We feel plucked out from our center source when we look to the outer world for our confirmation.

When we learn to refocus towards our heart center then step in time with that beat, we will glide on the breeze of grace. Letting the answers lift us to the next step.

The hum of our loving heart soon fills our ears and our whole awareness begins to look different, feel different and is different. This dance can be slow or fast, it can be still even. There is no right or wrong. Learning to explore all of the experience, allowing it to teach and be what is full and abundant now, as opposed to what you expect full and abundant to look like.

When we allow, yet participate with willingness in our mind, body, and emotions, bringing a loving heart to all, we lift to our center, to our source of love and know we are not alone or in lack.

This is a real practice in using your divine ability to create by choosing to look at and let go of what does not serve you anymore. Be open to the unknown and taking the unknown steps. Even when it may seem impossible.  That belief or feeling is just your mind , beliefs and past telling you there are limits. We are creating this experience here and now. The past is the past, all that is available is now. Practice and move into what you would like to experience. focus on the loving and doors will open.

Start to create the world you would like to live in, from within. This will always be available and expand into creating your outer world.

We are abundant, loving, divine souls, playing in the this human experience. Look to your inner master , it is there.

How do we find joy ?

Joy is n the letting go of what you believe is holding you down. Be willing to fly beyond the boundaries of your mind, the boxes you create there and feel the energy of the exchange of light held in the words, the movement, the heart is in all of it.

There is no right or wrong, it is your impatient mind that keeps you harsh and separate from the flow.

Find the joy, let go and fly.

We walk this life in a formation of experiences from the past and present. We have hopes for the future without knowing we are creating it all from the cells of light we are.

Our bodies will speak to us when we have held onto the things or directions that are keeping us from our truth. Truth is loving. When we withhold this loving it will show itself by getting your attention one way or another. The things that we call unhealthy are the very things that hold loving information leading you back to your path.

Each person has a unique pattern they are walking, although we mirror each other , there are nuances that we carry that are our own for now.

When we have a wakeup gift in our bodies, the exploration of where and when we started to withhold some loving truth from ourselves can be quite a journey. To try and say one thing causes this illness would be a lie. It usually has been building on one pattern to the next.

The good news is, if you are willing, we can begin to pull the sword from the stone you believe you are and awaken to the fluid light of health and love you truly are.

Healing the body is tied into healing the mind, emotions, and body leading us to know ourselves as loving spiritual beings.

This process can be so loving and freeing, you will begin to see and love the grace in what has been and let go of it and let go of your illness when it is ready.

Each person will find their own healing, in each step. What healing looks like can and will be different for each person. The one thing that you will find true for all is it comes back to love, learning to be the love.

Be willing and all is here and will be.

Life seeks light, light seeks life, light seeks light.

There is no separation. The only time we experience separation is when we only focus on what is not. There is always growth in what seems to be a desert with no change of terrain. Keep your heart open and follow the light, it will lead you to your ocean of knowing, living love, and abundance.

Be the light you are and  know.  Shadows will surrender to the light when you allow the light to flow through your roots that hold . You will release the doubt and fears you carry in your cells and the universal you. You will reach beyond your dreams .

The desert may look like nothing but sand, it is the palette for you to dream and create your growing light blue print of life. Bringing life to what seems barren, seeing all that is there to create in the abundant space given to you.

Be one with your light love creation. You are always seen and heard. You are the I am…

We are in constant movement, evolving from one awareness to the next. If we allow ourselves to know that it is all shades of light and look to the loving brightest light in all of it, we find peace and knowing.

There is no right or wrong way to experience your journey. The focus is love how ever you see your life. When you are experiencing what may seem grey or unloving, change your view and allow the glow of loving light to seep in. Flowing over the resistance and changing the knowing into the loving you are seeking. Even if you do not know what that looks like, or how this change can come , be open in your loving and you will receive the gifts that are here for you.

Be open to the love that is always present. Do not be fooled by the illusion of separateness , you are always with the one loving that is .

You are the love , one with the love.

We are becoming more aware of our true divinity as we allow ourselves to see our shadows of negative self talk, actions and beliefs that we have been creating our lives around.
Many of these patterns came in with us or have been handed down through family patterns and have also been created through your own experiences in this life time.
When we open to the light and allow the loving to come forward , patterning a new voice and resonance that sings through our essence, giving a new knowing of truth in our living, we become free of the negativity that has led us in our lives. When the light shines on these things it may seem painful or scary but it is opportunity shining on the limiting things that hold you back. This light is here to assist you in healing, releasing those blocks and lead you back into your true nature of love.
This is not a belief it is a knowing experience. This brings you understanding in every breath . There is trust in light, love, abundance and creativity . Even when we feel upset we can access this connection to our true spirit , being able to flow through the ups and downs , with a knowing of love no matter what the condition.
We are in light changing times, this is a constant opportunity to explore , let go and lift into more joy, love, and freedom.
The sessions I offer allows you to experience your connection to spirit and the light, letting go of what is ready now and receiving more comfort in the loving light focus than the old patterns. This will shift you on all levels, spiritual, psychic, mental, emotional, and physical.

Sessions run 1 1/2 to 2 hours , allow 2 hours .
$350 single session, $900 series of 3.
The series is a very clear and powerful way to commit to yourself and spirit in a deep profound way,  allowing expansion to anchor in. I recommend this for anyone and especially for those who are just starting the work with me or this type of work. It also can be very helpful during more challenging times. I recommend these sessions to be done no further apart than 2 1/2 to 3 weeks the first time.

When you ask for the light and it drops into your lap, you have to choose to stay with it.

Allowing the mind and psychic levels to lead us will only keep us running the same focus of beliefs and karma. Allowing a trust of the the higher levels of light to blaze our inner path, clearing the blocks and opening to the new and loving experience is the key to our own knowing and not knowing.

Miracles are here, you have to be willing to receive them to experience them.

We ask for miracles and when they show up they may not look like what we thought they should or could but that is the trust of the loving abundance that is being placed at your feet.

You choose, you receive, or turn away. One day you will find your way because you are divine. It is up to you to open now or wait.

Be ready to be the light and choose the light that is here now.

“Ask and you shall receive” You have to be willing.

When we come together to create more light action, we are working with spirit to carry out the vibration to the destination. Be willing to release the images and blueprints you have imagined, allowing the wind of spirit to blow your seeds out in the creation.

Step out of the ego and need to hold on to what you believe is your identity , and surrender your ideas to the light.  You are co-creating here, if you believe you are doing this alone, you will have that experience. The experience of carrying the weight of the world, or pushing the weight of the world to create. You can do it this way, in that illusion or you can choose grace and give over to the light. You are co- creating and will be met as you believe it is. So be open to the knowing and not knowing, allowing the experience of support through spirit and grace. Then you have knowing.

Be still in your mind and listen, be willing to know you do not know it all. Be willing to serve and receive equally. The blessing of light will always trump the blessing of the mind and ego.

LET GO AND LET GOD

We all have heard this truth, what does that really mean ?

The letting go is not a mind thing, and letting God is not a demand .

Letting love and being willing in the heart is the path. Holding your heart , loving hostage in pain and suffering, blame and shame keeps you from receiving what you are seeking. Demanding only brings more resistance and disappointment. Opening your heart to loving what is , allows spirit to dance with you lifting the pattern you hold so dear to you that causes the pain.

Letting go of the blame, pain, shame, and victim by loving all those parts with compassion  and tenderness allows the loving spirit to bring grace in. We do not understand this in the mind, we have a knowing in our heart beat, and in our breath. When we surrender to this, it is done.

Be willing, be the love. Be willing and receive the miracles. They are here, open your heart by letting go of the story and be the love in the story.
