Inspiration is With-In.

While we walk in a world that seems so real and seems to have power over us, we actually are available to knowing more than the levels of this world through our single vision. What if you knew and saw an ever new expanding experience of yourself though the Lens of the Light of Spirit? What if you knew, not just knew the words but, knew in the  experience  in yourself,  the Beloved that you are and are of?

Co-Creating a life of expansion not through power and games of control or possessiveness but, through letting go and up-liftment. Inspiration through Love, allowing the norm to be broken apart, upgrading your reality within and creating a life of new possibilities .

When we do the inner work of Spirit – with Spirit we open ourselves to realignment and our realties become dual. We begin to build a bridge that aligns us in Spirit,  being able to touch and know the Spirit, this opens us to inspiration in our physical life from and in the Spirit. This takes commitment to yourself in Spirit. It is not  a once a week or once a year endeavor. It is Daily all day…in every breath.

This is a life of awakening ourselves home while walking in this physical form.

Take time to go within – take time to alchemy the places that are asleep in separation. There are infinite possibilities for this, and as we open to the Divine, we discover the illusions that keep holding us in illusion, in separation inside. When we let go inside we find the experience of need becomes less and we find our patients and willingness to be available to inspiration is more natural. No push, just relaxation and alignment within.

Be present with the presence – allow yourself to awaken, take time to be present.

You are the key to what you are seeking and experiencing, we do not try and control others to get what we want or just follow with no sense of the Inner connection. If we do this we  will find ourselves in more turmoil, no worries this is just information an opportunity to let go of Karma, the patterns that are holding us in more lack and separation inside. When we clear these places we begin to experience our lives in Grace- creating more harmony and moving through disharmony in more ease, using it all for our expansion our up–liftment. We experience the Light even when things are being challenged.

Every breath is an opportunity . Let Go and Allow the Grace the Love.

Taking time to be with you, to open the doors of all the hidden places that you have ignored or denied, hoping they would just go away, is key to self care, which is self Love.

Acceptance in yourself all of yourself is a challenge for most. I am not talking about righteousness to protect but, gentle patients, and taking time to go within and allow you to blossom through healing and awakening the Divine within all parts of you.

Remember – be mindful even in the Breath you take, it has and is Divine Breath. Be aware and you will begin to open to your own self awareness. It may feel uncomfortable at first but, if you will trust the steps, as you open to you in Love, you will find what you are seeking. It is all with you in you, to know this, you must be present with you.

You may find the pull from the outer relationships challenge this, but do not worry you are loved and supported as you choose you as you expand in this awareness. Trust in Love, are you choosing in love or something of an against nature? Love is not about pleasing others or even others pleasing you, it is a flow that is infinite. You are Love, to know the Divine love, is know where you are and what you are, who you are is perfect in all your imperfections, to know you are full and not alone as you are the Beloved of the Beloved that is Breathing you.

You will become more comfortable with being with you as you. you will find the places you have disconnected from, to not be present with you. You may find a need to shift yourself and choose how you spend your time in new ways. Change is constant.

Be Love, choose love and this love grows – flows from within. There will be overflow once you attune to this inner flow and you will find peace within, without the pull of need. Be present in the Presence and all is…

Let Love…

It is our natural state of being. This is a powerful Love, Light inspiration of the Divine Breathing us awake.

Let go – Are you sharing yourself with limitations? Do you hold your breath when you are sharing with others?

Do you hold your breath when you are alone feeling yourself? Your thoughts, your worries, your pain? Are you even aware of this?

When you allow the Light to Breathe you, you find you are not in control, but relaxed , lifted , expanded. Sometimes it is so powerful you experience an expansion that feels almost like the opposite is happening, as you are out growing…Letting Go… Letting God love lift you in ways you only know when it happens.

Be with yourself and open to what comes present, if you find restrictions, call yourself open to the loving Spirit to receive the expansion the healing through awareness and love. Do not be afraid of yourself, your own discomfort is only the place or places that are awaiting the release through Grace.

You are the inspiration of God. Where you judge yourself or others is just the place you are in denial of your Divine self. Your worthiness. When you retract your loving from others, is where you retract your loving to yourself.

BE kind to yourself. Break the molds of old and open to the presence of love in all these darkend places. Light is present there. You are Bigger than those places.

Breathe deeply in … Breathe deeply love.. Let go, expand – forgive and breathe and allow the Beloved to fill those places with Divine Breath.

You are Beloved Love, Ignite in the surrender. There are no limitation except what you decide is limited.

BE in the flow of the Divine light and you will know – no boundaries as you follow the Love. All roads open . Your heart map is designed to bring you home. No fear, no separation, only the heartbeat – humm of the Divine presence.

You are God’s Love Song…

This is a school of reflection. We have relationships with ourself through others reflecting what will serve our growth. The answer always leads to love.

When we blame ourself or others or hold ourselves as victims, we are holding ourselves in the trap that we believe has held us back. As we awaken to the Divine we understand that all has purpose and on some level we have allowed or promoted what has happened or is going on. It is all going on inside us. Understand this may be unconscious, it also has come as a stepping stone for us to learn from. Karma is like that. We give ourselves over to things, they do not have power over us. When we are willing to know the Spirit of Grace is present, we take responsibility for our experiences and we are grateful to know this is true.

It is amazing how empowering it is to claim – know our Divine nature, when we are truly in this knowing, we are able to expand in love  in  Grace, as we awaken through what seemed to be adversity. We will stumble and it is going to bring a sense of blame, pain and powerlessness. Be kind to yourself, be open to knowing that what has transpired has a gift that was perfectly designed to use as a stepping stone.

When we choose to take a position of blame or victim, we are allowing and promoting more of the same that has been the challenge. Manipulation is possible but, if it comes to us, be wise to see what  part we may have needed or played in that. Most of what happens is not on a conscious level, and it must have been serving us in some way. We all have ways of creating and when we believe someone has control over us, we have given this away, we are allowing this or promoting this, There is usually some payoff we receive  or are seeking and are not willing to give up. The freedom we seek is through understanding, allowing the ” healing” to surface by allowing the gift of information the situation has brought forward to us. It is not what is happening that is important, it is what we are doing with it inside us. What are we telling ourself ?  Why are we allowing or promoting these things in our lives? We will probably see a pattern and see ourselves in what we perceive someone  is doing to us. We actually find compassion for those places that believe we have to manipulate ourselves or others for one reason or another. When we find this compassion we are moving to Grace. We will find forgiveness for ourselves and others. There are treasures of patterns we carry in the unconscious that run us, They tie into this life and past life creations. So when something comes forward there is great opportunity to release with Spiritual assistance in forgiveness and Love. We hold these keys. When we truly release it does not exist anymore and we are free inside, realizing  – knowing, no one ever had power over us, we just believed it. This is an inner freedom I speak of. The design here is to forget the freedom of the Divine and re-awaken to what we already are, but have forgotten.

Be wise and let go of the judgments and blame, on yourself and others. Remember you have a part in all that is happening in your life. There is a chance you have done and do the same as others do or did. No one is above or below, there are only experiences here to awaken the Love where the Love has been hiding – with – holding to ourselves and others.. It is all of God, God is love.

Awaken the Divine within and follow in Love the answers that are hiding in the seemly adverse challenges. Try not to take a position of against-ness and allow the loving to surface through all that you have co-created.  Remember you are the power of Love. you are the Beloved of The Beloved.

We are not broken we are asleep. The places that are feeling neglected or unloved are just the places that are awaiting our inner to let go and Let Love –  Let God which is Love. The source of all is within us.

It seems uncomfortable to go inside, this discomfort is the very thing that keeps us repeating the the very things we find hurtful or challenging. This is not to be judged, this is a place to be loved and set it free in love.

The Beloved calls you from within, this moves you in ways that shake and quake. This moves the mountains you have held onto for lifetimes as impossible to cross. you are not to be on a cross you are to lift in Love…

To be free is to be free inside in Love. This Love is Present always in you, no one else has to approve of you.  You are approved, you are Divine creation.

Love is free, control is not love, it is control. Set yourself free, allow the light to touch those places that have been hiding in contraction, be with those parts that you are uncomfortable with, receive the Loving there. Allow the misunderstanding to heal through Love. Forgiving the misunderstanding, that took place in the moment that you decided you were not worthy or lovable. This brings more compassion forward and understanding, no one else is your source of love or even your source of problem, as you begin to awaken and know the flow of the Beloved Light Love is what is constant and available. It is Breathing you. You must agree and open to receive, giving up the hiding and control allows the unknown – The Divine Love to move in flow and you will know unity. The oneness.

So – Let Go -Let Peace –  Let Love- Let God

The mind is only a tool of processing. The source of creation is in the unseen, yet is in us. The One is not what we think, it is a Beingness.

Control of others or attempting to control how people see us will cause disturbance, a sense of lack and loss. All that is happening is reflection. Reflective light is in constant change. We will never understand, we will be… we will know in Being. Grace will be at hand in that experience of Being.

The mental realm is limited. Opening our Spiritual eyes is a letting go, this can be very scary to many, when we doubt our worthiness we hold onto to the illusion through control and many times judgement.

The unknown knowing is a place of freedom. We are not here to fix anything, we are Love, this love is always evolving through letting go of control and relaxing into acceptance. When this becomes a harmony infused in the Spirit, we experience freedom and that part may let go and be love.

We discover we are not what we do or say, we are Divine. to know this goes beyond the mind.

Let go of control, allow – accept and open to receive. Receive what is beyond the mind and resides in Love, which is what is breathing you.

Let Go Let God – Be willing to not know to know and BE…

Being…Now. Breathe…Repeat…

When we choose to or maybe more accurately, we are pulled to awaken to the Beloved we are and we are of  –  our inner and outer life begins to expand.

What does this mean? We become more aware of ourselves on the inner. When we have this awakening, we will lighten , then the things that are holding us ” down – back” – will surface. As the Light awakens in us, it Lights the places that are in resistance.

To let go – Let God – lifting out of illusion of this world, we will be confronted with the things that are actually distracting, holding in separation from the very thing we are and are seeking.

A key to this expansion for me is to be aware of the places that are retracting, be kind in loving to myself, those places have been holding to protect me. Even if it is negative talk, that talk was a protection. Moving to loving is the key in all of this, starting with yourself. Not making others wrong, understanding that what is coming forward is the very gift that will set you free inside.

Remember, you are Beloved. When something comes up inside that  is challenging your patterns, your habits, your relationships, take time and allow the one inside that is calling you into the awakening to the Love, the Beloved. Allowing the place that has been in separation to relax into the flow. Knowing that no one else holds the key to the flow of Love you are and that you a wrapped in. Forgiving in love your own misunderstanding of hurt, powerlesness and more. It is our human condition to forget who we are. The Divine essence of God.

When we awaken – it is an on going process. We get free, and we know, then we have another place that shows up that does not know love the Divine, as we keep waking in this loving light,  we know each one of these orphans is just fine and we hold in loving as we open to  the Grace – the letting go in Love. None of it is wrong, we are remembering the orphans home in Love. Nothing needs to be different, only loved. This may be an uncomfortable experience, as that is what has been holding in discomfort. Comfort is present as we allow this process in love.

When love enters into each one of these places we let go. The key is to let go and receive in vulnerability. Receiving is key. We tend to want to control, so letting go and receiving -giving begins to be a oneness of flow in the Divine essence of Spirit.

We will lift in love, knowing the Beloved is present in all things.

Be well in your growth, allowing the disruptor to be your key to your freedom through – in Love. you are Beloved…

We are in a process of letting go. When we move into a place of Authority we block the flow.

We may have moments that seem clear and full of understanding, yet, it is like the sun shining on a field of wheat. Much is still to be harvested .

Leaving space and time  open for the sun to ripen the field.  Each wheat grass may ripen at a different rate and have variations in what is to be enjoyed in the feast that it brings.

Each experience has purpose of love, what that is for each person may have a different knowing. Embrace your heart and allow all others their process. God is this process. We are not responsible for how someone else does this or how we think it should look. This is key to freedom.

Learning to be patient and holding with a loving innocence allows us to be in the presence presently. The mental is not quickened, it is quiet and there is no need to push or pull. Only a sweet presence that all is unfolding in Love.

When we allow the innocent part to be comfortable  we allow ourselves to be in the unknown. The answers are in an inner expansion that is still awakening. An Isness. Being. There is an experience that continues to unfold.

Be aware of the need to be the knower, instead be the receiver , letting go and letting God, and Be the Lover in innocence, allow. The process unfolding is the journey,. BE present in the Journey and allow in innocence.

RECEIVE – LET GO – GIVE

When I write the words it seems each step is separate but, I experience this all in one flow. It is…the isness.

The essence is  – flowing within – manifesting is in this flow. We cannot hold on to anything. It is flow.

Open – and be the flow – share the gift you are and have to share. Each of us is / has gifts to share. Open inside and embrace the breath that is Breatheing you – be in this process of receiving – letting go and giving. It is natural, and somehow there is constant supply as we make ourselves available to this.

This requires taking care of our Inner selves as well as the outer. This does not mean creating walls or resistance. If we move into this essence we are going to be supplied in abundance, walls and resistance. This may show up many ways.

I look at how I still hold back,  block, not allowing the receiving,  letting go. When this happens there is an inner lack of energy, a flatness that starts to weigh me down. This is a sign that I am in a control pattern and there usually is something around unworthiness, hiding in the controller as the support that I felt would keep me safe. Which is actually in all the control patterns. If we are truly in awareness of the essence of our Divine self, we are in flow.

The human is a beautiful process of forgetfulness coming to the remembering  Love and awakening to this Divine isness –  flow.

Take time and be open – allow what you are holding onto to surface and speak bringing Grace through Love to these places.When we hoard things they will  back up on us. When I say hoarding, this manifest in many ways of with-holding to ourselves and others. Our gifts are here to be shared. There is infinite supply, God is infinite Love. What supply are you focused on. Fear, possessiveness, lack, comparisons ? These are just a few hoarding places, we hold tight and try to hide them and we are manifesting this abundantly as we do this. There is no hiding only flow.

So I take time everyday to allow those places, even though it is and can be uncomfortable to come forward, give them a chance to be seen ,so I can allow the Grace – the Loving to start to unpack those bags  I have been hoarding, carrying around like they are my source my truth and I have to create from here.

It is really hard to be in flow while we carry these places around. This takes patients, this takes love and willingness to receive – let go -and give in the focus of love. Even when it is scary, it will reveal the Beloved song – gift you are, once you look up from the baggage , lighten the load first, empty the bags  of resistance  and experience the infinite flow, infinite possibilities that are singing you alive here.

So Thrive – do not survive. You actually are thriving now but, what world are you thriving in,  love -play, abundance – sharing and caring or fear, anger, blame, shame and lack ?

You choose the essence you want to be aware of.

I choose God the Beloved infinite flow of love inspiration. I stumble often still but, I still get up , look up and choose God. My heart is lifted and I begin to receive beyond my knowing of myself in this Divine line of the Christ – the Grace – the infinite supply of Light – Love.

This is a Spiritual Journey, awakening the part that has forgotten what, who I am is my home. It is in me – it is in you – we are one abundant love song with many tones.

Sing out- receive – sing and give. We lift together.
