The center is the infinite resonating

Love. Is this the intention you are in as you are walking your life?

Take a moment, look at the infinity symbol, see where your focus falls. Just be aware of what may come up for you.

Now choose to focus within the center, notice this is all happening inside you. Be aware of what you experience  as you choose the center, there is a heart there. What does this represent to you? Where is this in you? Is there a place you are more aware of? Does it feel full and whole or does it feel a sense of want, lack, need, lonely , hurt, or maybe anger, there can be many things that are there.

All is well, we are just observing and allowing what is quietly or maybe not so quietly occupying or co- occupying your Loving. If you notice a distraction from your loving, does it pull to the left or right, does it live somewhere in your body? Does it have something to say? Now take a moment and listen, put your relaxed love self hat on and listen in neutral kindness.

Give this place that is in separation space to be heard and to be met in Love with-in, invite the Beloved one to assist you in this. just be open to the unknown knowing in Love. You may experience a deepening of your breath. Allow this loving breath to lift you and let go of what is holding on in separation. If you have judged or told yourself a story of lack give that Loving forgiveness. Be kind. Love that place that is in misunderstanding.

When you experience a shift, maybe more space within, more relaxation, more peace in love. know that is you. Complete Love, infinite Love in the center of it all, even when we forget.

Now notice where you are in your body. Place your hand on the center of your chest and breath in the love and Breath out. Repeat as many times as you wish to.

Now walk in the loving you are and share in this being ness. It is now…now…now.

When we share do we want to control, be in charge, be special, or do we share a moment now, in vulnerable freedom, in Love. Do we Love the messy one, do we Love the childlike one, do we Love the one who has no answers? Do we Love the controller?

There are plenty of mud puddles for us to play in – in this world. Sometimes we jump in just for the fun and sometimes we stumble in as we weren’t watching where we were going. What is our intention?

Do we see each others through Loving eyes or do we look at each other and only see what we need or how separate we are?

Our relationship with our  ourselves is key to all our relationships. If we ignore parts of ourselves, pretending to be okay or to always be happy, having resolved and have all the answers, we are in separation. The innocence of our childlike way is one that has many facets, as we open and experience these places in a loving way, we begin to resonate Love, once again opening to the Beloved with-in. Loving the one who stumbles into mud holes and is willing to move to play or maybe be upset in play. All is perfect.

We are here to experience and as we awaken to the Beloved with-in we know we do not need to be fixed, we are seeking Love and we have this answer. This is a Love that is beyond the mind and emotions, when you relax and allow, you allow the Divine to step forward in your awareness. Let the mind, control, and want go, be willing to give up to knowing the unknown in innocence. this can be very challenging , Love that too.

We hold all this in our hearts and our entire being- ness becomes awakened.

Is your intention Love or is your intention coming from a place of lack? It does not matter, are you willing to be honest and allow all this to come forward in Love? The place of lack is only calling for love, this is the place that holds you in separation, allowing all parts to surface with Love awaiting can be an amazing way to live your life.

These few words do not give much on the experience, I just wanted to offer food of Love to those places that are feeling muddy. Lets jump in and see what comes. We will make mud pies and find the hidden gem in this dance of Life.

The Gem is you Beloved one. Open your heart to all facets of you and Love will prevail.

I have this wonderful heart that is always opening to what I am. Love is the inspiration that is the motivation of Life. The Love I am speaking of is innocent, it is one of Spirit that has no limit.

I also know that my physical levels are not completely free in Love. My life is a constant opportunity to Love. I am also presented with energies, situations, that challenge this with-in me daily, and sometimes moment by moment.

I have found being able to be still and with my self on the Inner allows the discomfort to surface, then to let go to the Loving Light. When we are constantly trying to push away what is going on, it does not disappear it moves to the subconscious and will run our lives in separation. We may tend to put walls up in communication, by constantly trying to control communications.

I challenge you to be with yourself in Love, in the discomforts that may be pushing you to control your relationships. We may draw controlling people to us, as they are reflections of our own way of sharing.

I surrender to those parts that want to be right, want to appear completely perfect. I give up to them in Love, and they relax, and suddenly I am,  my vulnerable innocence . This is a powerful place, as I am focused in Love, my goal is a being- ness, which has no need to control, or prove anything. In this surrender, I am one sharing in Love and intimacy with those who choose.

I am grateful for the peace in my Life.  In the Peace I continue to be challenged to know, be a greater Love. These things go Hand in Hand.  So this is an experience of greater knowing of the Beloved with-in. This is an experience that knows when challenges show up, there is a loving calling to awaken in places that have been hiding in separation.

Be willing to be still and know what comes up is a place that is calling for Love. Attunement of the Spiritual heart will be a gift of constant expansion. To expand we must be willing to be honest, vulnerable, and intimate with ourselves, which leads to more intimate relationships.

Open your Heart. You are the Beloved.

It is redundant to say you are free in your Soul because the Soul, by its very nature, is free. But to be aware of the Soul and that divine freedom may not always be easy. The mind (God bless it) is an eternal obstacle that can stand between us and Soul consciousness. As part of universal mind, it is part of the world of illusion and the negative realms.

There is infinite creation. We are multi – dimensional and there are infinite messages, patterns in our field, that is Karma we have created. We are hard pressed to control what others receive in our communication. If we are someone who likes control this can be a big challenge to accept our part in it.

If we are truly living in Love, and unconditional within ourselves, we know our vulnerabilities are great strength . When we are with others who share honestly, we do not judge or fear them. To truly be free honesty and open communication with-in will allow the same in the world. Allowing the vulnerabilities to be the path of Love keeps us free. We have nothing to hide, we know we have unknown Karma that will surface and challenge us. It is all ours. If we judge anyone we are in Karma. It probably is the very thing you are doing and afraid of in yourself, in some way, it may not be exactly, but it will be the same.

We have choices every day to be honest to ourselves, when we manipulate through passive control, we are in separation and relationships tend to become challenged. This is an inner relationship that is being brought forward. Being aware of yourself, allow all of yourself to come forward in truth without judgement is scary. We have been taught that to be in control means we are “successful, normal” and many other labels. Until we can allow ourselves to be honest in our vulnerabilities, we will continue to have relationships that seem to bring up judgment on others.

The “truth” is a moving target, as it is always changing. We are in constant change, be willing to know if something comes forward in our lives as a misunderstanding, we also have part in it. We are never a victim, we brought this to ourselves as an opportunity to clear, in Love a pattern of creation.  It is an opportunity to Love, and if we choose to create more separation in judgment, we will probably experience more of the same.

So the truth leads to Love, Kindness, understanding, the willingness to go with-in and explore what we have been holding in separation.

I am grateful to be on this road of God, the alchemy is constant, and it is for the strong of Heart. I am challenged as everyone is, and all that walk into my world I have brought forward to have the experience of Love. When there is an “upset” it is another opportunity to clear Karma in Love, not judgment or manipulation. I am in Gratitude and Love…For all that pass my way.

Whatever is happening in your Life it is calling you to know – Love – the Divine you, see the Beloved in all.

Happy Monday – Feel – Be – the Love in each breath and step. Pause and move into your heart. Calm – Peace – Full Love is present Now…Relax it is simple.

The sweetness of each day is present in the innocence. The infinite possibilities are in the flow of the Divine.

Awakening to this infinite flow is the inner journey that we are walking. When we focus on the outer world as our truth, we will experience a feeling of need. Letting go of the control and allowing the places that hold tight to what we believe is perfection, right and wrong to come forward in the light, allows the alchemy of the patterns that keep you in separation of the Divine knowing, the flow. All is love in flow. It is a beingness that becomes a hum of Love of Light.

When we are afraid to be vulnerable, we are limiting our freedom. To Love unconditionally, you must first be able to Love all of yourself unconditionally. This can be scary. When we believe that the downs are bad and the ups are good, we have a polarity. to know all experience through Love is the freedom. To judge one as better than another is Karma. When we liberate the polarity and let go, the expansive Spiritual love is neither up or down, it is full, no lack. The whole is present within – the Beloved sings us.

This is a walk of innocence in the. willing Heart.

The thing I continue to be aware of is letting go of my position, my control, my need to know and allow the inspiration of experiencing the new knowing.. To be in the flow of Spirit, is to let go. This is a subtle and expansive flow. To touch into this we must go inward to the Beloved, We must be willing to illuminate the places that hold in separation,into the Love Light. We must trust in the love and let Go. This is a Love that goes beyond emotion and mind, it is peaceful expanded acceptance. It is the Infinite Divine that is breathing us.

Have a beautiful Loving Day. Divine Ordinary you, us, the is-ness, sings us everyday. We are One.

I am writing this as I have been given an opportunity recently to be up close and personal with situations of polarity. People having an experience inside of having life turned upside down, feelings hurt and an experience of not being seen, loved or heard.

We all carry magnetic creation as we are in a realm of positive and negative polarity, which creates fields of illusion to explore. When we take a hard position and declare we are right and “they” are wrong, we deny an opportunity of love awakening in ourselves. We separate from ourselves when we shut off from others.

Many believe  boundaries are rigid, hard and shut off. This builds a small world of defensive experience and we continue to bring situations to ourselves of hurt and a need to defend. Our hearts close in retraction, we move into survival forgetting we are Divine.

We all have co-created from a place of forgetting what we are, the choice is to open to liberation through love not war. To awaken to the Divine flow of love we must open to love with-in. This resonates and we begin to know love is present even when things appear challenged. There is always Light and it is Infinite Love.

If we only focus on what we believe is wrong, we do not allow ourselves to illuminate the places that are calling from within in love. If we meet distress with distress, we have more distress .

Awakening is not an easy road, yet it is a road that is infinite and continues to amaze us with-in, as we become willing to let go of what we think is right or wrong and go for the love. Our ego will fight this, but it is not us.

This journey of Love is just that. What we “think” is love is usually veiled in illusion, to experience the Divine with-in goes beyond words yet, the experience is one that continues to expand and it is in a constant flow of more. We must choose to let go in order to know, the unknown knowing.

This world will always give us opportunity to choose againstness or to go for the gift in the experience with-in, awakening where we believe we were wronged or where we believed revenge was in order to be free. These are only places that are bound inside. Go for the highest good in Love and allow Spirit to assist in the process of working out a situation of polarity and you will find the freedom inside in love. You may be surprised at the Divine purpose of the experience if you are willing to know it all can be used for awakening. When you go for the awakening experience you will never forget.

I Love sharing  Love and once again thank you for all you bring.

The Whole is love and we are all Flex in it, we are One of Love…No separation when we awaken, we know this. So awaken the places with-in that still with hold in separation.  Love Breathes us.

We may find ourselves in upset, fear, distress, or more, when we do find these are our experiences inside, the path to Peace is to allow this to be what is.

Do not fight it or judge it, allow it and be open to allowing love to touch those thoughts, feeling and body tension. Do not fight this. Fight creates more tension and a sense of hopelessness. We love you, you are loved, all of you. The one who is afraid, the one who is confused. It s our healing to love all of you.

Receive this Love, Breath – in and relax, Let the Love soothe you. You are okay, you are supported, you do not do this alone. You are Divine, you are of – Breathed from infinite Love Creation. We only have to give up the control we keep thinking will save us that seems to be elusive. The support you seek is even bigger and is in the loving.

Pause and take time to heal, move into the Peace, the love inside, then walk in this world doing in Peace in Love, even when things are upset. When you feel overwhelmed it is the time to stop and take care of you, do not fight that. It is the process of healing all, including your neighbor. When we take care of ourselves, when we move in safety inside  we resonate :Love, Light, Peace. This touches all, as we are all this. We learn to love it all. Perfection is knowing and Loving the humaness, in this knowing there is a process of healing calling you.

Do not be afraid of your fear. It has a message of healing love. Dance with it in the light, do not place it in the dark. It will reveal the Beloved that is residing behind the Illusion.

You are Love, You are loved. All of You, Do not hide…You are seen, Be open to receiving and free yourself.
