It is all inside you. Be present, moving slow is a gift, take the time to be aware of what is present in you, let go of what you are holding onto that no longer serves you, or weighs you down. Open to the Flow of Light Of Love you are, that flows through you from the Source. Infinite Flow. Be Present. Embrace what is now, breathe – take it all in – in this moment all is present now. Be full now.
