When I look at this image I experience reflection that opens my awareness in being all.

All is…One.

I like to look at the times I create a sense of separation, this can be through seeking. Seeking being special which also is the same as feeling less than, or left out, or as if something is wrong or even more right.

When I find this coming up inside, I take time to get quiet, open my heart within and allow the part that has stepped outside of me to calm and rejoin the harmony of God within. When I have come back into this expanded isness, state of being, there is no lack, there is no separation, only all is perfect.

This moves me into this place and no time,  I open to the creative source that is the flow, the Life source. God. Which is not a religion but, in me in all things and more as I am.

The story that someone or something will make me know I am special, worthy or whatever may come up –  is and always has been just a place that does not know the Divine is now here.

So I keep it simple, remember it is all here, where ever you are it is. Take time to be, Breathe, go in and expand the Inner in this Divine stream of God Consciousness that is present . Once you are allowing this here an now, you know, al is and you relax and let go of  efforting.

Give and Receive is an inside game and once you get into  this flow the outer is supported in Grace and Ease.

You are Special as we all are Special and once you know you are, then you can see the same in others. Special is the Divine ordinariness that is singing all of this.

BE in the flow, relax breathe, Love Breathe, Love Breathe and continue the inner expansion and be open to surprises.

Today I challenge you to be kind in your heart moving your thoughts to a loving thought.

These are times where many opportunities of negativity  are available to partake of. If we choose to shift our view, leading with kindness, we may find our health in our mind, emotions and body begin to balance. To thrive even. We may find that we are available to uplifting positive  solutions, letting go of the fear or fight or against-ness we tend to run inside.

We have choice, even if another chooses anger we have a choice to be kind to ourselves and through kindness we create. Instead of moving the walls in and going negative, we open our hearts to  Loving inside ourselves. This will take practice and even when we get upset, we can love that part in us. Once it is heard in Loving, not anger and righteousness, we open to letting go and inspiration of love comes present. You will notice relaxation in your very Breath. This is Divine Breath.

You are Beloved . Take a chance and open to this, it is not about denying what you are experiencing . What you  experience is all about how you are with what is going on inside you. That is the experience.

Be Kind to yourself, listen inside, nurture in Kindness. When you are upset be willing to heal through love, conflict brings more conflict. It is a focus a choice, not a denial. You must allow all of the parts of you that are hurt or upset to stand in the Light the loving for the freedom to surface in Healing. There is no shame in any of it.

Be kind…Just see what manifest in you, as you choose your path in each Breath, choose Love, even when it is hard to understand that it is present. Just shift to you inside, and love you, be kind. Calm will settle. Breathe in Love Breathe out stress, Breathe in Love, Breathe out continue as needed. You lift and open and flow is present again.

Love is available in it all.

We are a Temple of Love of Light of God’s will.

Awakening in our human-ness to the Beloved we are is a Journey of love. It is simple yet seems  full of  doubts challenging  us. We want to have some sort of control over ourselves and others, we notice that just when we have a sense we have it figured out, we can be shaken.

These places are the very places the Light is pushing on to let go and allow Love. This can feel scary and out of control. That seems counter, that love feels out of control. Well the Spirit is unconditional, and therefore does not take a position of right or wrong, or even specialness. When this Spiritual Love opens inside, it will shake the places that hold tight to positions, control. We all may be doing these things in various ways. So when those places are shaken, we can shut off or choose to go into growth. when I say growth I mean expansion, beyond what has been holding us down, we go up.

We are a Temple of love, this Temple is opening it’s many doors as the light shines in rooms that have laid dormant for eons.

Open to the Breath of God and love will fill those rooms. This is a walk of Love in Strength, choosing to open doors in Love and move to a new view. The view is one of up-liftment, co-creating with the inspiration of Spirit, the inspiration of love. You will find the very things that seem to be out of reach begin to flow. Even when you do not know how to do something, you open in trusting inspiration in Love in the unknown . This brings such joy and play in creating from within, the Beloved sharing in this Life that you are co-creating with as one leads in Love Inspiration.. When you move in the willing-ness to let go and let God and you are met.

We are the Temple of God – Love –  Light.  Let yourself go, despite the fear of not knowing and you will be awakening to the unknown Love you are…

I returned a few days ago from a 10 day Spiritual Retreat –  Peace Training.

The word training sounds like a work out and in a way it is. Building a foundation in Love, clearing the things that are keeping the negativity  that has been leading.

I understand words can only bring you the opportunity to pause and take in the possible experience of yourself in Love as a spiritual being, being…

I like to keep my intentions simple.

I am a very aware sensitive being. Not special, many are and as you awaken this becomes more evident . The beauty of knowing your own sensitivity is you become aware of how you focus yourself in this world. When I say focus it is unconscious patterns, beliefs, survival, – Karma, that pulls our attention and experience to us.

So I  would like to share my intention to notice the Love, even when the negativity is what I see, experience,  to take my entire self inside, attune and lift in Love. My Inner Love is there and it is more powerful than the negativity. My Inner negativity has been dancing with me and has served me in ways beyond what I can know. Acceptance is Key. We are in all of it and Love is there.

I am willing to sacrifice the radar pull to negativity to be safe and to set the Love radar on high and be the Love. 

So I challenge you to spend your day or days in honesty, Loving yourself when you forget the love and challenge yourself to notice the Love First and Last. If the in between is working out what has disturbed you, that is fine, just be willing to focus, intend a Loving Outcome. Letting go of separation.

We are one, and in each of us is the Beloved. Be the Beloved you seek and hold for others without hurting yourself or them. We all have our own inner realities that can create opportunities of separation, while another is holding in love we may experience negativity.

Be willing to go to the Love inside and see what path and reality you are expanding  into.

Intention Love…. Be Love…

This is a learning and yes a constant new is available. Infinite Love.

This is a continued focus as the first day was an amazing uplifting experience . I have decided to create 2 more with the same intention evolving. If you are interested in opening more of your inner doors -in Love Light, creating the song that sings your Life from this place, connecting in the world in Love.

We are co-creating our life as one and as a collective. This is happening from with-in, yet most people believe the collective, the outer world has more control of their experience in their world. We are powerful Love. When we can’t seem to find this Love within – we discover many stories, memories, beliefs and more standing inside us telling us we have no choice and we feel separate. This can feel empty but, it is only an illusion that feels like it has control.  Taking time to go within with the Light assistance and this includes gathering with those who are in the focus of Love of Light of Spirit, can assist in clearing the things that seems to standing in the way. Opening our hearts to the unknown and unseen Love is a key that you carry and unlocks the places that seem impossible.

Once our inner world becomes attuned to the love the Light we are and are of, because there is always more available unknown to us ( good news always available), we radiate this out and begin to experience,  know Love.  Intention, Love opens doors of creativity within in and we find ourselves living in this expansion. Even when it seems to be allusive, it is present. Strengthening this connection and opening to the expansion constantly, allows an inner joy, peace and love.  From this place of expansion in Love, Joy, Light, we are inspired, guided in our creativity, this spills over in creation, as it is creation. We choose and it is about our choice in acceptance to let go to Love and know more. This seems like a control at first but, once you know letting go brings freedom from these illusions, these restriction, being with our selves is a comfort, no need for an outer distraction, as that is not where we find our answers, our infinite Love is always singing in us.

Join me and a small group for a day of Loving Creativity. This will include meditation, clearing places that resist Love and playing in creativity from this loving place. How, what, would you like to experience, it starts from the inner Divine you. Waking to this you is key. So you choose, even when you do not know how, there is a way.

I am always aware that what I see and hear may be and probably is different than others are seeing and hearing. Sometimes this can be so different it may be confusing and  a bit disturbing to some.

I have a process of remembering that even what seems like a mistake to one person is perfect for another, and I may not understand why.  We do not see the same. What we are is the same Beloved. We are Love and this is where all of this will be revealed and resolved.

I started to use this for myself when I felt someone misunderstood me or vice a versa. When I do this I move to my heart and Love my own confused one. Then I thank God for putting me exactly where I am.  Gratitude opens my heart. I find that as I open my heart in gratitude, the very thing that seemed to be creating separation in me or with others which is the same, starts to clear inside.

When we are willing to let go of separation, and open to understanding and sharing. We  start to let go of  positions that put us in separation. Even if we miscommunicate or hear or see something that seems off, it is temporary and can shift if we choose to open our hearts to clarity in Love.

The path of life in this dimensions is reflection.. There is plenty of opportunity to see and hear from many places inside, because that is where it is all happening. So take time to attune to your Inner Beloved and clear the fog, the denial, separation, the hurt and more. Love is always available.  Be willing to dance in the Light and know there is always opportunity to love even if your toes were stepped on while dancing.

Slow down, reach into the loving inside, forgive, forget and swing open to all Loving opportunity that is present and more.

Remember what you see is not always what you get.  What you see may be what you co-create. What eyes are you looking through? Be kind to yourself, let go of the separation, and open your doors of love. Look through the eyes of the Beloved, hear through the ears of the Beloved,  and speak through the voice of the Beloved. You are the song of God…You will harmonize with others in this, in ways that awake you to One Love.

Breathe in the Love and Breathe out the separation, hurt or more, Breathe in the love, Breath out the fear and negativity. Breathe in the Love Breathe out, Breath in the Love, Breath out the love, Breathe in the love , Breathe out the Love, Feel yourself, you are love, continue as needed or wanted. You are the Beloved, Be love.

To walk in our human-ness and be. What does that mean?

When we are in our present presence in Love awareness, there is peace and ease.

Every time we are pulled to focus out in a way that creates energy fields that keep us seeking what is in us, what we are, we feel the need to do from a place of looking for satiation. . This is the dance we do with ourselves, with the Beloved. We are always in and of the presence  as it is Breathing us. To know this, is an experience that knows the Bliss as we walk in this world of distractions.

This is a life to be lived, how we choose to focus is what we will be experiencing.

I have a challenge for you, every time you feel pulled to do something from a place of want, desire, or need, a sense of separation from your peace being center, take notice. Take a moment and pause, breathe in and focus on your heart, your loving. Breathe in the love and Breathe out the need or want or whatever is coming up. Repeat this until you are breathed in and out love. Giving and receiving are One. Become what already is by choosing you in the Beloved. To know the Beloved within is to know the Beloved in all.

Start with you, it is all happening inside you. You will no longer have a need to try and fill up with something from the outer, You only create more sense of separation and continue to chase yourself. The illusion is the distraction, to choose back within allows the Being in Love, less interference allows the Beingness, the knowing to continue to expand.

To know the light is to lighten the magnetic substance we have created. Love – Spirit will sing you as you are One. You will know this as you make yourself available to the Light you are.

Breathe and be Breathed, Love is the elixir, you are so bright can you handle it?

We can jump into the Light play leading with our Loving, open to the unknown in inspiration. We know the inspiration is Loving, as we are lifted in Clear Joy and Love in ways that surrender to a bliss of Spirit that goes beyond the mind emotions and control.

Letting go of what we think we need to be full of Joy and abundance can seem scary and well, unknown. We set an intention of Love beyond what we can imagine, we let go and let God, we choose the Light and we will find ourselves dancing in the Light, splashing and playing in fields of Love and Light we have never known before. This goes beyond habit patterns, this is where we learn to sore in Spirit while here on earth. Heaven on Earth is the dance of Love and Light with-in. Continually choosing the Light path can be something of a strengthening  of our Love to ourselves as One with God.

We are the Beloved awakening. Each moment we have another opportunity to step in Love in Light. This is a Light filled path that will be challenged in this illusion of distractions. We may not trust in this Loving Light and test ourselves by following old ways,. We may find ourselves doing this over and over again in many areas in our lives until we wake in acceptance of the Divine. This is where we are learning and where we can break free of our fears and choosing becomes obvious . When this happens the freedom is exuberant and nothing else can replace this field of knowing. We will keep going for the unknown knowing, we will know the light is our Home and it becomes a song that calls us in every breath.

We are the Beloved …Playing, Lifting in the Light Fields of Divine Love.

Breathe the fragrance Of love. Feel every cell open and let go…

Where are you holding on to restriction, retraction? What is holding back from receiving the fullness of the Divine Fragrance filling you? It is in your very breath.

You have the choice in every moment to open to the sweetness of the essence that is present  now. Take this moment, Breathe deeply, focus on the sweet fragrance that is present even if you do not know it. Let it surface and allow the restriction to fall away.

This is choice and where you are afraid will hold tight to stories that keep you in avoidance. Choosing to take part in things that are uplifting, expanding in love starts with-in. Then when opportunities to gather in the light appear you know the fragrance of Love is beckoning you.

Breathe in and open to the blooming that you have been avoiding, take the steps or step to allow the expansion to be supported.

It is your choice, it is love in truth. Avoiding keeps you busy and will always circle back, as your Beloved self is calling you always.

BE the Loving choice you are…

With every rainstorm there is a blooming being nourished, called up out of hiding. So take time to behold the process of blooming, in trust, in tender patients, in acceptance. Love will pour down into all that thirsts and reveal the infinite renewed you. There is always more, be willing to continue your Spring cleaning within and your garden of love will shine illuminating the Gem revealed.
