Letting go …

Coming into peaceful flow can be as simple as relaxing and bringing love to the place or places inside that are in constriction, judgment, hardening of the heart to survive. No one else actually has the power. You have this loving in you. you have the power to choose. when you are choosing love it is not against anything, it allows you to be kind in you and take care of yourself, love does not mean you abandon yourself to others. It is an inside experience – frequency which includes peace, gratitude, understanding in a relaxed wholeness within. This is a powerful peace. A peaceful love.

When you find yourself pushing or pulling, pause, breathe in with love, to the place inside that is in need upset, anger, hurt, fear and separation. You will be aware of your retraction inside, shutting love off to yourself and blaming another. This is just your child inside that is still holding on to fear, hurt and judgment on yourself and others. Holding on to a memory a belief, that what happens or happened is still running you. This okay, as it is just a place inside that does not know love. Yes something may have hurt, but, it is not your God, it is a behavior or event that startled you into retraction, hurt, anger, and more. Holding on to these things keep you in separation from yourself. you are the Love you seek.

Take a moment, close your eyes, softly breathe in and allow the loving focus frequency to flow in you, allow it to touch the knot – not love place. Relax again and again, breathe in the love flow, let it sing to the knot – not love place or places, relax again and again, breathe in the love – let it flow more into the negative thoughts, let go to love. Breathe in the love , relax, let go to love. Let go relax allow the sweetness you seek to be present in you in the Beloved flow of Love light that is breathing you. allow yourself to breathe in this love flow- let go in peace in love. You are Beloved.

This is an opportunity to choose love. All people have these places and it is all perfect how these things are revealed inside to heal. All experiences are an opportunity to grow in Love- awake yourself to the love you are inside. It is your choice. Beloved- You Are Love – to choose Love is a powerful and honest process. To look at yourself and bring the loving to these places who want to hold on to blame and hurt and see the gift of the jail you have been holding on to. Be free in Love and Peace. Take the time to be present and move into the Light by letting go in kindness and love to you. forgive yourself for judging yourself and withholding love. Be kind, love the one who is withholding love. This one is confused and believes others are your source. You are Beloved. You are the key to unlocking these prisons. you are love…not because of others , it just IS.

When we come present we find ourselves in a quandary of multi dimensional thoughts, feelings, experiences in the body and more. How do we come congruent inside with all these pulls?

Acceptance is a state of being present without a need for anything to be different. Even if it seems bumpy, we can observe and even be in our loving as things toss and turn. While we become present with this acceptance and neutral love focus, we may find things come clearer and clearer. We may find ourselves lifted and observing from a higher perspective with loving understanding.

There are places that will push and pull in should, want, fear, and control just allow and love them, it comes into greater attunment with grace flow as we let go in being present in Love. from this place we may also receive inspiration in clarity of creative opportunities that are available to manifest in the world, but, it is in flow, overflow and in directive of Love. This is an inspiration of grace, follow the Love. Not romantic but, expanded in flow, no need, more in joyful freedom.

I invite you to play in this with yourself everyday, check and see if you are present with yourself throughout the day. If you find you are pulled and chasing your day or situations, take time to come back inside and be present. Let all the pulls and pushes dissolve in this loving space, rising up and clarifying in Love.

You are the key to all of your life experiences , you choose from within what expectations you put out and how you forget it is all you. Acceptance to what is, – allows a greater freedom to live in flow, not tethered to others doing or not doing. Open to loving surprises from within you and your greater loving.

As the Song says Let It Go..I am smiling as I write that. The sweetness of the child within sings life.

Enjoy you, be present in you, you are Beloved.

Although we are still in February , the signs of Spring are surfacing inside and out.

We renew by letting go of things in our closets and making room for new. Completing things that have been hanging on to do.

We also have inner situations, feelings and old patterns known and unknown that are ready to be renewed into loving flow. The changes are always from inside. The outer will come into a greater flow than you have allowed, when you let go of the narrow view that holds into a smaller world inside, believing this keeps you safe. Love is infinite. We are made of this infinite love and all creation is of and in this flow of Divine Love.

Are you allowing the things that restrict to be your guide in your life? This can be subtle and not so subtle. Denial does not make it go away. Smiling and acting like all is well, is a good practice but, when you go to bed a night how is it inside you?

Take time to be with yourself, Allow the loving light process of Grace to come more awake and expand into lLove Light. This is an ongoing opportunity. do not judge that there is always more to Love that does not know love. That is our design.

You are a full time job. Shutting off love in anyway is just information for you. No one has the power to take the love from you. You are the Love flow you experience – God is love – you are God’s Love. How can you know this. It takes willingness to keep going back inside to you and allow the places that are in restriction come free by being exposed to the loving light. you can start with gratitude to yourself and all the things in your life. Do the simple practice of Gratitude and you may find more peace and love and also you may reveal, how you have grown from situations that you judged or felt hurt by. Can you move to gratitude and see something good? Maybe how you had not been in your own Loving when it seemed another hurt you. Yes what happened can be hurtful, but, to regain and expand all, this is an opportunity to unpack inside. What did you tell yourself about yourself. Then you shut off love to be safe?

You are Beloved… Be – Loved In you. Flow. This is an amazing Dance when you allow yourself to claim you are your answer. You awaken to the Divine Flow of Love…

Everything reveals places in you that do not know love. Let go to Love. Open up one more time. Again and Again and Again…

The voice you listen to.

The loving expansion within is always in cycles of the caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly. The cycle will bring new experiences in nuances and greater ways, just when we ” think” we know what is going on and we are on the right path, we may find things challenge us. These challenges are gifts. They are asking us to look deeper into ourselves and see and ask am I free in my loving and am I allowing others their freedom? Do I need everyone to see it my way? Even do I think I know better? The main place to go is to the heart. We will find when we move inward, and upward, we find places that probably are holding onto validation of others, not knowing love is present no matter what. All expressions are Loved even when we can’t understand.

It can seem exciting when we launch on a new endeavor, and it is. Then we have the constant opportunity to let go and allow the flow of love to lead. This is in us. Leading is and can be – being present in love – no push – not even a doing. Allowing others to be who they are and follow their own inner guidance and choices. Sometimes this brings us into a mutual focus and sharing and sometimes it looks different, yet loving is still present.

Each cycle brings new opportunity, allow this to be a journey of observation, when we find ourselves all in and we can not lift and observe in love and see that the unknown is manifesting and we can allow this to lead in Love. No Push just a dance of stepping and letting go in Love.

We are ONE – we all are unique and have our path of Love designed perfectly for each of us. We may not understand others but, can we observe and allow? Take care in love inside and move from this place, no demands.

Be the Love and allow Flow inside and how we share in this world. Let the guidance come through in ease and clarity. No one has to…No one should… Just be Love in relaxation. This allows creativity in ways known and unknown. Let everyone choose their path. Be Love…

This is a time we celebrate letting go of the old and bringing in new opportunities. This is a symbolic time for most people. Hope and a sense it is possible to let go of old baggage and create a new experince in our lives is present.

This opportunity actually is present every day, every moment. This moment is your opportunity to know you are the key to the renewed loving space inside that allows a new expanded view of yourself and the world you are co-creating. Letting go of the places and spaces that hold onto “safe places” that have actually been blocking your love and view of what is calling you, the unknown is present. You are in the New Year Moment by Moment.

This time of year we are focused more on joy, love sharing and caring.

What a wonderful focus for all the times.

We all are here in a human experience and in this experience we find ourselves flowing in and out of comfort and discomfort, in and out of a sense of love, joy, peace and willingness to share and care.

Love the one you are with… The one inside that resist love or is in discomfort is also Beloved.. Take a breath and go inward and bring Love to the one who is in discomfort or disturbance. Let this part of you be present, listen and allow the opportunity to be with this part and bring the loving frequency into yourself, and just love you. All parts.

If you find you have a judgement on your self or others, allow the hurt or place that feels discouraged, ostracized or unworthy to come into this loving field. Forgive yourself for judging yourself . If you have judged the discomfort love it and forgive yourself for judging the one who is uncomfortable. This is a part that does not know love and is calling for help. We may find we want to blame others, just love yourself, allow the place that keeps others inside you as your source, (your problem or your answer). Let go and forgive the judgment or judgments you have held onto that keep you in separation inside. Love the one you are with inside.

When we do this we find that we experience ourselves more and more in acceptance of ourselves and others. This leads to graceful – ease filed sharing and caring. It’s okay that these things come up. Do not deny, push down any of these orphans, they will resurface in many ways. Allow your self to love the one you are with back into love. Be the Blessing of Love that you are to yourself and then you will find overflow of love in you, in ease and grace.

Take time to be with you and God inside. The loving may surface the places that do not feel they belong as they do not know Love. Be the Love to all of you.

Time to care and share with others includes you first. Build your foundation from within, as this is where it is all happening. Beloved.. you will radiate in this love and walk your life in trust of love more and more. Keep loving. Trust Love. Your love flow is the Beloved breathing you. Be willing to let go and receive. love the one you are with…
