Move to Loving Gratitude to yourself for even noticing you – you and taking care of you in love. Let Go Relax in the Heart and all areas will follow. Let Light take over – Loving Light…

Let down the fear, retraction and experience your love and healing. This will ripple out in ways you may not even be aware of. Do not be hard on yourself if this takes practice, little by little you will know the Love is singing you and all of creation. You are worth being present in Love with and so is this planet and all on it. Be the love, you already are that. Kindness to you and all will flow.

What would it be like to know Love inside and aligned in the Beloved Flow which is you is ultimately the strength that takes you through each step of your life? You draw the line in Love…

What if you knew that whatever negativity that may show up in you and in your life will ultimately give way to Love? Maybe in this lifetime or maybe another but, you could consider that instead of negotiating with negativity, you could go inside and tap the Divine source awake – receive guidance and live in a reality that you know will be full fo Love inspired flow…

Take time to notice as you walk in your life how you react to the negative frequencies or stories that come your way. The negative self talk, the need to make change through polarity instead of Love.

This is a day by day opportunity I am always dancing in. Moment by moment some days.

So take the Loving Strong challenge and observe yourself and learn what may open up inside if you just simply pause inside and bring your intention back to you in love ,allow the support of your Divine loving breath to take over as you release the contractions that may come up or have you on the run in negative thoughts.

I am always in the Love Gym…I have to keep this constant dedication going even when it seems like I am stuck, I know that the more comfortable place is in the Loving flow, so I would rather find that river awake in me and keep feeding it with the Sacred Water of Divine Flow. My Divine intention is my lift off.

You choose, maybe you can find some peace and relaxation, knowing you are loved and love and this is what you are seeking. Keep it simple, keep it clear and be love. No worries about the ups and downs you are in, this is the class of choosing your answer, Love or? Then how do you allow, be, become, and be supported as ups and downs come and go, allow this flow to lead you, even in the most challenging moments it is possible.

I am still in this class, I know it is challenging some days to let go of the ” REALLY” ? not this still or again… But give it a try and see what might reveal itself in loving support if you choose and ask. You are the Beloved One, let this be your lead and awareness. It is your choice…

sJust an added understanding in Love… When we lash out to harm another person it is coming from the mental – emotions of our child who does not know how to communicate and share, not knowing that there is abundance for all, and not only are they precious so are others. Children have tantrum, yell, hit , call names etc. when we react or attack it is our inner child running us. That is just information, as we grow up, or expand in Love we learn we are supported in love and find other ways to express and get along. We see that being cruel to others or ourselves is just a place that does not know better. Bring loving to this place. Be kind. There is great understanding in allowing the Spiritual healing to bring Grace to the places did not know better or were never taught that they were loved and there was an answer to their need though loving.We have ego and emotions and mental chatter, physic confusion that will feed this negativity if we focus on this and do not learn to focus on a loving outcome through healing and kindness We have to choose, build the strength inside to calm and find a peaceful way to be present in this world inside and out. Otherwise we keep creating more of what we put out in negativity, you start to believe that is the only way to get what you want.

I have found that negativity always looses to love at some point , it just does not expand it tends to bring more walls and more sense of lack and fear, which is loosing ourselves to negativity. We are seeking love and at some point we turn to the loving,. We have to choose that path, we will have opportunity over and over again, we can do it now or ….

So again choosing to pause and open to the loving comforter, inside to support the one who is a tantrum inside is practice but, it is so much more powerful, as you are awakening. Not stuffing hurt but, going fo the healing through love, not creating more hurt through inner and outer conflict.

We are on this journey of love and we have so many opportunities to wake up to grow up inside in Love.

I am always exploring my motivation when I am taking on a project, or simply moving in my life.

I want to keep this simple… My awareness is no matter what I am are doing – digging ditches or painting a room or sharing in a conversation with another, where I am coming from inside creates the experience of that action I am creating.

Everything comes from God inspiration, what level we are connecting to inside, if we are at all connecting in awareness from the inner, determines the ease and grace of our experience.

I have a Love Inspiration, to share with you.

Take a moment and note where you are coming from as you wash your dishes or do whatever you do throughout your day. Are you trying to be good, to please others or control others, feeling controlled or controlling etc. or are you relaxed allowing the Loving in you to come in and listening in kindness – gratitude to what is present? Keeping the intention of a God inspired day, allows sweetness and joy in all task. You may experience making a bed as sharing love with whomever may sleep there, including you.

I had a God Flow project I was holding for, it was in flow, there was some fear and other things brought forward by another. I realized, I became out of alignment with this bump, I chose to work with that part in loving, clearing what came present, taking a step away from what I was doing, so I can get more altitude, allowing the flow to come in as it will direct me. Nothing is easy when you put your willfulness on it. When you let go Let God, go step by step, and trust in the process, you will be met, even if there are meanderings. All meanderings are on purpose. Keeping your eye on Love Inspiration , allowing the unknown to manifest with intention, taking the step or steps as they come creates a beautiful loving play creative life -work. Even if you are redirected it is on purpose.

Check what you are being motivated by…inside you.

Trusting in the process is a very powerful tool inside, trust in yourself and change , attuning in love to the Beloved and walking in this flow is so beautiful fun and inspiring.

Heal your story of separation in loving sweetness.

We come here to lift and heal the places that forgot we are Divine love. It can be a challenge to be present in love, coming together from the heart where there is pressure and disturbance. We can be moved to survival, forgetting to pause, take care of ourselves even on the run.

We all carry stories from our life experiences that we hold onto as truth, we may not know we are holding onto these beliefs or stories. They are tucked away in a frequency of existing in this way. Giving signals to the creation that this truth is present so we experience more of it. Bringing it to us over and over.

Take time to open your book of life and allow the stories that running you in separation to surface, do this with a loving intention, and intention to heal in love, forgiving in love the places that are still angry, hurt, want to control or feel unworthy. This process is an amazing awakening if you are willing to invite your connection in you to the Divine Loving flow, to be leading you as you open these doors to healing.

The sweetness of healing Love is tender and expanding . There is a freedom that comes present within, and the things that used to seem to have control over you are no longer disturbing you. They may be present in the world still but, your inner world has a knowing love is present, you are loved, you are love and there is more to come.

Take time to take care of you – you are the Key to your loving sweet healing. No one does it for you, they can assist you in unpacking your story and hold in loving attunement as you find your way. Attuning in Loving Spiritual Light – is key to Grace.

This day walk in Love, Breath in love notice the places that are shutting down, pause and just love yourself.. Be love and forgive in loving those places that struggle and believe that they are less or separate or more. Make it simple, Breathe in Love and Breathe out letting go – Continue to do this until it is all love .

Have a sweet Love filled day – Each Day, Even when it seem like there is only challenge present, there is loving present. Breathe .. you are Love….

My Mission is Love – I am here to assist others awaken the places that have forgotten Love is present and the inspiration that is them in Divine Flow.

When we awaken in Love – we take that out in the world, in our families, to work to play. It is like being a pebble dropped in a pond, the ripple of Love of Light goes out and out and out, beyond our perception of mind and emotions, touching as sound – Light – Love, releasing the places that are restricted in negativity, opening to new possibilities.  Love Light is in all of us, to know what that is, is an experience beyond words. The Divine.

You are a multi-dimensional Divine being, exploring yourself in a human expression. You hold the answers you are seeking that will unlock your inner freedom.  This is an ongoing journey of opportunity each day, each breath. Freedom within is the place it all takes place.

Freedom from your beliefs, the illusion that limit you and keep you stuck in patterns that do not serve you anymore. These patterns also keep you in a sense of separation from the Divine Love you are.

With the help of Spirit, We can track and free these patterns of old. Some may have been brought in from past life experiences and others from this life time,  your family DNA and the collective Karma. 

Through this process, you will access the blocks that are present, clear them with the light. Opening the doors to more loving possibilities in your life.  Opening the Essence of the Divine awareness that you are and are of.

You are the key that holds the map of karma you have laid out for yourself in this lifetime. When you open to the Grace, you will begin to know your true self, the Beloved,  as you awakens in the Light, breaking through the illusions that keep you distracted in negativity.

This work brings relief – transformation  – emotionally,  mentally, physically and spiritually, bringing you closer to the truth in loving, the Beloved, and opening you up for more grace in your  inner and outer life. It is all within.

I have worked with Christi for almost nine years. Be present inside. Take pause, let go of what you perceive is against, see how the against is only your illusion. When there is a conflict , you will find that is present in your inner world. When you try to control others, through negativity, rather than seeing your part is present, you find more resistance around you.

I am in a deep practice of bringing love awake inside, in every challenge. The more the negativity pushes me, I am called to go deeper in healing through more focus in Love. I am expanding in the midst of challenge. This does not mean I never experience the polarity coming up in me and I do react to others inflicting many times. I take pause, I do not hurt others but, I have upset inside. These are the times I know I am called to be love to me, to awaken and hold in love flow in peace flow. I am not in charge of others feelings, if the world chooses fight, I am called to find the places inside that need healing and move to loving. Finding the Gift, and knowing that God is Love and I am Breathed in this Love, I am willing to know this love, this heartbeat in even greater ways.

I know many people are challenged in these changing times.

I know the more we move to negative actions to resolve or ” get our way” we find that we are creating more fear and negativity in our reality. It is very hard to open a door of trust when there is only anger and stories of negativity present. I find the only way I am able to come into peace is go inside and do my inner Loving work, knowing that all situations can be strengtheners in Love and healing. Uplifting will be the outcome. So rather than see right or wrong look for the Love. Look for your challenge that is telling you that you are less than love and have shut off your loving eyes and compassion for yourself and others. We are here as reflections to each other. We may not have the same sensibilities in the way we live but, we can come into harmony when we understand, it is not about taking but, it is about flow and a dance of consideration of all. Change causes push and these places that go to upset and anger are calling for a life that is new in expansion, this is not an easy choice to keep going back inside and take responsibility for your experience what has come forward in your life.

Take time to pause and go to the love inside to the one who may be in conflict with the world or any situation that may be present. Work with the misunderstandings you carry inside you. It is not about the outer it is about what you are doing with this situation inside, what are you telling yourself about you? To resolve a conflict you must resolve it inside and you will find the doors begin to open in ease and grace. We are responsible co-creators. Remember if you inflict on another a negative control energy you are only creating more of this in the field you are living in. When upset comes do not punish yourself or others, move to the healing opportunity. We make these loving changes inside and the world will change. You are not here to control others.

This is a life path of a Spiritual Warrior. Not an easy one, it requires and big strong heart. So do your loving exercise and take all opportunities to” peel the onion ” inside, discover the sweet scent of love that is residing in the center of to all, the center of you.

You are the Beloved … to know this is a constant polishing. This means take care of yourself, and be willing to bring more harmony within – more love flow. This can be a moment by moment experience, eventually the moments string together in more natural flow. You find you are at peace in joy and loving throughout your day.

Focus on the loving you are inside and design your day from this place. let go of lack and be the love inspired experience inside and love – abundant begins to be your flow, it just shows up. Give it a try, it takes practice but, keep it simple and be the love of your life, day by day.

I want to share something you all have heard probably a million times.

Life is Karma. Some Karma we like – and some Karma we do not like.

We have co-created these frequencies. Some of the things that come forward are tihings we may have engaged in other lifetimes. Punishment is not the goal, uplifting love healing, is the transformation of Spirit, The God of Love is the source of all creation, when it is in process of alchemy from polarity in us, it came seem impossible to get to the love. I know this because I have had plenty of challenges. when someone is hitting at you in many ways, psychic ways included, they are engaged in a process for themselves too. Many times we all forget that we are not here to abuse ourselves or others, as we do this action to others, we actually end up doing it to ourselves. We may not know this in this lifetime it may be in another lifetime but, we will have the experience of what we put out. Choose love.

The way up – out is through inner loving forgiveness. if someone is unkind to you, find the place inside that wants to be unkind back, be willing not to do but, stay with that place inside, holding in a neutral love. Keep listening and hold in love and walk through the hurt and sense of powerlessness and anger, You may find stories from the past come up that you have carried around unaware of them, bring loving forgiveness to them, allow the healing focus to be your goal, not revenge or right or wrong. Open to a bigger Loving life inside and your outer life will expand in ways that seem like miracles.

This process is a deep and love light filled process. Connecting to your inner world will take you through many levels of what may seem not so fun. Focus on God in a loving heart and you will experience an altitude of Grace and understanding in time. It is worth it, to bring love to those locked off places , those places that stay in war and againstness, keeping us in poverty and a small reality.

We are infinite, Divine Beings how do we let go of the boxes we co-created thinking that is all there is. Thinking this will keep us safe, give us power and more. Change is always present, and change is the only constant we can count on. The more we fight to stay the same or control, the more we will experience separation inside and out.

We choose to let go – in Love – Let God. It Supports- Breathes us. This is a big order for some of the places that just can not see the outcome of the new or unknown and do not have trust.

Be kind but, be willing to make, be the inner change and open to receive.

Remember what you put on others comes back to you. Generous Heart is one way to go, One that knows we are here not to over throw others, to take all the space up, but to be in flow, sharing in the dance of the planet. There is room for all, see how you can allow and also take care of yourself. This does not mean let people step on your toes, but, to make space inside and out in Love. You do not have to become what others are doing or being , we are are here to lift in love. There is infinite space in this love. We choose.

Simple Self Awareness

Take time before connecting with others to check in and see are you open in Love in you or are you pulling – dropping down or pulling from others? Take time to connect to your heart center all day, every moment. If you live only in your mind and belly you are missing the flow of Love Light that is generating you. This little awareness is the big shift in your life. Be Love- when you feel off, go to the love in you, touch your heart center, Breathe in and let go, and do it again and again.

Take Time to Be Love …. In your life, in all ways. Focus on this Heart – center and as you allow the breath flow you will experience love – calm – flow taking over. It is natural. Let go of control to this simple, yet powerful place to begin, be the middle and end of your moment by moment life flow.

Share in this simple awareness, bring enthusiasm, which can be an uplift in you as you speak. You are this love. Take Time – Adjust – Be Aware of this Center and Share in this flow with others. Be the Flow of love. Be Self Aware.

Take a moment and check with yourself for the place or places you may be focused on control. Maybe you are holding onto wanting others to be what you want them to be, maybe you are waiting for an outcome that you think is right or wrong, maybe you are locked into a pattern that says when I have this I’ll be free or know I am loved. I know this list of day to day control patterns come up for all of us in the most subtle and not subtle ways, even wanting people to see you in a certain way…

So, What if you consider letting this mind hold go, move inside to your own inner heart Love flow and be love to this place, in you. That is all you have to do, let go of out there control and be Love in you. Not shutting off others just open inside you. Breath in and out, let go of control positions and breathe in the love. Slowly or quickly you may find you relax and become quiet in this place of flow. Now you are beginning to open to the flow of love that is full all the time, there is no lack. You know you are full, and this sea of Love resides in you, the creative vessel of giving and receiving is always full, and you do not need to control others, you give and receive from an infinite source that is always surrendering in the bounty of fullness. What you are holding onto will be returned over and over until you let go to the Infinite source of Love that resides in you, breathing you.

I challenge you to play in this, when you hear your mind, emotions and feel your body move in control consider, is this loving inside me right now? Then just try on what it is to let go of the separation position ( control ) and allow yourself to come present in Love. How is that for you? Do you want more of that? If so you are the one who holds the key, so, have at it. Open your inner kingdom of Love. Moment by moment, you choose. Let go of the control to Love…
