The light is lifting you into the brightness of your life.

Walk the path of up-liftment and there is ease in sharing the joy with others as they join in with their own light.  The path of leadership is one of leading yourself in loving and truth with yourself . When we know ourselves as vulnerable, strong, confused then loving, we learn it is all perfect. The humanness leading to the divine in it all is the peace making inside and out. Walk gently with yourself in the changes and you will lead with love strongly.

Be the peace, Be the love, Be…

The loving light you seek burns inside you, brining your suffering and pain into the lightning of love. Balancing the losses and wins as equal and neutral expanding experiences, bringing understanding to both.

The power of love is the nourishing force that ignites the beloved within and is the source of life that breathes you. Be in gratitude with what is happening in the moment and you will experience the essence of love riding the bliss of the divine heart in every breath.

Go within and dance with the beloved you are and are of, flowing on strength of the the unknown , known steps . This force of love will gently propel you on your path with grace and purpose. You will know and surrender.

Relax and let the breath of the beloved guide you.

Energy, Consciousness, Intention…

The spirit is in everything. When we are willing to be in our spiritual heart, we are willing to expect the unexpected .

We can receive these spiritual gifts from a point of view that is grace and loving or as a burden and wrong.

When we are learning how to create from love and receiving, it is not about control, it is about letting go , allowing and seeing with our heart eyes the abundant gifts. The growth in the challenge and grace in the unexpected.

This is not a demanding process, this is a letting go, a not knowing and willingness that allows us to see and receive when the gifts show up. they may not look like what you think you need or want. Learning to receive in gratitude opens the heart to more flow and more surprises. When we clutch to what we perceive to be what is right or wrong without opening our hearts to new experience that may not be in “our plan” we block the loving expansion and can miss the gifts at hand.

Be willing to not know and let go and you will know the divine is present without fear and restriction. Your heart will expand and you will be full without the want that keeps you looking through the illusion of control, missing the gifts when they are present.

Be free in your growth of love and you will be free. Be the love.

Heaven on Earth

Look at your own reflection, look into your loving eyes into the heart of God.

Receive yourself and give yourself to the love.

You are heaven on earth, be the heaven  ,be willing to be love and you will know God in your reflection. Love it all ,  the dark and the light become one in the love. It is all creation.

Reflect the light from your heart and every cell. Heaven creating on earth.

Seeing Clearing, Sharing Clearly, Standing in the Truth.

This dimension is filled with reflections of our minds and projections. These are illusions we are building our lives and identifying ourselves with. None of this is our true selves, it is all here for us to play and learn from.

When we are willing to know ourselves as loving powerful co-creators we become aware of how our intentions and thoughts create our experience.

If we set something in motion from a half truth or manipulation , we are muddying the creation and will have challenges that seem unloving come forward. Creating from truth and clarity, standing in this without fear and loving intention allow flow. You will be met by the same intention you put out.

Remember you are looking through your own windows of memories and beliefs. When you fall into deception , hiding or hurt, these are only your stories and you will create more of this.

Clean your windows and look for the clear loving truthful path and your heart and dreams will be met with overflow. Do not dirty the view with your need to control , allow the light and love to flood though your fears and experience who you are.

Open your window and receive all that is and that you are in the loving light.

When we are in living loving peace in ourselves, we have no need to look to others through hurtful eyes.

The hurt we are seeing is our own fears of our own untruths we have been creating in ourselves many times.  If we know our truth, we have no need to judge or fear someone else. If they are not being kind send them kindness and move away from the negativity. If you are not being kind, find the kindness and move away from the negativity.

You know you are aligned in free love when you do not fear others and have a need to separate through energetic manipulation or hurtful judgment.

Taking care of yourself in loving, is a clear and truthful path. You will not have resistance or negativity in your cells. You will be the love aligned allowing others to find their own way.

We have all made errors, when we can stand and learn from them without shame, we become the loving awakened in our soul selves.

Be the love you are , be willing to look in the mirror and love it all. Change the fears and untruths through love. No one else is causing your pain, you are the Divine creator of your experience. How have you put yourself out in the world?  How have you been speaking to yourself about yourself and the world ?

Be the Love and you will receive the love.

Telling My Tale to Reintroduce Myself to you.

I want to start by saying I have planned nothing in this journey yet I am clearly on a path. The more I understood I did not have the answers the more I understand. Not understand in terms of finally knowing, but in terms of freedom in embracing it all and bringing it all back to loving creation.  The focus of my work is to help others connect with spirit, heal and expand on all levels, finding their way back to their soul selves.

I have been doing healing work for the past 18 years. This inner calling came about while I was doing fashion styling, living in San Francisco.  I have always had an ability to hear and see spirit, along with feeling and hearing things about other people. I did not know it was not about me, so I pretty much felt disconnected to my center most of the time. I was trying to manage others feelings as my own, this did not work so well.

The wonderful thing about experiencing others this way was that I really realized how much we are all mirrors of each other, not exactly, but the essence that shows up for us to experience through others does reflect something we each carry in ourselves. My misunderstanding of my intuitive abilities gave me challenges within myself.  While we reflect each other, my compassion for others pain took me down roads in myself teaching me how to heal through experience and inner guidance.

 I have always loved Mr Magoo because my life always seems to show up for me without me knowing it. I step and there is something there to guide me to the next place.  While my inner guidance and connection to spirit were growing clearer, this life and work can be challenging and the support of teachers is important. My path has had a magical weaving of teachers and practitioners helping me open up to my inner Master. I found a deeply important ongoing mentorship and friendship with Robert Waterman in Santa Fe, NM. His work supports and reflects what I was experiencing and exploring with my self and spirit. These relationships with others on this journey are important as we are in constant change and growth.

  Meditation is my key to being tuned into the clearing, connecting and transformation with spirit. Inner teachers come forward and assist in my life and with the work I do this is the constant in my life. This is where the relationship to myself and spirit become one. My awareness continues to be refined as the journey continues. I bring this connection into all of my relationships and work in this world, there is no separation.

We are all reflections of our creations to each other, at least in essence. Through the process of opening up to my healing work with people, I am also clearing blocks and coming more into my soul self.  I committed to this work because I found that it is a way of life that comes naturally and lovingly.

I can only say that this organic life process is an amazing education. My teachers, whether they have been formal or the people I live life with, have all been perfect and always evolving and expanding as life does. The joy I find in my work with people is that everyone is evolving and as this unfolds, nurtures, and aligns for you, I too, align.

 In addition to living and working in the glorious Santa Barbara area, I travel to New York, Los Angeles, Sun Valley and San Francisco with my work.
