PURPOSE – LOVE

GOD INSPIRED CREATIVITY

Are You Present in Loving – Wholeness in the One Accord? Are you just going through the motions? Are you in alignment or abandoning yourself to the outer pull? Are you in Joy – are you inspired – uplifted? Are you just going through the motions? What is you purpose? What is motivating you?

These are the questions I ask myself. I am aware of expansion, in expansion letting go and being present, really being present, being available to move when things come in. It is clear and in ease. Clarity is present, joy, creative flow comes present. I am in the oneness flow.

I notice when I allow myself to be pulled off by second guessing myself – which is always a good practice and awareness, I am befuddled and loose the connection in me and Creative flow goes flat.

I am aware it is important to move when Spirt moves me and the practical flows. all involved are following the Spirit it is connected and ease in the dance is a joy, We all enjoy and are uplifted. Straddling for me never works out. These times in my life are so much about letting go of patterns of old. I am tested daily, to get up one more time, be available to the unknown . I know from my past experiences, once the doors begin to swing open all I have to do is trust step and all flows. I am aware of the process of start and then stop, revealing any blocks that may be lingering, or interfering in the Grace of Love Gods flow.

I revisit my questions, am I present, am I in loving,? Am I in accord within in God’s flow, and more attuning questions. One I also love is, am I being honest. Am I listening or pushing in control, Am I being present in Love. Am I serving in the moment in loving. What is my purpose.?

Relax – Breathe in the Breath of Love… Allow Love to permeate the places of resistance. Be present, relax, quiet, open your heart. Be present in Love – be available to take part in harmony of Spirit and be open to sharing allowing others to come present if they choose. All is perfect, Let God lead, all that are to be present will come in ease and grace fthg. This is a creative loving dance when it is allowed from within.

We are in constant opportunity in our lives to remember our loving is key to our Peace, Clarity – Our Freedom. This is an inner process. This series will build on itself inside. We are on a beautiful flow of opportunity, all leading us to Love Freedom. Simple and expanded.

We will explore and allow the things that challenge us , that are pulling us out of our loving. The process of our inner Love Flow is personal. It is not the outer that really controls this. How we are reacting inside is our experience and our journey to awaken in Love. If we find ourselves challenged we may find ourselves holding our breath, shutting down love in defense , fear and more. These are places that are holding on to old beliefs, habits of protection that shut off the loving flow in us to be safe, while all we are seeking is love.. These become energy blocks that eventually will show up in our lives in some form. They will circle around and around until we choose to go within and see. We are like a beautiful Diamond with many facets, each illuminating a different view of the same stone. We polish and shine brighter and brighter. This is not about judging any of this. We all are Beloved and what is knocking us off our center of love, is just more loving Grace opportunity to heal in Loving Expansion.

Expansion in the Light Love of the Divine. To awaken to the Beloved we are.

We learn to let go into this Divine Love which is our Source. We remember what this is through experience. It awakens a knowing of home and all is Perfect. We let go into Divine Presence in illumination of Love. We are One. How can that be with all the separation we experience here on earth? It is only within our own inner sanctuary that the connection of One has been forgotten yet is still present. It is Breathing us. It is a knowing. Can we live our lives with a focus of love leading us? What would that be like to Love yourself to ease, relaxation, expanded love? This is a life process. So being present and lovingly honest with what is going on is a super power of love. This can take courage, it is choice because it is not always pretty. No shame, can you love that too? Quoting a friend ” It is a Beautiful mess.” It is perfectly designed so is it a mess? How do we see through those eyes? Loving Eyes…

Join me and a sweet group to see what comes forward to be loved. Open to the expansion in Spirit within. Learn to listen and experience what is your inner voice and which one or ones are running you. Learn to give guidance, healing through love forgiving and Loving directions. Learn about the Higher Voice that can guide in Love as you are walking your day to day life within. We will explore as we go. This is very organic and is walked by – in the Loving Light.

Letting go and allowing the heart to lead. Not emotional or mental but, a clear flow that is relaxed and open and expanded. Inspiration flow is allowing Spiritual Flow…

When we put a wall of control around us, we are not in control we are in prison of restriction. My experience is when I am challenged I find myself in a retraction, I know I have something to clear, to come awake in Love. Pretending to be at peace or in flow never holds. One of the things I have had to be willing to be honest with is, I am not in control, I am walking my life constantly being called to let go and allow the Flow of Clarity and Direction to come through. If I push or try to run others or let others run me things go flat. Harmony in Flow slows all to dance in flow. All keeping their eyes open to letting go in Love.

These times bring so many shifts ebbs and flows that learning to dance in harmony for the highest good of all can be challenging. If we only see what we “want” we may be missing what is much greater expansion in loving in sharing and caring. The doors open when harmony opens. Separation inside, not allowing the clearing and the honest letting go allowing love come forward can be a process. We have to CHOOSE to look, let go and then it is joy!

The energies of the world can toss us around, go inward, find the song of God, allow it to come awake, Do the loving Light work, clearing what is standing between you and this loving light Flow. The mind does not know what that its it will receive but, it CAN NOT not push. It can come in many ways.

I am always in a polishing of trust in Love, allowing the Spirit to reveal, I know when this happens as things align in flow.. Harmony happens and doors open in me and other may catch the wind if they choose to do the same.

I have a opportunity – Challenge for you to take part in if you choose.

I have been holing in service with people for over 20 years. The one thing I am aware of and ask myself is ,am I in my loving am I present, am I neutral ?

I ask these questions when I am also holding in loving clearing in me for me too.Also just in my play time these are good check in times.

I am very aware when I am not being present with myself or others, how things seem messy and heavy. I am here to bring – be Love,, when I am in my head or just in resistance in some way, I am personally affected and I know it can affect others.

Simply listening, holding in open compassion, allowing the loving presence to flow through me, allows the loving presence to flow in all. Others feel held and met. I am not responsible for them but, I am present in me with the presence – loving flow then all is in flow, all are met held in this if they choose to receive.It is relaxed and never pushes… This goes for me too.

Take a pause and see how you are in your relationship with you and others. Where are you? No judgement, take a pause and breathe in and come present in you with you and then breathe in love and come present with who and where you are. Be present in your relationships, in you and with others. See how things may shift in open love. Things may resolve , evolve and creative energy comes forward .

We all are Beloved ones. BE present in yourself and with others and dance in Love. No attachment, demand but, kindness, sharing caring and letting go of hurt upset , control, expectations and whatever else may be in the way. Now Enjoy and play and uplift.

Be Present, it is a gift of love.

Receiving – Giving – Trust Love.

Relax, let go let love. Let your mind, your feelings, your breath, your body breathe in loving relaxation. Allow what may surface in discomfort come forward and bring your loving breath into this place, this story, this feeling. Let this discomfort share. Do not shut it off, see what may be calling, asking for Love.

Retraction, control, lead to more and more contraction, retraction. Be the Love to you.

Sharing in a loving place what is challenged is a sacred loving trust of love. There is nothing hidden in God., coming to a place of vulnerably, putting down the defense costumes is a process of love. Love the one who wants to hide, let yourself know you are welcomed. All of you is Beloved. Can you love and trust love? This starts with you.

Can you love yourself and trust your loving, bring loving feeling, thoughts in the breath and let go to Spirit in expanded Love. Let go Let Love.

Take time with yourself to set your Inner field of Love as your intention in your life. If you were to pause in the morning and through the day, claiming I Am Love, focusing in a relaxed breath touching your heart center then allowing this to radiate through you into your very cells, would you have a day of clarity, ease and understanding? It is possible.

That being said, we are in a world with many variations of ideas of what each of us wants, believes is good or even bad. One person may want more control over the house or community and begin to infringe on others space, truly believing this is good. This should be… In their eyes that reality is Love for them. Of course I am sure they would not agree to it going the other way. If we all could see through each others reality, we would have understanding. This does not mean we have to agree but, we could move to our loving center inside and take care of the place that may feel upset and powerless to others. By the way, that is a coming and going in many nuanced ways for many. We could find a way to agree to disagree and stay in peace.

How can we live free inside in Loving when things challenge us?

Back to Love. The challenges will appear and we all will be in opportunity to keep renewing, expanding our inner Love, awakening to the Beloved view, and giving it all to God. Sometimes we may not see the way it will play out to love, but, we have a choice to carry our love in greater ways, even when we forget, we can use this for a healing opportunity in ourselves. More loving available. The challenges only strengthen the loving. This can take dedication to you. No one can take your loving away. it is you. In Loving Flow of God. “This is an inside job.”J.R.

Loving Healing. To choose over and over to go back inside and bring loving to the places and spaces that are in separation, listening to what is going on, Breathing in Love, Calling the Loving Light Support awake inside is a step. When you hear and know what is in retraction, separation, bring Loving understanding and forgiveness to the one who is confused and has shut off love to survive. You are Beloved and Loved, You are God;’s Love. To know this is a walk of Love and choosing back inside over and over to go for the loving, cleaning,, you are Divine and Worthy. All experiences have a diamond in them to assist you in the Journey of remembering what you know already. ” You came you knew, then forgot and now you are remembering.what you know.” It is always there. This is just a touch of how this loving journey can be supported in constantly revealing you as a Love Being…When you are off your loving center do not judge the judger, take the same care with this part and allow what may be happening inside to come into a healing opportunity… This is and can be a process, take time with you, you are worth it. Bring Loving forgiveness and understanding through giving space to you, the one in you who is feeling upset, hurt in separation.

Keep dancing the loving dance, your partner is infinite Love and infinite creation. You are your loving Partner , you, god and God. I am Love … We are , I am – One.
