We are stepping through the looking glass every day when we wake up to our loving center.

We have just come thorough a dimensional illusion, clearing our cells and reality to align with the Divine self we are. You may have experienced bliss , confusion, calm and pain all at once. The change in time is actually the change into no time. What we focus on is what we will experience.

The gift of unending , unconditional love and creation is here for you. You have walked through your life so far teaching yourself who you are through your experiences and creations. You now have stepped through a time that reflected a sense of separation through your senses, all of that is changed and changing.

You choose the reflection you would like, but know you will always come back to the source you are of and that you are.

The loving Divine you and source are beckoning you back home. Home is you and your loving.

Embrace this wonderful Divine you with no shame or fear. Open your heart and the Heaven you are will sing out into the world, healing and lifting all that you touch. Aligning with the sacred sound and light you create from and with.

The golden light is upon us. It radiates through every cell and every dimension of our being, our creations and our realities. There is no separation, when we open our eyes and heart to all that we are and all that is. We know the light and the love has no end. It has no beginning, so there is no limit to the love.

Be open to the radiating love that is pushing through all the pain, doubt and fear. It is time to relax and be of the grace. No push , no bloody knees, only lifting love.

Allow yourself to receive and allow yourself to be the beloved you are. Allow the beloved to lead you, to comfort you, to inspire you. Let go of the past and stand in the light, it will carry you always. Leading to the loving home that you are.

Radiate the light that you are. Beloved you, Beloved me, Beloved one…

The peaceful caress of light allows the nuance of creation to flow through. Holding a rigid eye on what is to be or what you perceive is , can block your view to what is true.

Be open to the soothing clearing of the light and you will find your path is happening at the moment, under foot. Straining or pushing to see or know only brings blindness and frustration.

Allow the peace and love of your true nature to lead you in the terrain of this life.

You will find the gentle touch of life is sourced from the gentle touch of love.

Be the love that you are and lay down your rough edges, experiencing the fluid creation of your life.

The love center is the beginning and the love center is the end.

The source of all is Love. As we move into our center, peace surrounds us and we are supported by our creations and our creation is supported by our love center. It is all connected, never ending , always blooming. Each petal has its own essence, being perfect in its unpredictability. There is not one better than the other. They all have perfection and purpose.

Embrace and take in your essence, no matter how it looks today or in the moment. Breath in the love and smell the sweet perfume of of love creation. You are the center love, relax, and allow this to grow and lead you in your creations.

Be centered in your love and allow the overflow of light that you are and are of to meet in the center. Creating heaven on earth, in you and of you.

Be Love…

We have been creating veils of story that we believe keep us safe and on purpose. These can be comforting for a time , but as we move towards our total awareness of love and truth these veils seem thin and begin to pull away. This allows more light to shine on your truth, this can feel harsh and overwhelming for a time. You may want to pull the veils back in your life to block the light that you have now experienced. Staying in the shadows may feel familiar and safe, but you will not be able to do so forever. The light is the safe and true you. You are safe in being this you, light and love. Look to it and allow it to lead you.

That light is what you are, as you allow this to lead you, you will find the path to be clear and supportive rather than blurred and overwhelming. You will know how to accept your inner light and be met the same. Do not be afraid of the brightness it is only you looking back at you.

Be the comforting love that you seek and it will shine on all of you and your choices. Know not to be afraid of the love that you are, and you will find peace.

Be the love, be the light, be peace within and overflow your creation. Be you…

The space that seems to be holding you is the space of transition. Sometimes it may feel as though nothing is changing , that it is endless , yet it is in constant change.

The illusion of the space you are in and experiencing is like the weather. The movement is always there even when there only seems to be clouds sitting in the way of the sun, or there is endless sun and no sign of water. The clouds or the sun are just there to bring awareness back to you as the co-creator. Giving you the experience you choose from, it is up to you how you experience these things .When we come back to your center love, the view can be abundant and perfect. Love the clouds, love the sun, they are just your messengers trying to get your attention to shift, focusing back your connection in your heart .  We lift when we are in our loving, all possibilities become apparent with  grace.

Build your life from love, not fear and you will build your core self from the never ending source.

There will always be change, even if you do not see it on the outside , it is the inner experience that is the most profound and everlasting. Climbing the mountain physically may look profound , but climbing the mountain spiritually, internally is the most profound eternal transformation you will know. This will continue to be present and grow eternally. It is not something you can hold in your hand or measure, it is something you live and know. There are no words that can meet it, yet we try. The love is the connection and is available to all.

We are all made of the Divine love, we are living in the illusion of the negativity, as we deepen our connection to our source, love, we will know that to be where the answer grows. Our minds like to hold the stories that keep us focused on the negative, refocus on the love, give the situation or story love and let go. Relax into your true self and receive. Do not be fooled by the illusion, create the heaven you are, here from your center, your love. Be now in this moment free, be right now in your love, that is all there is. Now… Step… Love… Step … Love…

When we are focused on situations in our lives that are challenging, we experience upset, anger, sadness, confusion,and a sense of powerlessness. All of these emotions are just fine. Do not try and stuff them they are telling you something important. Instead of believing that they need to go away, the truth is they need to experience love. 

We may have to go through something that takes our emotions up and down. As we learn to know it is safe to be honest about how we are doing and feeling, we find that we can recenter in ourselves, finding some peace and love inside. Eventually you will find peace and love overflowing back at you like a light  appearing at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel being our fears and beliefs that we are alone and powerless.

The default position can be I feel afraid, angry ,sad and alone but, I know I am loved and I am love even when I feel this way. There is no shame only growth from our experience. When we learn to embrace the truth , we have truthful relationships with ourselves and others. Do not deny yourself all of you.The truth is we all feel and are vulnerable. Love the truth. Deception just keeps coming back to you through your own game with yourself. Find your courage and love to be authentic and embrace it all. 

So try to love yourself when you feel in the darkness, reminding yourself it is temporary. Do not judge your vulnerabilities. They are human, when you love your vulnerabilities, you can be free in your love. All will soften and find its way to heal.

You are love, remember to go there and comfort yourself. You will find you move into grace from this place that you are, and as you learn to do this it will suddenly just be light.
