These are expanding challenged times and to be in the expansion in love is what we are called to, yet, it can seem difficult to center in this loving when we are aware of so much polarity and change.

Join Me for the remaining 5 weeks of this transformational opportunity of Loving support. Explore your own inner unraveling . Align in Love the places that are in disturbance., as this is the opportunity at hand, as we uplift ourselves we uplift the Planet. Attuning inward in God Love expansion, clearing, releasing, and supporting the alchemy of Love in ourselves supports the transformation at hand. Simplicity is one way to center and come back into the heart. So take this opportunity to simply focus in Love and Gratitude.

In these times of challenge our inner and outer world are being deconstructed. This is an expansion, all that is holding onto the things that dwell in separation inside from loving are being shaken.

Be kind to those places, place your focus on the simplicity of Breath in love. Be open to releasing where there is restriction, control, fear and more. Being flow in love can be a challenge, when we feel powerless, hurt, fearful, angry. Ultimately love will have its way, that is what we all are seeking. That is what we all are…

Be kind to yourself, remember the places that are pulling at you in polarity are just calling out for love. The Love is present, it is everywhere and you will know this when you awaken to this inside you. Take time for yourself, take care of yourself, keep it simple. Bring loving forgiveness to those places that come up that do not know love and dwell in misunderstanding, listen and allow the light to come in, you will begin to experience the flow of love in new ways and be held in it. You will know this love is present regardless of what may be happening and you will see from the altitude of Divine Love and know all is well.

Love will prevail as all is inspired in its core creation form Love,. This is who – what we are. The Beloved One – Divine Love is extra- ordinariness , Divine Inspiration is Breathing us all, we are remembering ourselves home in love. Love is the key that unlocks the door that seem closed off or separate.

In Loving Service

In this time of change and challenges there is one place I reside in peace. I know for me, I am called to be mindful, be present in me and where I am, Breathe in the sweetness that is in the simplicity. Just writing that opens my heart. To push or pull seems to throw all parts off, a sense of separation becomes the struggle , So I take a pause and Breathe in the sweetness of what is present in gratitude. even the thing that pulled – pushed I can have appreciation for, as it awakens me to experiencing how great it is when I do remember to slow down, be present and move to the gratitude, look for the good, the simple is full of nuances of fragrant Loving and peace. In this moment I see there is nothing to do but, hold in simple moments of Love. The polarity relaxes from me and I am in more clarity, letting go of disturbance, worries or what ever might be the push or pull that is calling me into confusion.

Though the world is full of challenges, being aware and staying present in what there is in loving – in gratitude changes our vibrations and this flows out to others, calming and bringing more harmony present in simple ways is powerful love.

Breathe in the sweet essence of love that is always present. Spread the love by being this, take simple steps, be present in gratitude with what is sweet now in your life where you are, allow this flow to touch you on the inner, expand in Love and you will be illuminating, touching others without even physically touching. This is a silent and powerful service to you and all.

Breathe In Love… Breathe Out Letting Go In Love..Let Love Lead You…

In These times of collective and personal challenges that are surfacing each day, we all have an opportunity to allow ourselves to expand and open in love flow . This expansion brings a centering in yourself, building a foundation on love that is always present and energizes creativity, health, wealth and happiness . God Flow.

Take time to allow the places inside that are in worry, fear, hurt and more to come forward, embrace them in love. Give them nurturing as your child that needs to know there is a Loving home present and available supporting them always. It is a time to open to healing, nurturing, expanding inside. We all connect and vibrate in this powerful Love as we heal, we heal the planet. This is an inside job. To Love yourself in all ways, this includes the  places that resist love, are in hurt and fear are welcomed into this nurturing love of remembering who you are.

Breathe in the Love… Breathe Out in Love, Let Go and allow Love to heal, Allow the Spirit the Light to awaken in you, in those places that live in separation hiding from Love from the support which is Love we seek.. Your internal love flow is key to this, it is present in you. This flow is the source of life.

When we heal we heal the world…

While you are home, you have an opportunity to do the inner work, This is a powerful opportunity time. You are Beloved . Take time to be available to what is coming forward in this expansion. Know nothing is being withheld, you are being given an opportunity to be with you, awakening…To the Beloved flow that Breathes you.

While there are so many changes and challenges, we can go inside and find a place of love a place of peace.

Yes, we are in an experience that is opening us to  our fears, our hurt, and concerns for our living situations. If you notice the more you seek a wrong or right position in all of this we become more fearful, more charged in negativity.

Negativity inside breaks down the flow and if you take a moment you may notice you feel more stuck and powerless.

These are all human reactions and concerns that are present, not wrong or right just present.

Take time to help yourself, go inside, Breathe in Love Breathe out what is not love, keep taking time to go within. Be present, look around and see what is in loving inside and out. See what you can be grateful for and begin to hold positive images and feeling of love, creativity inside, open to this flow. It is present even in the midst of what appears scary and out of control.

We are not in control, but, we choose. Choose yourself, choose Love and if that means breathing in gratitude and that is all you can do, that is powerful.

One moment a day, and keep adding. These will add up.

You are Beloved Love, awaken and allow the deep support that is present, go within and you will find what you a seeking. Love, Flow, all is present including health as you open to this flow.

You are love – you are Loved…There is more available- open to receive and you will find miracles happening inside and out.

Breathe in….Empty. into Love…

Be aware what your are putting your energy into – thoughts and emotions are building a field that meets you there. These thoughts and feelings reach out and touch others, those you may be thinking of are affected. They are touched.

Take time to redirect your negative thoughts and feelings. Open to co-creating a field of Love- lLght, Health, Wealth, & Happiness.

Be the vibration you wish to live in. You are all of it. We all affect each other.

“Build the Field and They will come”. What does your field hold, how do you share your energy?

Go inside build  and create your  foundation in Love Flow. No one holds the keys to your happiness. You awake to the flow of the Divine and you know all is present.

Be a responsible co-creator. Be present, be aware of your inner conversations and energy. Expand in Love, Peace, creativity, Joy, Health, Wealth and Happiness. It is all present right now, no matter how the world looks around you. Contribute to this reality, by building your inner sanctuary in Love and.Harmony.
