I personally feel the overflow of gratitude for the last year, all that is here now and all yet to come. When I look at the days of simplicity of sharing with people in my work or just in passing, my heart is full of gratitude and love. Sometimes I am in awe that we all show up in this time here together with our pain and suffering but, always love is humming just under the feelings of separation. It is there in everyone and more.

So thank yourself for being here and being willing to walk the path of love. Even if you are not aware that is what you are doing, still it is there. If you attune to it for just a moment, you can experience the sensation of the heart when you walk in the world and share.

My heart is full of Graceful Gratitude to it all.

There is beauty in every breath. Know all is possible in this universe. Look inside and see the colors of change. Then see it come forward in the light of the day. Do not be afraid to shine your light of love into the center of your intention. You are one in the light of God, breath into the New Year your loving creation.

This is a time of celebration. We are sharing more love and light coming into our lives, into creation. This experience is most powerful within our own quite inner connection. Do not get lost in the outside glitter and forget your own glitter. You will find yourself feeling lost and drained. Go within to recharge in the light of love.

This time is an opportunity to let go of old patterns in grace. Filling all those places with love and light. Re-pattern back into spirit, knowing your part in all that is here. Enjoy those you love and  take the time for yourself in the quite of healing, meditation, and self care.

The door stands open as we walk our creative path. The reality that is imprinted on the side you are standing in is only a small view of what is and what you are. The journey is a continuous opportunity to choose  the loving door. It may seem at times the door is too much or taking us away from the safe, loving reality we know, the busy life we call everything. We are the spark of the Beloved and as we open to this path of awareness, this becomes our inner song. This song is not stagnant, it moves through realities, dimensions, leading us home. This home is our Divine home of  God. The Beloved we are and we are of. When we choose to numb ourselves in our lives, we are choosing away from ourselves. When our hearts pull at us for change and we continue to wait for the change to happen to us, we will be sitting on the curb waiting for a long time. We must choose to walk through the door. This door is begging you to your freedom in a loving expanded supported inner life. Just because you only know your life though your limited experience, does not mean that is all there is. Take the time to go within, explore, heal and expand yourself. When you do this, you will know all is a Divine walk and supported in loving. When we choose the love, it will guide us through the door, giving us the courage and support to take responsibility for our experience and creation.  You must have courage to change your focus, even if you never have known that loving experience as truth. Take the leap through the door of love and you will fly in ways you could not imagine. This is a love in your spiritual heart, it will sing a song that guides you on the wings of light. The unknown leads out of the darkness into the light. It is all within you. Be the love , Be the light, Sing your song, Take the steps. Choose…

When we retract into with-holding our loving gratitude, feeling righteous, victimized, powerless or even believing we are separate from others, we experience a reality of lack and aloneness. This is an illusion created by a closed off heart. We are all connected and how we treat ourselves and others will show in our lives.

The understanding that we can choose the loving and  all experiences are here for our growth into our own knowing of our divine nature, allows us to move into gratitude and share in the world from this free flowing place.  We then know all is going into loving abundance. Behind each closed door stands a breeze of inner knowledge that opens us up into knowing our divine essence and in that we are free in the unknown. When the door opens with understanding, loving, and healing of our fears, controls, hurts and anything that tells us we are in fight, there is a freedom that lifts and sings through our cells, bringing loving, joy and abundant flow on all levels.

This world is not about lack it is about moving through the illusion of lack back into the heavenly flow of it is all here in us and our co-creation. Gratitude is key to opening up our lives. When we are in gratitude our hearts are sharing. With-holding in any way is only with-holding from ourselves.

Be the loving you are. See and live through your loving gratitude. It is so expansive you will fly in your heart and your inner experience will shine throughout your life.  CM

We are home within our own universe. When we go within ourselves to our loving we connect to the source that is our spark. This is the universal loving source, the God within connecting to the God source.

When we are in the shadows of our mind, looking at our reflection through the actions of others, or our own disappointments in the world, we miss the brightness of our own Divine self.

When we choose to go inward , opening to being with the God of our essence, opening up all of our tunnels to the light, the heavy metals of this world drop away. The metals of fear, anger, need to be validated by taking sides against anyone or anything in order to know you are right or lovable. Spinning stories to hurt others in turn hurting yourself. This is all heavy metal noise, creating the veils that blind the soul eyes from seeing and knowing the light in you and others. These illusions you create against yourself are just that, illusions. They tell you where you are afraid to know unconditional love. The love that goes past story,  the need to separate to know you are special . Putting others down in order to know you are loved. Keeping others small in your heart keeps you small in your heart. Honesty in loving will set your free.

Do not be afraid to go inside to the quite of the light.

The heartbeat of God will begin to sing in your ears and body, clearing the fog of negativity. When you are ready and not afraid to see the brilliance of your soul self, you will be in aww of the true you and the true them as one.

Taking flight over all of this life, and seeing it from above. Then you will know the unconditional love you are and all is at peace. Even when the world is still doing what it does. You are knowing love. you are expanding love in Gods grace.   C.M.
