I am more aware of the push to trust the unseen, the inner experience is the guide and when I strain to see past, when I step outside myself, and want know – control  or move to the outside doing to get something- I miss the gift that is right here now. It is not a problem things are in movement – change. When we make an effort to change from a place of abandoning ourselves to please others, we might find walls everywhere. When we try and control just for the sake of knowing, what we think should happen, will happen, we will find walls everywhere. So what  can we you do?

I know we will hold tight to something saying it is a boundary- yet it is a control energy. This can create a block in energy and flow of love and clarity. We may even feel like we are more out of control inside because we keep having to keep walls, up. Relaxing inside is not available.

Finding balance and harmony inside, sharing and caring can look many ways, yet it does not involve control.  Love is Free inside and in our creation. Even if we agree to please  someone , many times  this does not come from free Love but, to make sure the other person does not get upset, or feels important. Why would we do that, because we are not in our center and sharing from the heart. We are sharing from another place.

How can we share without control, by being open to the unknown – and change – letting go of some of the things we may have held as the way.

Opening to the highest good is opening to Spirit- to the unknown and change. Grace will show itself for all concerned and through the process there will be unity in Love in freedom.We are supported in ways we can not imagine.

So take the time and breath deep, let go, and open to all possibilities in a peaceful, loving, supportive way for all. Place whatever may restricting you in the Light. Be open to the Love in guidance.  Getting the uplifting experience will prevail in the freedom to change in flow and share.

I only share this as this dance is my constant, what I want and what I think I want, or even what I plan is always a moving target. I have learned when I move from a mental, physical, must have place, not with Spirit alignment, everything seems to stop. I am pushed in ways that are uncomfortable  yet bring me the most amazing surprises of love if I let go and allow. The internal freedom becomes more and more natural . Letting go of the against stories, and considering a new step inside then the outer begins to unfold. Loosing control is truth as we are not in control anyhow. To know God within is to loose control yet, gain freedom.

So you choose once again, freedom or control.

Celebration is always available . So take some time and be the celebration and go out and share the celebration you are walking as.

Be the love – Be the Celebration  – See the Love in Others and Celebrate Others.

Kindness with – in shows and showers the world in Light!

When you are in Celebration within –  you will experience the outer in the same. It is not go out there to be happy, it is go with-in, be happy, then walk in the Light of happiness , you are the generator, and you will be happy where ever you are..

Validation…What does this do for us? Does it motivate us to keep going, does it tell us we are good enough, does it tell us we are special ?

When we share from a place of freedom in Love, not comparing or needing to prove something, just sharing because it is up-lifting, and it may be up-lifting  in ways we may never know. We find ourselves in a flow of Light that is in ease, this path of sharing is full of Light and surprises.  If we do not know is that okay, can we trust in the sharing and not know what may have been the ripple purpose.? When we know in our own experience of Love and Light with-in, and that we are sharing in Love, this will be validation that does not need another to know you are Divine Light.

We all are Lighting the way as we share from a Light Heart. Each one of us is equal, even if we are unaware of what that is, it still is. We can not put someone’s Light out, nor can your Light be put out. When we open to our own Light that warms with – in we can share without the need to control. We are of and have an infinite Light that expands beyond what is seen. As we Light up, we add to the illumination that is present in everyone. We are reflecting Light. We are of the Light.

So as you walk through your day, sharing, be present in your Heart. As you resonate the Love notice the shift in those you are near, for your own perspective, your own Light will generate a reflection that is with-in. No one can validate this for you, if you notice when we wait for validation, we begin to experience more lack. Be the Love and be on purpose to share from your own inner love. Know that is infinite, and  generated as it is your natural state, you are Divine. Even when you feel off it is available. Do not judge the times you are off, the Light is strong enough to burn through the negativity in Love and compassion.

Look with-in for your validation – it is singing a song of Love and Freedom. Seek theLight with-in and you will know the fullness of Heart is present now, in every Breath. The light of Love is in you, around you, and is the place you are seeking. Relax, you are the answer, you do not have to wait for someone to tell you that you are good, you are loved, you are all of this. When you know this about yourself, you can see this in others. Not Until you know this with-in you, will you know what freedom in Love is.

So Be the Love and you will see through your Light filled eyes the Light in others. You will not need to be validated by others, you will know. When you share in gratitude and love, it will be freedom. When others share in gratitude and love you will be free in the inner worlds. You will keep going because you are the Light… C.M.

We are free to choose our path even when it does not appear to fit what others may want or need.  Im not talking about inflicting on another. This choice can seem like an action of separation, yet if you are aligned in Beloved within, you will know the step you are choosing is love.

It is not to control others or even yourself. It is walking a path that is in ease, uplifting in Love. This path will wind, have ups and downs no matter how hard you try to control outcomes. The ultimate outcome is Awakening in the Arms of the Beloved.

This step is not in judgement of others, if you are judging yourself  or others for not understanding your choice, you are no longer in the Beloved awareness, you have moved into separation within. This is not a righteous place, the Beloved is open and in Gratitude of how we all show up. No one has to understand or agree with your choice. Check and see if you are hurting yourself or hurting another.? Or Is it uplifting and expanding?

You can-not control what someone else feels or tells themselves.  Even when you choose with Love, you may see others do not understand, this is the Human experience. We are in our own veils of Karma and will perceive through that lens what is happening. The only way to begin to understand, is to get the altitude through your Beloved eyes. This attunement usually requires going inside to the Beloved, connecting to The Beloved. This is done through meditation. Soon you will walk in the awareness of this Beloved, as you build the bridge through meditation in Spirit and clear through Grace the veils that create the illusion of separation.

So now Let go, you will find your voice of love when you allow the Spirit of loving to lead you on your path.

What uplifts you will be a good sign post. If there is fear or resistance, go within and begin again by getting altitude. See if the fear is just holding you in an old place or is this a step that needs some refinement?  Sometimes we must first step  over-through the fear and that will illuminate  the path which will refine as we go. What-ever you choose there will be Light assistance to walk with you, even when you stumble, if you pause and go to the Beloved, you will be lifted in the light and assisted. Nothing is Terminal. There is always more choices and assistance. God is Infinite. This is about change. Change within and the path will appear.

Much Love and Light to Your walk, each step being full of light. This step can be small yet illuminate the next step. When you choose this step of love and light you will see the road begins to meet you and guide you. This is the dance of you in Spirit as one. C.M.

Gratitude is a state of being, it is Love, it is Joy, it is full ,in sharing and caring. It is inspiration. Have you noticed how your cells, your body, mind, and emotions lift when you share gratitude, this can be silently with yourself, the can be silent with God, this can be silent when you think of someone in your heart, gratitude comes up. It shows up in so many ways always including a sense of full Love. This is sharing in the Beloved as one.

This is not new information, yet I challenge you in this very moment to pause and move quietly inside and experience gratitude for the Breath that is present, and all that is participating in that sharing.

BE inspired in gratitude . You will lift and see the path of Love is guiding it all.

Much Gratitude and Love to and for all…

Each day we walk in the world encountering the experiences of many textures. Many people perceive the world as a place to strive and become something. Many people experience this world as a place that they are at the mercy of. there are many ways to walk in this world and experience it.

If we are living in this world as if it is outside of us, and we are a victim to what is coming and going in our lives, past present and future, this world can begin to seem hopeless, scary, we usually experience a deep sense of separation.

There is no wrong way to live as it is your choice. Thats the beauty of it. If you knew that you held the keys to unlocking all your discomfort what would you do? Now I know many people want to blame others for their experiences. Yes we all are helping each other by reflecting through experience, this only means we show up and you will experience someone or something through your own veils of creation. These creations are here for you to choose how you will respond this time. We have co-created all of this, we are in a Master School of Love.

It is vey hard to see how you could love something that is painful or seems to have some sort of power over you. When you begin to choose into freedom, you choose into your own awakening, which means your responsibility in all that is present in your world, your life. It is all reflection. This can be hard to accept, yet in spirit you know we are one and that you agreed to come and explore the Divinity you are while having a human experience. ” You allow or promote everything in your life”.

Can you love the very thing that you are hurt or angered by. Imagine if you could be that Love. How powerful you would be. It is not a possessive Love, it does not mean you agree with or disagree with the negativity, it  becomes neutral and free inside.  This can mean you experience  the Love through the alchemy of negative creation inside, the love you will first find available is to the one inside you. The one who does or did the same thing as the one who is upsetting you. This path is not an easy path. It requires honesty and Love. Not a Love that judges and requires anyone to do what you want. You are the Love and freedom within. You must Love your own negativity, hurts, judger, and more before you are free inside. When we hold onto judgements, hurt and more we a withholding Love to ourselves. When we hold onto these thing we must shut off part of ourselves to keep it going.

This can cause more upset in our lives, including physical illness. Balancing your own inner world  is the journey of creation home while here in this Human experience.

Be open to knowing you are the Beloved, even though you do not know this yet, as you open to the winds of Spirit, let go of the control and allow the flow, the awakening to sing through, you will have a knowing. Be willing to let go once again and again and agin, it is infinite.

You have the keys to your freedom in Love. Thank those who brought you the opportunity to awaken , let go and  be the Love. This is what all of it is about.

BE the love even when it makes no sense. BE love and let go of control. You are the Beloved of The Beloved…

We are in a time of great opportunity to become what we seek ( LOVE ). All of us have many stories that have become patterns that are not real but, we make them real by holding on to them, your personal karma, this can be family Karma along with the collective Karma. Life is Karma.

It has been amazing to watch all the world come together in peace and love, being inspired to do so from an energy that has been brought forward of fear and negativity. We can see it has become more natural for us to move together in Love than war. not to say that we do not have the war in us to contend with, because clearly it is here in this polarized experience.

Good and Evil was brought up today. When we look at times that we have seen this polarity come forward in history, times where we were slow to believe things were happening and when we finally  awoke to them it seemed to be overwhelming  in its devastation. How could this be happening and where is God, where is love?

We are  the essence of God, we must look inside to our own wars and fears. Being afraid to love and letting go of the war in our own lives plays out in many ways. I have spoken to people that react to my suggestion that they have the power to change things by changing their own vibration, their own inner war and fears. Going for the light and love. They react with upset and anger fighting for the war. Meanwhile their greatest fear is the war.

There it is..What will happen to us if we know we are the ones who have the power,? What if we know we do not have to be a victim to what is. We can drop the outer reflections and go inside and be the peace and love we are seeking.

This takes a willingness to be self aware and responsible. Be willing to be honest and move to an unknown space even in the resistance. I was having a moment last night of resistance yet, so aware I wanted the freedom from what I was holding over myself, as if I am powerless to it. That means I was making it my God. I was not in the flow of the Beloved I am and I am of. I was worshipping the negativity.

Some people say that this approach of inner alchemy through truth in Love is fine to play in but, the real world is the war the pain and suffering. That is the illusion world. We are co-creating this, we can choose to be brave in our own inner world and start to awaken our Light, letting it be the lead of our lives. In this we become a spiritual warrior of Love and Light.

We are seeing the change already in the unity of the world. It is bigger and more powerful than the negativity. The negativity will challenge this. We are ” designed for these times”. This is where we become Light while here in the Human experience. We become a Loving co-creator, creating a Heaven on earth in our inner world and vibrating this into our outer.. Lighting the way to more love and peace here.

If I go out with fight I get fight back. We have seen the world wars won ultimately with the intension of Love, equality and peace as the outcome. There is proof. Many tend to hold onto what happened instead of seeing the Alchemy that took place through the experience.After the darkness there was light that had shined on what was happening and the light prevailed. There is still more to experience here in this negative realm.

We could move faster to the awareness and not go to war, it could be a new way and if it is not, it will still have a Light at the end of the tunnel, more Light than ever.

You choose – to fight for your fears or use what is upsetting as signals of places you can Light in Love and free yourself and be free while all is shifting.

You can be the change, you are the change. You are not a victim, you are a Divine Being having a human experience. You have the choice to be brave in your vulnerably, admit to the things that you are holding onto as your mountains to cross, look inward to see the passage by opening the gate to Love.

Choosing Love does not mean sitting in a corner doing nothing, it can be a shift within, letting go of the fight to be in control through fear, anger, or righteousness. Change happens when we let go. We change, others may not but, change will always be the path of least resistance. Is the path loving, is the path uplifting, or are you walking in circles repeating the same war cry over and over?

It is up to you, it is up to each one of us to Love our  fears and upsets, listen to what is happening and be willing to take an inner then outer step to a new uplifting experience.

There will be more flow of possibilities when you begin to claim your own power, your Love within as the answer you are seeking. In this claiming, you will find the costumes begin to unravel, and there is freedom that goes beyond the limited illusion you have been focusing on. The experience becomes free of limitations, the limitation become the signs on the path, showing you where you have held yourself  prisoner, you have the key to release yourself. Grace is available, the only thing you have to do is give up the negative control and be willing to receive in the innocence of Love, not knowing as you have not experienced this yet.

If you only hold onto the fear memories, you keep yourself in that focus and experience.

Be willing to go further to the unknown, you will begin to remember what/ who you are. Your mind, emotions and ego will not be part of this. It will become a love song that sings you into the Spirit of love and you will know the way to go.

Go for the Love. Relax and open to the Light, the Love…You release control, and move to letting go and receiving. The Grace is …Available, are you?
