I want to take a moment to say hello, and let you know that I am in a Love filled, Peace filled place Inner and Outer.

I am working with people and if you are in the area and would like a session I am here. I am also doing phone sessions and will do Skype once the internet is repaired.

In this time of great challenge we all have the opportunity to heal in love. Do not avoid yourself, you can panic and tend to move into survival. There is Loving support that will lift you from with in , so as you walk through the challenges you are walking in Love and the direction is up is Light. You may experience Grace in the midst of what seems overwhelming. Support in flow begins to show up in little and big ways. you will be able to have gratitude in each Breath, knowing all is evolving to Light to Love.

I am Grateful to have each of you in on my Path in my life. I am here to share in Love, In Light.

Let go of the Mind, Let go of the Fear, Let go of the Controller in you and those you look to as your Source. We are Divine, Infinite, Lift, Love, Expand, Give up, and Receive. Co-create in unison, in flow of the Light. This is with-in and will awaken the infinite Love, clearing the illusion of control, lack and more. This is all your Opportunity to be Free with-in and share in creating a Life of uplift-ment and infinite Loving possibilities. Sing the Love Song of God. BE…Beingness of Love Song – Sound of Love.

Pause from your busy outer doing and go within.  Transformation,  Love, Peace, and Inspiration come from with-in.

Relax, Take a breath of love in and let Go of the chatter and tension as you breathe out. Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the worry, Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the doing, Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the hurt, Breathe in Love – Breathe out the anger, Breathe in the Love- Breathe out the Peace, Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the Love, Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the Peace, Breathe in the Love – Breathe out the Love.

Now Close your eyes as you allow your breath to naturally softly breath in and out, as you go inside and relax, you feel the Love the light expanding from your Spiritual heart, flowing out through your body and beyond. You may experience your self drifting into a bliss and lifting upward. You may see a Light inside, just allow yourself to lift and follow the light.

When you are ready open your eyes and take a moment to listen to your hearts inspiration. It may be a word that will support you, it may be feeling of love and expansion that lets you know the direction for your next step or a relationship inside and in the outer. It may be an opening that allows you to receive and give in flow, freedom and abundance.

Live your life, create your Life from your Inner world, your Inner love is where it all is happening anyhow.  You are one who chooses where you focus.

Your choice to go to your Divine connection with-in, to live your life day by day, breath by breath and experience a life of uplift-ment and calm is a focus of awakening.  Peace and understanding begin to lead you and your relationship to the world, in the world. Find your inner Love, your inner peace and be this co-creator. See this, be this, in everything you do or see. Breathe in love and get in touch with your spiritual  heart  all day, every day. you are the Inspiration of Love in the Divine, Live a Divine Life. Be the love flowing in all you do and just in your presence.

In Loving Light

I want to take a moment and thank those who have reached out to send kind thoughts to me. I am in Berkley staying with loving friends. I am well and have such Gratitude for all that is present.

I live in Carpinteria, Ca. where the fires are burning around the community. I chose to leave as it was very smokey, snowing ash, and the fires are moving fast.  I continue to send Light – and stay in the Healing mode with the intention of the fires to find Peace. Seeing Rain and all calming. You too can do this for all the fires and any place that needs assistance. It is not about going into against-ness it is about sending loving light, Healing light,- Peace, to these areas for the Highest good of all concerned. This is a wonderful way to live and do our part, as we are one. Send it and let it go, it knows what to do. This goes for any situation, how we are inside about it can also be healed, we are One.

I had the experience of choosing to leave the challenged situation, go to a place that could help me clear and balance my Basic self i.e. emotions, mind and body. Giving me the support to access the light with others who hold the light. I decided to do this because, as I lift and clear the more I am free inside and  I can assist others. My source is not my emotions, mind, or body, the source is the Beloved. When I attune myself to this I am able to have the altitude to open to Grace. Letting go of the fears and negativity. I will not find this in my opinion , my mind, or emotions, but I will find within myself, the self that is the Beloved calling me.  My inner life begins to flow and I am free to Love and share. This is another opportunity for me to Heal in Grace the places that have been holding onto negativity , separation and more. I grateful even in the discomfort, I know Grace is at hand.

I am already in the Grace and Grateful in Love.

This is the path I have chosen, to open to the Divine me is to Open to God. The Light work I share is here to open that door for those who choose.

This is a very challenging time for many,. Sometimes when we are challenged, we will shut off from the transformation the love that is calling us. We will feel too vulnerable and hold tight to what we feel or think. I can do this too, and have learned once I am willing to give it up, I am so supported. I have had to let go of control over and over. It can be very scary and challenging. On the other side it is awesome. What I could not see, is given the space to come forward. I had to let go of what I thought was going on or keeping me safe and more. I had let go of my fish bowl and spill out in expansion.  For me to receive I had to give- give up control, give up is not laying down, it is getting up once again. This up is another opening in God. it is expansion Seeing through new eyes, choosing the light not the conflict against-ness and more.

When I left my home and town this trip, I felt pulled to stay. I thought I was abandoning all those people in my community, I love them. The question was, should I stay in the suffering, is that love? When I left I was given  space to lift out of that reality,  see and be in a more open clear Light filled me,  I am stronger and can now hold the light for those who might want and need it. I also know there is more happening here than meets the eye. That knowing comes from the altitude of Spirit of Soul.

I am sharing this as I would like to suggest not looking directly at the story or situation you are in or experiencing, Altitude will bring the understanding of what the might be, and opening you to the Grace. The Grace is calling you through each conflict or suffering you may experience . You have a choice to give up the against-ness and open to clearing awakening in Love. This is not for the faint of heart. It is a Spiritual Warriors path. There is not win or loose, there is more Love, more Illumination.  More peace and harmony More than your mind – body and emotions can know. Though they will catch up. We are all transforming our patterns and past creations, this can be done through Grace. This is a Light action. We must be willing to Love all of our creation, not make our thoughts, our feelings, our truth, they are temporary and only reactions in the moment, the moment is over, what we tell ourselves in that moment may be what we pattern out entire life around, creating more of the same experiences , though they may look a bit different. When we let  go,  we can move to safety in Love in Light.  This is an inner experience first. Which is what we are seeking. Creating new experiences in this knowing. This Love is not about possessiveness, it is about spilling out to God or more God spilling thorough as we open we receive, the infinite love reality. All of the separation is just the illusion.

I do not know if my home will be waiting for me but, I do know my home is here now and what I am being called to is unfolding. I am so abundant inside it is overflowing. I am in expanded Loving and Gratitude.

Choose to step into love. We are One. Share in Love. Be vulnerable allowing love to lift and flow through. This is the Dance of God – Love it all… God is love We are Love even when we do not know it.

Much Much Love…

We are in a very busy time of the year. We tend to follow the outer pull to do and ignore what is calling us in our Inner World. This inner World is how we experience and create our outer reality.

We are all Divine Beings and there is a call inside to wake up to the Light we are. To awaken we will pass through and bring forward, experiences that seem completely out of control and against us many times. We may find we focus on the fear, building on distrust and powerless energies to be safe.  We build walls even when a loving hand is available,  even when we ask for something and receive it we turn from it. When we have moved outside of ourselves, it can feel completely out of control and we can feel lost and helpless.

In this busy season and these times of constant reality shifts, we have the opportunity to know our Divinity by choosing to go within the Home we always reside in. Choosing to take the pause when we are challenged, choosing to let go of the outer and go within to heal and resolve what has been put into play can free us beyond what seems to be holding or running us. The reality is your inner reality. This is the safe place, do you know yourself? Do you know what you are? Do you know the Beloved resides within you?

You are Love and you are Loved. The places that do not know what you are will be pushed and pulled to let go, so you can be free to walk as the Beloved. Heaven on earth. Touching your Inner Beloved Kingdom allows you to walk in the light, touching and creating tis reality here.

So take care of yourself first, so you can take care of others, creating a flow of Abundance in Love as you walk in this world. What you are seeking is always available, are you looking within and opening to the Flow and receiving? This is a giving and receiving in letting go of the walls, fear, and distrust. It is not about others failing you, it is about awakening to your own Divinity and seeing you are full and whole.

Opening in the generosity of the Heart is awakening to the infinite Love that is Breathing all. Infused in the Light is all creation, all creation is fused in Light. The Beloved is the Source.

When we give with an open heart knowing whatever the outcome is will be perfect, we are in the Divine Light flow. When we give in demand we are in the Karmic flow. Control is one of our favorite things we do in this Karmic flow.

To open to the Divine within we are challenged to let go in Love and allow all to expand in the light. We may not understand what one person is doing, and if we have judgement, it is our opportunity to open to the healing inside and release the block of control. This opens us to the Divine Flow we are of and are.

With – holding is not in flow.. We must shut our hearts off to ourselves when we with – hold. Once again this is an opportunity to see where we are trying to control. When we notice others in with-holding and judge this we again need to look inside. We are calling this forward for our own benefit of reflection. It is all us. How we respond inside is where the gifts lie. We are in a sense of lack when we with-hold and judge.  We are judging ourselves. There is opportunity standing in that judgment and with-holding. Why are you with-holding to yourself?  It is not about the other person doing what you want. It is time to choose what is uplifting in flow. We let go of the situations that call us into separation, choose into the Loving and we are in flow. We can free ourselves and others by choosing to leave the negative behind. Live in and share with those who are lifting in Love. This is not an against choice, it is just a choice.

If we are assisting others we must be free inside. Allowing the support of the Beloved to guide us, support us and handle what others need. We can show up, offer what our gifts bring and let go. In this we are free in flow of Light. This is allowing the Beloved to be present in our presence. These offerings are free in the Blessing of love. More happens than meets the eye, when we allow ourselves to share from the Infinite Heart of God we are of.

Expanding is freedom in the Heart.

Be Love – Allow Love – Open to the Love that is present in the Presence. Giving and Receiving are one Love, all are Lifted. Let Go…
