Letting go of control.

Jumping in even when its messy can bring more joy and freedom, knowing it all is about the play. Im talking about the play that may not be what you thought it should look like or be. Getting messy and letting that be the experience of joy.

Can you love the mud puddle? Can you  find someone to  jump in and dance,  sing and even cry with ? Know that  getting messy does not mean all is lost or ruined. The experience of letting go of control can be scary yet exhilarating, once you go for it. What are you going to loose? The fear, the restriction, the with-holding.

One of the beautiful things I am privileged to do is jump in the mud with people and watch them let go then let the Beloved come spilling in and out.  I too have this experience for myself, it is a privilege that I have given myself and continue to give myself, so I speak from experience. There may be tears , yet following the tears is freedom, is joy, is all possibilities of letting go and being authentic.

Less Perfection and More Authentic. That is the freedom of knowing you are not in control.  Having the experience of sharing and caring while jumping in the mud because the journey has mud puddles, is a sweetness of Love. We all take a bath and our hearts are free, we are no longer afraid of our mud holes, our vulnerabilities. We see them as sweet opportunities. to let go, and step out in play.  Once we know these places are just more opportunity to let go and know love is present, that if we make a mistake or things change or seem out of control. The outcome can still be joyful and uplifting when we look to the loving. These are the places to love.

If we stay stuck in looking at the mud hole, judging it for being there, wanting it to be different, we are stuck. So jump in, cross it, and  let go of the judgment , find a way to play in the mud. Transformation is in that moment. Love opens in us and we are free. No longer being run by a mud hole that is part of our path.  The mud hole has clean clear illuminating possibilities. It may have information, we created the mud hole so there is a gem within the muddle waiting.

So jump in, don’t be afraid of how you will look or feel, what others will think of you. it is all the beauty of the journey. you are beautiful when you let go. you are not in control.  It is your own mind that tells you the mud hole is bad or wrong. It may be the very thing that will set you free. The very thing you have been avoiding, judging, afraid of, could be the very thing that holds the key to the freedom you seek.

Perfection is in knowing the messy is perfectly human and Love is authentically  available , while we are messy.There is no perfection here, so go for the Authentic.

Be the love in every way even when you can’t see how. Love that.

Less Perfection – More Authenticity – More Freedom – More Love

When we move into our freedom through Love, we loose control in the way of the world but, open to the unknown knowing. This is a very creative place that is not contained, yet it is in constant offering. Supply is Infinite, how you hold your inner world is the supply that is available. All of this is manifested in the Divine unknowing.

If you knew what you truly are , you would relax into the arms of the Divine Love that is generating all of this.

It can be a challenge to allow love to lead in your creativity – when we believe we will finally be happy or fulfilled by the outside world, we are focusing into the illusion – mentally and in lack. In this focus we rely on the limited reality of this world, forgetting we are the Source of the Source.  This world is temporary.

Going inward to open to the unknown knowing,  surrendering to the Beloved within for our guidance, we begin to let go of old patterns of illusion. Of separation – of lack. This is an experience of surrender, of being in the Now with no agenda but, Love. From this love we  create  a channel, a flow of Divine Presence within and co-create in the flow of the infinite supply. When we know this inside we are at peace and we walk in the moment in Grace no matter what may be happening. we let go of control in ease, gratitude and love.

Creating our own experience from fear or love it is our choice. To move inward, being with the stories that come forward while we  continue the focus on the Beloved Unknown can be liberating.  Lifting in the light, releasing these stories to the light.

I challenge you to let go in to the infinite unknown Love, and open to co-creating from this place. Receiving guidance in the quite will become ordinary.

The world is designed to change and challenge. When you choose to know the inner world is what it is all about, you will find the Peace, Love Freedom, and Abundance in all ways you are seeking.

You have the keys within – the infinite Design resides within you. The Beloved Song sings you, you must attune to this, you must be willing to be. There is play, joy, and love overflowing in this place. You are Love – You are of the Infinite Love. This is unknown to the mind. you can not grab this, it is an experience,  it is not still it is full and moving.

Challenge yourself to be Love and go within to know this.

Lately I am very aware of ambiguity in the World and this makes me aware of my own places of separation from the Divine with-in.

I have become more clear in this and I am also aware of the inconsistent creation in sharing around the light. When I  encounter others who hesitate, I look inside to see my own hesitations. When I free those places it may not result in others stepping in freedom yet, it is  freedom that opens me to more flow of God and I am now having new experiences  in abundance in my world, in the unknown. It is not about the outer world being perfect, it is about my inner world being free in Love in Spirit.

This is not just me but, many want to be free, yet hold tightly to control, physical, mental and emotional patterns. Comfort zones are being pushed to open in Freedom in the inner world. This is where Freedom is found. This is where the love is found, this is where God is Found.

What are we holding onto that makes our decisions for us? The illusion? Why don’t we trust the heart, the light?

What if you could focus on the Light as your answer and be open to the Light always having the answer, the place that is the knowing –  unknown. Rather than focusing on the physical world that has been reflecting the limited reality. Change happens on the inner, this is where the true alchemy lies. You can move, divorce, loose weight, gain weight, all of this is only temporary change. The Change you are seeking is within and that is You, the Divine Awakening. The Infinite God is where the perfection reigns.

Take a moment and look around you and see how you are making choices, what do you do to make choices? Are you guided in ease and freedom in Spirt or are you retracted looking around you measuring your physical in limited Heart and holding onto that as your answer? What is present is temporary – there is always change.

I challenge you to let go and be still, not controlled still, still in Love and open to flow of Spirit and ask the question you may have. Don’t be locked into an obvious answer, your gift may be one that confuses you, and you have to be willing to be confused when moving with and to the light. This is where you know you are taken care of, dancing in the Love Song of God, as you are One.

So Dance in the Light and Give it up and Receive…In Flow Love – Joy – Abundance- Unseen yet know within, then More…

I have an offering of love that is present to share.

We are awakening ourselves to the love that is present at all times, it Breathes us.

To come into contact or awareness of this loving, we must place our focus on this Love within. We do this in every breath, and be willing to explore all places of our inner self through Loving eyes, thought and being.

So I have a Loving challenge for you.

Write yourself a Love letter or Love note every day for 31 days. Even if it is just a Love word, take the time to pause in loving, and share this loving with yourself.

This challenge is to commit to 31 Days of Love Letter Writing,.

1) Make this a simple yet purposeful process.

2) Make this an experience of beauty and kindness.

3) Choose a journal, paper or pad, whatever moves you to write in this Loving process. .

3) When things get challenging, this is the perfect time to pause and read your love notes,  letters and write a new one if you have time. Make the time later.

4) Write love notes or letters to the part of you that may be feeling down, lost or off.

5) Then be aware of how you are within as you walk through your day.

I have been given an opportunity to explore my own process of sharing.

Through this process of shining the light into places that hold onto a need for the response to my sharing in a certain way, I have an experience of  beauty in seeing the places that hold onto separation and lack. These places are control centers.

These places have a misunderstanding, that to know I am Love or Worthy, I need others to see me a certain way and respond to the sharing in a certain way so I know I am special.

I have been allowing myself the challenge to be self aware when I share a service, a gift or my work.  Am I looking for a response that makes me feel special or that I have purpose through the other persons response? Am I giving unconditionally or am I seeking something when giving?

I am becoming more relaxed within, as I have been able to take the moment of awareness, when abandoning myself to acknowledge what I am doing , when I become aware of sharing from a conditional place. Pausing in the honest discomfort and giving  Love and Comfort to that place that is reaching instead of being and flowing. Knowing it is only a place that has forgotten I am whole and we are one in the Divine Song of God. there are no limits and all flows from God. God is infinite Love. We are One…

So how do I stay attuned to this?  I go within and stay with the Loving within.  I am willing to keep going to the honest discomfort and Loving from with-in. Opening to Spirit through breath and meditation.

The wonderful thing about this, is my sharing is free as I move into the infinite Song I do not expect something, it already is. I am aware it is all one flow of giving and receiving. I am experiencing an open opportunity of love and neutral abundance. In this I know I am full and supported , Others do not hold the freedom or validation.

When I share I am open to the flow, giving and receiving are free in the exchange.

It is natural.

The ego and the places that forget and go into retraction, fear or need to control, are still present at times, it requires loving relaxation to move through this and let it fall away. I keep this as a constant loving refocus within.

The Freedom to share in giving and receiving becomes one of Ordinariness in Love. No one is more than another, we are one in the dance of sharing. Allowing all to express and dance free is the freedom of inner peace and love. The opportunity to share is uplifting in the freedom.

Be the Love -Sharing in overflow of knowing this with-in and walk in freedom. Sharing is also receiving, so observe how you receive. It is one dance.

Give yourself the opportunity, observe, be honest, and love it all. See what comes…

You are the Beloved Love Song of God. Dance within this and freedom in Loving flow will be present Now –  as it is already.

Be brave and be Love. This can be a quiet moment, this can be a joyful moment, this can be a kind thought, this can be a kind sharing.

There is overflow available when you are in freedom within. This is where the love, the overflow resides and will resonate. It is an experience.

Be open to the experience that is uplifting beyond what you have had before , this is where you expand in vulnerability. The unknown, is waiting.

Be the Love, Let go, Let the song of God that sings you sing in the Light. Share from this place and your presence , words will be singing in Light. Sharing goes beyond the words.

Be the Love…it is natural…

The Gift is present now in this moment, the offering overflows.

It is difficult to receive when all you perceive is, it is not enough or not what I wanted, imagined.  When you feel unloved or unlovable, this will be how you experience everything. The mind will keep chattering about what is not, instead of being at Peace with an open heart, experiencing through the Loving Heart will open the mind and all shifts in the  Light.

Move to gratitude in your Heart, Be grateful to yourself and all that is present. Your world will open up in overflow. You are the key to all that is here in your reality.

Knowing you are responsible for your creation, can seem overwhelming. If you move to looking at all that is, through grateful, loving eyes, you will begin to experience, see the Bounty that is present , just on the other side of what seems limited, that view is just information about what you have been creating or created, Love it. See the illusion of separation you have created. Do not judge it, Love is the answer. Be grateful to all of it. It is all an opportunity to know yourself in the Power of Love that you are.

Receive the Gift of Love. Move inside for the Love where the Beloved resides and walk in the world with this being your guide. No one, nothing can take this away, as it is your very essence.
