There is an inner radiant God within each of us.

This can be difficult to know in times of pain and suffering. How can we know this, be this while things are so challenged?  We can know this by going within our own inner kingdom and attuning to the Radiant Love that is Beating our hearts, Breathing our Life.

When we go within to quite in loving, we may encounter our own wars, our own struggles, this is where we can begin to heal the world, through healing our own negative creation. We must quite to know where we are withholding love. This healing comes through love. We all carry conflict. These are places we have created through experience in this life, holding them as truth. Even if the experience was negative in that moment, we have choice to move to healing the place inside that stills holds on to the anger, hurt, and sense of separation, creating a vibration of against- ness in our own vibration, connected in the song of creation.

So we are important. We have the loving power to bring peace from within to our own internal environment, spreading this loving harmony out as we walk in this world, touching, lifting all we encounter. We choose what we bring. Even when others choose violence, anger, hurt, and more, we can choose to go to the loving within and be this. When we encounter negativity, is  exactly when we have the deeper opportunity to strengthen our loving core, using it to heal our own negativity. We may not have the answers but, when we are in loving relaxed harmony the answer comes present.

Be the answer, Be the Healing, this will spread the Love. We are One, We are Beloved of the Beloved. Go within, find your song of God and let it sing the healing through you. Grace is at hand when we are willing to let go, we are free.

The Liberation of the heart is the healing of the creation that tells us we are alone or need…  As we walk this life through and we keep looking up, we become less and less attached to things and outcomes, This allows the experience of love to come forward in our own heart beat, in our own breath, being the spirit of love, moving forward in creation supported of love.

Enjoy the scenery and be the love. Sharing this touches all that we encounter. When there is heaviness it is only another step showing us what is blocking our view into the higher realms of light. Like a weight that had been holding you in a reality of limitations, when you take it off or release it, you are able to climb higher or come up for more breath. We enjoy the breathing and light of the day more than ever from a liberated knowing all is perfect. We see through our love eyes a new way of being in ourselves and see others from this new view of light.

Be the Love and then Be the Love, there is always more available. Relax and do not stop looking up.

We know the place we stand at as  “the truth” when we are holding on to what we have experienced as the only truth. We must be willing to know there is more than what we have experienced available, but we must choose to look out the window to more love, more light. When we choose to take a chance on love and light, we choose those things that are uplifting. This is the only way we can come to know the new experience. Waiting for others to choose for us will always fall short. No one else is in charge of you but you. We must open the window and step out in the light from the shadows we focus on as “the true” reality..

The new level of uplifting is waiting on the other side of the window. Even when we see and or experience more light, we might tend to still trust the shadows as our only way to belong, ignoring the signs, the opportunities, that continue to knock at our hearts, telling us there is a new and more loving way.

We must choose what we surround ourselves with and how we share. Are we in a place that is supporting the loving or are we in a place that is supporting the shadows, dimming out light to sleep?

This is a journey of loving choices, it is all available to all… Waking up can seem counter to what we thought was important. Choosing ourselves can also seem scary and somehow unloving to those around us. When we begin to know true love for ourselves, we know that opening to more love in our own being, “waking up” is the only path that is the pull. It is not a path, it is a way of being you, the spiritual awake you. There is no judgment on what you choose. Remember you are in charge of your choices. Be loving, relax and allow the light to pour over and through you, lead you.

Open your heart and be aware and you will know the way is supported even when you can not see it or have not yet experienced it. Creative love will be uplifting and met by more love.

Be the love open to more…

Opening to truth through the willingness to know you do not know. When we experience transformation in our own life, our own heart, it is something that has no words. there is an experience of all is perfect love. Yet that does not even touch the spirit of it.

One of the things I have come to know is every new knowing has more knowing behind it, so I do not hold onto any of it. I have an experience of giving up the negative the hurt while I am receiving the being of spirit that I am already. This is not a mental experience, this is a wholeness, no beginning, no end. If I try and grasp this in my mind it is a limited, chatty, distraction. When I relax and allow my innocence to be leading me in my heart, I allow the source to lift me, releasing the story of who I am coming back to what I am.

It is simple, it is not complicated, yet it is profound. My favorite quote is ” Ordinariness is the Prior condition to God” John Roger

This statement continues to evolve, when you first read this your mind and cells may have ideas about what those words mean to you. My experience has become that all is Divine, and this is ordinary. It is all extraordinary, we all are extra – ordinary. It is all God, all Divine, no separation.

I continue to be amazed at the new experiences that come through the difficulties that now are the gifts that bring the freedom to living the loving light.

I am grateful I have been allowed to share this with those who are in my life, family, friends , those who come to share in the work of love with me. This work is not work it is sharing, and I am always learning and evolving as everyone else is.

I am comforted in knowing I do not know it all and that there is always more love, more light to attune to. This physical body and world,becomes more light from within me and I can know when I am up against restriction, that the door is opening to even more love, more light. So I thank me, I thank the ones who challenge me as it is all ordinary, coming home to the extra- ordinary Divine knowing.  The Divine Being, The I Am.

I Am Love Being…

When we speak, are we aware of our hearts?  Maybe we want to share love or deflect love.

How we feel when we speak comes through even more than the words. We may think we are being loving but, love is not just in our thoughts, it is in our heart, our breath, our cells, our essence. It takes clarity in the heart to share in love. We are not always clear in our hearts and that is part of our journey.  If we are tight in our heart and we try to speak it will be difficult or might be cutting. Learning to pause and check inside before we speak, making sure we are in our loving can allow freedom with others to share.

Simply speaking in love, can create an opening of uplifting others and is an amazing giving and receiving. Of coarse this giving and receiving becomes one. We all lift.

We do not always feel loving and in those moments, try and consider weather what you have to say is going to be loving or create a block of flow of kindness. Maybe in that time we need to ask for help. That is a loving strength when we know we do not feel in alignment to speak in a way that is at least balanced. Help can be stepping back and giving ourselves a moment to check inside and see what is bothering us and give ourselves what we need ( Love ) to find our peace again.

We all get angry, hurt, and feel pushed at times. This is all part of the dance. This is all to be embraced and loved. As we do this we find out what is hurting and learn to love that part of ourselves even more, bringing understanding , healing, grace, this creates overflow of love and support in our very essence. We find ourselves being less upset and more in our loving center as we become the love we are seeking. Allowing this to clear the hurts and blocks we carry. We let go of the sense of separation as we move through these experiences knowing they are only temporary and that love is sitting right behind the hurt or block.

Speak loving words to yourself , think loving thoughts to yourself, embrace your spiritual heart as your teacher. Share this love in the world, as you become more attuned to your heart, you will experience life attuning to the love. Sing the love song of your spirit. We all have a song to share. Sing from the heart when sharing.

Sing the love, be the love.

The attunement  into the song of love, the song of God that we are, brings simplicity to the loving. Being love is a state of overflow from within. Attuning into your own and letting go, allowing the song of spirit to flow in and light up all the space laying in the dark. This attunement  with the light allows the understanding, the knowing of love in all those dark places, which brings the healing in freedom.

Spiritual seeing is through love. There is no wrong or right in the eye of God. There is only more possibilities for loving creation, When we find a place inside that is feeling separate or better than someone, or needy, we are available for more love. This is what we are looking for. Be the love you are looking for because that will take you into the peace you are truly seeking. The heart of God lies within and you will be met in a way that is constant and unconditional. This world is designed to challenge this place, to strengthen this place, becoming attuned to God in the Human condition. Then through your spiritual eyes, God eyes, you will be in your God heart and know all is well, all is Divine. Overflowing in the calm of love.

Be the light, Be the love, attune to the heartbeat of God within and you will be met with Gods breath of love singing through you and your life. C.M.

Meditation, Meditation, Meditation…

Healing is loving. this is not a new understanding, although we have new understandings and knowings as we learn how we have been withholding the love from ourselves and others. There is a saying, your problems, resistance, illness, sense of lack, separateness , hurt, anger and more are all “Angels at the gate”, signaling you to look where you have a place blocking your flow of health, wealth, and happiness. This health, wealth and happiness is an inner Heaven. This is your soul self calling you home to God, it is always there.  You can allow the negativity to release through your  loving willingness to look and be in the vulnerability of your humanness.  When you bring your love to the story, the negative patterns, this creates a momentum to lift in understanding to yourself and all involved. Opening the invitation to spirit through the love allows the healing, or alchemy of your cells and more to come home to their heavenly state of Love. Balanced , singing love. you are love, all of you. You are the answer to the question you keep asking. You are seeking yourself which is love, the Divine Essence of God. Where Love is not singing in you consciously or unconsciously, is where the answer of awakening is calling you.There is no wrong only discovery. When we open ourselves to the light, we engage the bigger meaning of our lives as co-creators. This is not an action in passivity, it is active and aware of what we are involved in.

This does not mean we control others or that we are controlled, this means we have a responsibility to what we have agreed to. Sometimes we will have selective memory as, it may be challenging to ourselves to admit we forgot something or changed our minds after the fact.  We all make mistakes, that is not a problem until you make it one. We have the ability to correct the mistake and open ourselves to understand that what made us choose to ignore or avoid a truth is directive.  A map to show where we hold onto a false identity or cast system.

Karma is created when we hold to our denials or victim stories. The experience will come again and again in many forms. Knowing that we are vulnerable and when we choose to try and be in control all the time we will have someone or something come forward to help us shake up that false reality. This is a gift and if you are willing to look and learn you can free yourself from the karma or judgements , fears, with-holding of responsibility in our own lives.

Through your mind and ego you believe you have the only true perspective and it should be met by others when things do not go your way it feels like there is wrong being done to you. This is understandable, but when it does not go your way it does not mean others are wrong. It can be a great gift to look for a healing, a freeing of being unaware of your connection to others and how you are part of the dance and responsible for what you receive or do not receive.

Be in your life, do the best you can and when you make a mistake correct it in loving awareness where you were not aware. Your focus may have taken you into denial and avoidance. This will back up on you. Be in your life and take care of yourself and the agreements you have put into action. Keep in touch with your life and you will know the flow. Trying to control things by passively ignoring and expecting others to agree to the outcome when you decide you want to re-engage does not always come into alignment. It is not angainstness, it is a loving request for you to be aware in your life and all those you bring in are part of the dance.

Be loving and open to change. Be true in your choices and know you are walking a path of clearing the way home. You choose and you dance in the oneness. More is going on than what your mind and opinions can know. The light is lighting up the truth,  be the loving truth.

The Breath of Love is key to igniting the creation of flow, health, wealth, and happiness.

It is not just remembering to breath but, breathing in with gratitude of the fullness in the moment and for yourself. Even when life or things seem restricted, breathe in the loving and warm the edges of fear, judgement, and the feeling of separateness. Our minds will run stories that tell us of fear and lack, our bodies will believe it and withhold flow, creating lack and illness. When we remember our minds are not our source, to focus back inward to the loving source, we will find our bodies relax in that moment, receiving begins as an experience. then we know all is possible and all is well. Spirit is in the breath, this is is our source, our spark to create from our Divine self, one with the Divine. It is always present, just choose back.

So right now, relax, close your eyes, you are loved. Breath in the love.  breath out… Breath,.. Love… Breath… Love… Continue as needed.
